When I picked up the pie and got into the car, the smell from the pizza made me want to pull over right then and have a slice. Even I live just minutes away, I didn't want to wait the smell is so enticing! First, they use fresh herbs and the sauce is like something you would expect to get in New York City. Too many places serve very bland red sauces on their pizza but the sauce alone is amazing! The meats (pepperoni and sausage) were also quality as well as the veggies. The cheese was good but I wanted to try it with the fresh Mozzarella. Unfortunately, they were out today so I will have to give it a try another time. They also have deep dish pies but for now, they only have medium size pies. Bottom line, this is the best pizza we have had since moving to Texas and this includes anything in Austin. With the growth that is going to happen up in this area, I can only imagine how popular this place will become. Hopefully in the future they will have large sizes as well. You won't be disappointed if you have one of their pizzas. I just recommend ordering ahead because they do take a bit of time. But it's certainly worth the wait. We have found our "go to" pizza place!
