awful awful awful pizza, tasted like cleaning chemicals so bad it made me sick. and don't order a taco pizza that they call a fiesta puzza its nothing close basically a cheese pizza with their nasty hamburger meat or some kind of inedible meat and a single piece of expired green pepper is what i assumed it was, the smell alone made me gag. so all i really was able to stomach was the garlic-less bread (just a pizza crust with nothing on it) and i tried their marinara but it was e of a chili/salsa concoction of EWWW. Seriously DON'T EAT HERE! their pizza is not even pizza like products it's just dry wall with some expired cheese on it with a piece of meat or 2, very chincy/light on the all the toppings and the salad bar has bugs. read more

Gatti's seems to have lost their way, at least at this location. I ordered a veggie sampler with extra black and green olives, which I didn't get. The crust tasted like cardboard and the sauce was awful. You have to wonder if this location is following franchise recipes or trying to cheap out by doing their own thing. read more

This is not a good restaurant or a well managed business. Visited on Friday at 7:15. First - salad bar needs a lot of attention. Most items are low or empty and they are spilled into each other. Salad bar is $8.47 and not worth it. Second - pizza was not ready after 30 minutes. About 20 minutes I asked and the cooks said 10 more minutes..... Waited 10 more minutes (now 30 minutes) and they said 10 more minutes. The family that was just in front of me when ordering was now finished eating. The manager made some excuse but it's a just poorly run business. When I was told it would be 10 more minute in addition to the 30 I already waited I asked for a refund. They refunded my money. They then told me that the pizza was still coming. Really don't think I want to eat a pizza made by this place. At a cost of $0 it wouldn't be worth it. WE LOVE GATTI'S PIZZA! There is nothing better than FRESH cracker thin crust so when we are in Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay, we drive right past the other pizza places and head on up to Kingsland for the BEST pizza around! The crust is always freshly made and hand formed, crispy and brown (we like the thin crust), while the toppings are top notch. Despite having to drive well out of our way, we always get our pizza here, rather than those national pizza joints that have pre-fab/frozen, flavorless crust (it's all about the crust!). Gatti's is simply the best in the area when you want fresh hot pizza. YUM!!! The fellow who said they don't make their own crust...we watch them make our pizza each visit, so maybe you are thinking of Pizza Hut or Domino's....or maybe you own one of those franchises and enjoy bashing competition, but Gatti's crust is fresh, hand-formed and loaded with flavor! Sorry, dude, you are just wrong. I do agree with some of the posts that point out that the place is not as clean as it should be. At least the kitchen looks clean. Lots of people eating there, always, and we never go Sunday because they are swamped! We often take ours to go, which avoids the crowds and the messes. read more

Every time I call this store to order pizza 30 minutes before they close, they answer the phone and say that they are already closed. The few times that I've actually gotten to eat there is great. If you're not going to stay open as advertised on a regular basis then change your hours! read more

Came in with my family excited to have some pizza, and when we got there at 530 on a Thursday, we were told that they don't offer the buffet past 2:00, with the exception of Wednesdays and Sundays. We, especially our kids, left extremely disappointed and won't be back. Most people don't get off of work until 5, so I'd like to know what the reasoning is behind that when most Gatti's locations offer it daily. read more

Brand spanking brand new place. It has a small cement area near the front door with two handicap parking spots. The rest of the driveway is made up of small gravel. Most of the time these two handicap parking spots or abused by place card holders. Myself being in a wheelchair cannot maneuver through the small gravel. so it's always a gamble if you're going to be able to eat there or not. Their previous Kings island location was smaller a lot more accessible. call about not having access and the girl was not helpful at all. Guess it's bye-bye trips to mr. Gatti's. read more

Finished product is all about quality. No matter whether it is steel fabrication, cars, or in this case, food. The quality of product produced here is superb. Wife picked up a large sampler August 12th that was representative of true top quality ingredients cooked and presented with knowledge and pride. Kudos to the entire team! read more

This was my first time coming to this particular Mr.Gattis. The pizza and salad was pretty good but the staff and prices were awful. The prices for a buffet are really good deals, but they only offer buffets for dinner on Wednesday and Sunday. So coming on a Thursday night the buffet wasn't open and we had to order individual pizzas. That's no big deal, but the total for 2 medium pizzas, 4 drinks, and 2 salads was over $40. Coming from working at a pizza place (Pizza Hut), it was surprising seeing a medium pizza cost $12.99, when it would normally cost about $8.99 at a Pizza Hut or Dominos. They have some deal offers that would work perfect for 2 people, but for a family of 4 or more there were no decent deals. THE STAFF HAD ZERO PERSONALITY AND MUMBLED. The lady who worked the cashier didn't smile once and was not personable at all. The guy who brought out our pizzas mumbled something that we couldn't understand. read more

Great for the family. We got the combo deal for 24 bucks that gets a large pizza, which they let you do half and half, 2 salad bars and 2 drinks. The Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza is perfect. The salad bar has plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts desserts and dressings. The kids have fun in the arcade, but it could have a larger selection. Greatest part is the kids can be loud and run around the game area. read more

Fair pizza but the buffet night is a great dinning value. Pizzas hot out of the oven are sliced and put on the counter. There are some dessert pizzas as well and if you know you like a particular kind grab them when they first come out because they don't last long. read more

I love Me.Gattis pizza my favorite,but the Kingsland location ,not happy with service,or how stingy they are with their cheese. My friend and I went in today 9/12/@ 11:30, had to ask them to make a veggie pizza with extra cheese. Never called out the pizza after it was ready. We will make the extra drive to Killeen or Round Rock for Gattis, they ask the customer what kind of pizza they would like, not the customer asking them. Our whole family LOVES Gatti's Kingsland. I don't normally like Gatti's Pizza and it took us a long time to try it because of that. Everyone kept telling us it wasn't like a normal Gatti's so we gave it a shot. We are hooked and eat there as much as we can. I love thin crust pizza and this place has the best. They make a great pizza & the salad bar is great! My only complaint is they need to Make people get a clean plate EVERY time they go back for more food !! The pizza always has too much sauce even if you order it light sauce. You can see them make it, but it still tastes like it was frozen. The staff is very unprofessional and overall unpleasant. The only good thing is that you don't have to pay for the party room for a birthday party as long as you order pizzas. They have no deals for that either. It's full price even if you order 12 pizzas and they don't offer the kids anything. If you have a birthday party, expect to shell out at least $100 on Pizza (about 6 pizzas) and even more for their sad excuse for a game room. read more

Owner/manager needs to work on his customer service skills and ability to problem solve. The wings were delivered to our table after 20 minutes of waiting with some unidentifiable substance all over the plate. Pizza buffet and salad bar was good but ruined our holiday family gathering when the manager literally asked us where we lived as we complained about the wings. He threw $20 on the table and picked up the wings and walked off. Why does it matter where I live? He must just assume we are out of town'ers here for 4th of July weekend. read more
