The crust was crispy and just the right thickness. My only complaint is that is was salty. Whether this was the crust, sauce, or pepperoni I don't know. I have done pickup ok no problem. I got delivery the window was 30-50 minutes ok. An hour goes by no pizza, but they say we are short a delivery driver and I say ok. They tell me 20-30 minutes pizza done but no driver. I wait 40 minutes no pizza and cancel order. I talk to owner and he just can't explain I am shorthanded (every business is keep the customer in the loop). If you have to move delivery times back do and the customer know what to expect it's not difficult. read more

We tried Anges due to the positive reviews. We ordered delivery and every item we ordered was incorrect. So much so, that we had to toss one whole pizza due to cheese allergy. Such a shame. So many better restaurants who deliver correctly and listen to allergy requests. read more

Have ordered Ange's through the years and this is the worst experience to date. Placed an online order with pickup in 25 mins. They were set to close at 10, but our pickup would be around 920pm. Husband went inside at 25 min mark and the lady panicked and said OMG the printer never printed it off... I'll hurry up and make it now, won't be long (at least another 20 mins!). We get said pizza at 955pm, only to realize the two items we didn't want on the pizza (removed) were ON the pizza. Now it's 5 mins before close, I take it back in to ask and the lady not only says it's how we ordered it, but prints off ticket that says NO onion, NO peppers, but at the top it says 1/2. She says she assumed we wanted it on 1/2... I said no, I'm not sure why it said 1/2 & then asked her how the additional toppings we ordered were on the WHOLE pizza? She said she didn't know and it was what it was... horrible customer service all around! read more

They've been around for awhile and have several locations and that's clearly for a reason! Seamless online ordering process, great customer service, and a great pizza to match! Fresh toppings where they didn't skimp on them at all, tasty crispy crust, well proportioned cheese, to toppings, to sauce, to crust ratio. For example look at my past review of GOREMADE Pizza: no parking, high priced, sparse toppings with a crust dominates anything you could possibly place on a pizza and not in a good way. Ange's is the TOTAL OPPOSITE that pumps out a solid product. Highly recommend and would definitely try this establishment again. read more

An order was placed under my phone number for somebody else and that person didn't end up picking up their order so when I called in to actually place an order for myself, the same woman who always picks up the phone said she is no longer able to take orders from me as noted by a manager in their "system" ??!! I was shocked at how petty the customer service was considering for the past two years they have claimed they are out of sauce for their spaghetti dinner but your supposed to be an Italian food establishment and the sauce is the main ingredient for a lot of dishes ?!!! Man, oh, man!!! I was jonesing for deep dish pizza last weekend. I put it off thinking, "nah! I'll just make something at home." And I did. But about three hours later-I must not have eaten enough-I had a craving again. So, I searched for pizza joints near me that were open late, figuring I'd try something new. I searched. The usuals popped, up-national chains and locals. There was Ange's and I'd realized I'd not had any in a while. However, I was really on the hunt for deep dish. I got on a work call and tried to put off my irrational(?) craving. Later that evening, it was back. So I called them up and was placing my order when I said to the guy, "man, I wish you guys had deep dish. The guy said, "are you kidding? We make a great Chicago-style deep dish!" Ends up it doesn't pop up on the menu when I viewed it on my phone but they have them. They are they good! It was easy to get to, right off of Hilliard Rome by Nike. Lots of parking. I barely made it back into the car before I had to have a bite. It was excellent!!! I'm a big guy. I look like the stereotype of a former Chicagoan, which I am, who has eaten a few too many deep dish pizzas by himself over the years, which I have. Still, it took me 4 days to finish off their 10". I thought the guy was exaggerating when he said it had close to a couple of pounds of cheese in it. He was not. Ange's is my new local favorite. Even better: I asked for and they had anchovies available. I love anchovies! ProTip for the selfish: put anchovies in your pizza and it will last a *lot* longer. A well-made deep dish pizza is NOT ruined by the judicious inclusion of anchovies, especially when they are baked in and not just dropped on top as an after thought. This means, more for you, my fellow bad-sharer. TL;DR: *great* pizza, conveniently located to most (there are actually a bunch of locations in central Ohio, family-owned and operated), excellent value, and very friendly service! Enjoy! Boyfriend said he has had Ange's before and likes it and I have not tried it before. We picked up a medium pepperoni & onion pizza and a meatball sub. Starting with the sub, the bread was tasty along with the sauce and cheese however there were only a few pieces of meatball. Too much sauce and meatball was just ok. On the way home I opened the box to sneak a piece of pizza. A weird smell wafted from the box. I ate one little piece. The crust had a wet box, unappetizing smell and chewy unpleasant taste. I tried one more little piece when we got home and even had my boyfriend smell it....he agreed it smelled funky but liked the taste. Well, he has snack for later. read more

Sadly I use to love going to the location on Karl Rd but last night made me realize I will never patron there again. Not only was my pizza not made the right way and I'm a regular customer but I was so totally disrespected in ways that are imaginable. I have no idea if it was the store manager or not but talking to your customers in such a way that an altercation ensues is not the way to handle it do things. Even the racial slurs that came behind it and the threats were uncalled for. At first he was being rude to me then my spouse came in because of the banter between customer and employee and he totally disrespected him then proceeded to threaten with a deadly weapon. I am truly sorry but I will protest against Angie's and anyone I know looking to order food will be redirected to Donatos or Pizza Hut. I never had an issue with this location before so it was crazy to me. I asked for extra cheese granted it was close to closing time but the pizza looked like there wasn't any sauce or crust on it. I live in the neighborhood near Ange's Pizza and just ordered the medium Ange's Pizza and Spicy Garlic Wings. The pizza was tasty, fresh and not greasy. The flavor of the toppings and combination was really good. The wings were tasty as well! The meat fell off the bone and were tender. The spicy level is a 1 or close to zero for the spicy garlic, so if you like spicy ask for them to kick it up a notch. Overall, super yummy pizza and wings and will be back. read more

Had Ange's for the first time a little over a month ago. Honestly thought the food was awesome. The pizza has a sweeter type sauce and taste great how they cook it. My father tried the spaghetti and meatballs and raved about it, I tried some as well and I agree, very good. The atmosphere has the feel of a NY pizza place when you walk in which I love given I am from NY, but the staff was great, I came at a busy hour and had to wait a short bit but did not mind.
