    Cod Yes please

Can't beat the price or the fact that they have a drive thru. The concept is simple: self pay self clean grab your food when called. No issues with that AT ALL Come for the cheap lobster roll, STAY FOR THE COD AND HOT HONEY SAuce!! That cod was REALLY good. Lobster roll was cool, I wouldn't come back solely for that but I would for the cod. Food does take a bit of time to come out but overall, Its a good concept and solid food.

I went to try the food in this new place that opened about a month ago, that replaced Boston Market. A very busy day during weekday lunch. A new concept they introduced for a fast food joint. Self service from the time you placed your order to clean up your own mess. We ordered surf and turp (shrimp and steak) bowl and wild caught grilled Mexican shrimps bowl. The shrimp/steak has more rice underneath than spinach/veggies. But the fresh quality of ingredients made it taste good, not outstanding. The wild caught grilled Mexican shrimps were not "colossal" as indicated in their menu, very deceiving. Just a few shrimps with 3 sides I chose, grilled sweet diced potatoes, 2 small slice of avocado and a few sliced of cucumber. It tastes good. They sell drinks using plastic cups, but don't have straws. They don't provide plastic knives, just spoon and fork. Trying to cater and serve healthy food in their own style. It will be a big help if one of your staff is there by the order wall to guide customers, specially Seniors who are not accustomed to operate those monitors and not familiar with hi-tech systems. Lots of parking space.

Menu of the fresh rolls - Jan 2026

Lindsy & Dani Eat A-Z started off with an A+ here at Angie's Lobster! The curb appeal is catchy and inviting. The fresh colors of the exterior draw you in. The entry doesn't match the outside and is a bit surprising, as it is bland and stark. There really isn't another place (I can think of) like this one, so I'll do my best to explain (see photos for visual understanding) There is a lot of open space with a few screens up on the wall to the left. These screens display the menu options - there are so many good ones! Once you've decided, place your order on one of three touch screens on the wall. Ordering was self explanatory and pretty easy to follow. The print is large and would have been easy to read, but the glare of the sun shining through the windows made it a bit difficult. The photos of the rolls look like such a generous portion my friend and I decided to share the Warm North Atlantic Snow Crab Roll. We decided on the lemon butter for the sauce, but I'd try spicy honey next time. We opted for the meal which came with fries and what I believe is Angie's Sauce to dip, plus a drink. The menu has you choose your soda flavor, ice quantity and add-ins, but in reality they give you a cup and you go fill it yourself at the drink station. You find yourself a seat and wait until they call your name. Our name was called shortly after we filled our drinks (unsweet iced tea and Dr Pepper). Both were cold, crisp and fresh! **They don't offer straws or knives, only sippy cup lids and forks found here. I am SO BUMMED I forgot to take a photo of our roll! I think I was taken aback at how small it really was. I was starving and looking at the portion we were about to share, I knew I was still going to be starving when we were done. The Snow Crab was indeed warm, fresh and delicious. The french fries were warm and tasty too. I really enjoyed my North Atlantic Snow Crab roll and would definitely order it again. HOWEVER, they have signs all over stating they are able to keep prices low because of their sparse set-up (no cashiers, wait staff, bussers, etc) and limited supplies (nothing but forks and no straws) they also do NOT buss their tables, you as the customer are asked to that before you leave. All which are fine, BUT the prices are NOT LOW!! The tiny roll we split with fries and a drink was $15 - that's not low in my opinion. I do understand fresh, delicious crab and lobster is a premium food so I guess I just need to wrap my mind around the cost. I did look at the other menu items (fries, drink, bowl, wrap, salad) and they are indeed low in cost. Like I said, I really liked my roll and will definitely be back to order myself a whole one soon. **Dear Angie's, PLEASE invest in window coverings, or tint the windows. The sun makes it difficult to read the menu screens and order and it's also really warm in the dining area. It was 75 degrees outside and we were sweating inside. I cannot imagine how stinky and hot this place will get in the summer.

Tried Angie's Lobsters after seeing it all over social media. Didn't realize going in that it's a fast food style setup, so that part caught me a little off guard. Not necessarily my usual vibe, so I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to come back. That said, for what it is, it's solid. Cost effective seafood is hard to find and they do it well. They're known for fresh seafood and you can tell it's not an afterthought. Surprisingly, the chicken was very good too. Guests are encouraged to clean their own tables to help keep service moving quickly for employees which I thought was interesting and actually kind of refreshing once you understand the model. Overall good food, fair prices, and exactly what it promises if you know you're walking into fast food seafood.

New England has landed a superb restaurant in Plano Texas This is gourmet food at fast food prices! We ate for $22 Unbelievable! The Maine Lobster Rolls are scrumptious and authentic New England fare. The fried cod sandwich was the best I've ever eaten. And that's high praise from this experienced palate. The cod was huge and perfectly white. Almost steak like thick. The tartar sauce was perfect. Other sauces are available It's a 4 concept restaurant with steak, lobster, chicken, and burgers on the menu. There is so much choice that one is overwhelmed at first. So , how do they provide such high quality food for such a meager price? It's a well designed restaurant that relies on you to order from a flat screen and pay. The kitchen prepares the order and calls your name. Served in paper plates and paper bag. A cup is provided and a self serve station is centrally located. There is dine in seating There is a drive thru ordering lane Online ordering is available I cannot overemphasize how great the food and experience was If you love Lobster rolls, make a mad dash here and your taste buds will thank you I highly recommend this restaurant Make you visit soon See you there !

Manage expectations. Speaking as a shell fish connoisseur who eats different lobsters around the world. Service - Order at kiosk. Food ready in minutes. Signs everywhere reminding you to spray and clean tables before leaving. I get they're trying to offset costs and pass to consumers but not my fave step. Ambiance - clean and open. Food - Fried cod piece was the best. Flavorful and hot (temperature). Lobster and crab rolls were mediocre at best. Great buttered bun and good portion of meat. One problem - no flavor. Not even worth drowning in butter. Lobster from Maine should be sweet and slightly salty. Not even close. Biz would do better letting the fried cod lead the show.

I love this place! The first time I had Angie's lobster rolls were in Vegas and they definitely were worth the price. Who doesnt love cheap eats?! 10$ lobster rolls? Cant go wrong with that. The service is good and they work as fast as they can. When I went the line was outside the building and the drive thru line was long, but it honestly was expected since they just opened up and it's decently priced food. I have definitely missed these rolls since Vegas so I'm glad the are back and in the DFW. Just realized the lobster and crab rolls were not pictured because I ate them too fast lol

Pretty good overall, at least for the blue cheese rice bowl, The photos online for the lobster didn't look too fantastic so I went with craving a "Steakhouse" style bowl and I actually enjoyed it, rice was flavorful yet reminded me of uncle Ben's style, blue cheese was in a package which I do not personally like but it tasted yummy still. I like the naan it was a flavor bomb that went well with the avocados and blue cheese/ bacon. Minus a star for the price being higher than "expected" from the insta influencers and the lobster looked, and tasted sad with its packaged butter from my friends. The mission also does not resemble the ambiance which was stale and ghost kitchen bare bones like. no love.

Easy ordering at the kiosk. When your name is called, you go pick up the item. Now noted, you do have to clean the table yourself and you throw your trash away yourself. The lobster roll has a lot of lobster in it. Overall, I think it's a good deal for the meal $15, you get a lobster roll, comes with fries and a drink. There was no wait on a Saturday night either.

    Mid lobster roll
    Cat N.

Lobster roll was mid but for the price, you get what you get. For $15 for a lobster roll, fries and a drink is NOT bad at all. I would come back just bc its cheap not bc its good. I went through the drive thru. There is no straws, they cut a lot to keep cost down.

Warm lobster roll meal with lemon pepper butter... Fries were good. Lobster roll was OK but some pieces were really gross.
    Beryl D.

It was okay. It'll do for the price point, but some of the pieces of lobster tasted like straight poo. That alone kind of soured any other kind of positive experience. I was also expecting the Fresca to be sweet and it wasn't. I can't speak on ambience as I did the drive thru. The staff was friendly. I'd be willing to go back and try something other than the lobster roll. I appreciate them trying to keep the price point low though.

I saw Angie's Lobster on social media and said this is a place I got to try, so I made my way that very same day... Let's start out with the not so great, and then build from there. Walking in and surveying the place gave me the following observations. First, there are a lot of "excuses" for low prices, like "place your own order, 2, "get your own drink", 3, "get your own food from the shelf", 4, "clean your own table" and 5) completely full trash cThey should add to the list, "there will be no warmth or welcome feeling in our dining room". My humble opinion, even if you are keeping down the costs, you can do better than this. Now let's talk about the food. I ordered a warm Lobster Roll with Plain Butter Meal. It came with Fries and a Drink. The Lobster Roll, while not horrible was kind of meh. The fries I would estimate were done 5 minutes before the Lobster Roll was served. They were room temperature and soggy with grease. I also ordered a Grilled Garlic Flatbread, which had more salt than it did Garlic on it. Verdict: This place needs some work. The idea that customers will take care of the dining room is a mere dream, and even for the ones that do, they may clean up after themselves, but they are not cleaning for the ones that didn't. Assign someone dining room duty; including taking out the overflowing trash. Make me feel like I am eating in someplace sanitary and neatly maintained. Also, the food just isn't that great, so the sacrifice they ask you to make to eat it is not worth it.

Hot Lobster roll, cold lobster roll and crab roll
    Carla B.

If you prefer value over quality, this place is for you. The cold butter packet, cold bread and lobster chards were not for me. Kitchen staff is robotic. They don't speak. Tip: Do not pay $2 extra for warm roll. It is the same as the cold one, just warmed in microwave. Instead, pay the $2 extra for fries and drink.
