Cobb salad with chicken
Shannah H.

Very excited to discover that Angie's Lobster, owned by the founders of Salad n' Go, also offer the great affordable salads that were once sold at the now-closed Salad n'Go. I'm not a huge fan of lobster rolls so I thought I'd likely never go to Angie's. But the other day I really wanted a salad for lunch. I looked online for salads near me and was shocked to have Angie's pop up. A little menu sleuthing revealed a huge list of $4.99 salads - including grilled chicken! Now my chicken tasted a little fishy (so that is an area for improvement) but overall I felt I had a great lunch at a great value. They don't accept cash, so prepare to pay by nearly any other method. I was in and out of the drive thru at the height of lunch hour in 6 minutes. Just what I wanted and I'm sure I'll be back.

Wild caught Mexican shrimps bowl

I went to try the food in this new place that opened about a month ago, that replaced Boston Market. A very busy day during weekday lunch. A new concept they introduced for a fast food joint. Self service from the time you placed your order to clean up your own mess. We ordered surf and turp (shrimp and steak) bowl and wild caught grilled Mexican shrimps bowl. The shrimp/steak has more rice underneath than spinach/veggies. But the fresh quality of ingredients made it taste good, not outstanding. The wild caught grilled Mexican shrimps were not "colossal" as indicated in their menu, very deceiving. Just a few shrimps with 3 sides I chose, grilled sweet diced potatoes, 2 small slice of avocado and a few sliced of cucumber. It tastes good. They sell drinks using plastic cups, but don't have straws. They don't provide plastic knives, just spoon and fork. Trying to cater and serve healthy food in their own style. It will be a big help if one of your staff is there by the order wall to guide customers, specially Seniors who are not accustomed to operate those monitors and not familiar with hi-tech systems. Lots of parking space.

Menu of the fresh rolls - Jan 2026

Lindsy & Dani Eat A-Z started off with an A+ here at Angie's Lobster! The curb appeal is catchy and inviting. The fresh colors of the exterior draw you in. The entry doesn't match the outside and is a bit surprising, as it is bland and stark. There really isn't another place (I can think of) like this one, so I'll do my best to explain (see photos for visual understanding) There is a lot of open space with a few screens up on the wall to the left. These screens display the menu options - there are so many good ones! Once you've decided, place your order on one of three touch screens on the wall. Ordering was self explanatory and pretty easy to follow. The print is large and would have been easy to read, but the glare of the sun shining through the windows made it a bit difficult. The photos of the rolls look like such a generous portion my friend and I decided to share the Warm North Atlantic Snow Crab Roll. We decided on the lemon butter for the sauce, but I'd try spicy honey next time. We opted for the meal which came with fries and what I believe is Angie's Sauce to dip, plus a drink. The menu has you choose your soda flavor, ice quantity and add-ins, but in reality they give you a cup and you go fill it yourself at the drink station. You find yourself a seat and wait until they call your name. Our name was called shortly after we filled our drinks (unsweet iced tea and Dr Pepper). Both were cold, crisp and fresh! **They don't offer straws or knives, only sippy cup lids and forks found here. I am SO BUMMED I forgot to take a photo of our roll! I think I was taken aback at how small it really was. I was starving and looking at the portion we were about to share, I knew I was still going to be starving when we were done. The Snow Crab was indeed warm, fresh and delicious. The french fries were warm and tasty too. I really enjoyed my North Atlantic Snow Crab roll and would definitely order it again. HOWEVER, they have signs all over stating they are able to keep prices low because of their sparse set-up (no cashiers, wait staff, bussers, etc) and limited supplies (nothing but forks and no straws) they also do NOT buss their tables, you as the customer are asked to that before you leave. All which are fine, BUT the prices are NOT LOW!! The tiny roll we split with fries and a drink was $15 - that's not low in my opinion. I do understand fresh, delicious crab and lobster is a premium food so I guess I just need to wrap my mind around the cost. I did look at the other menu items (fries, drink, bowl, wrap, salad) and they are indeed low in cost. Like I said, I really liked my roll and will definitely be back to order myself a whole one soon. **Dear Angie's, PLEASE invest in window coverings, or tint the windows. The sun makes it difficult to read the menu screens and order and it's also really warm in the dining area. It was 75 degrees outside and we were sweating inside. I cannot imagine how stinky and hot this place will get in the summer.

Tried Angie's Lobsters after seeing it all over social media. Didn't realize going in that it's a fast food style setup, so that part caught me a little off guard. Not necessarily my usual vibe, so I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to come back. That said, for what it is, it's solid. Cost effective seafood is hard to find and they do it well. They're known for fresh seafood and you can tell it's not an afterthought. Surprisingly, the chicken was very good too. Guests are encouraged to clean their own tables to help keep service moving quickly for employees which I thought was interesting and actually kind of refreshing once you understand the model. Overall good food, fair prices, and exactly what it promises if you know you're walking into fast food seafood.

New England has landed a superb restaurant in Plano Texas This is gourmet food at fast food prices! We ate for $22 Unbelievable! The Maine Lobster Rolls are scrumptious and authentic New England fare. The fried cod sandwich was the best I've ever eaten. And that's high praise from this experienced palate. The cod was huge and perfectly white. Almost steak like thick. The tartar sauce was perfect. Other sauces are available It's a 4 concept restaurant with steak, lobster, chicken, and burgers on the menu. There is so much choice that one is overwhelmed at first. So , how do they provide such high quality food for such a meager price? It's a well designed restaurant that relies on you to order from a flat screen and pay. The kitchen prepares the order and calls your name. Served in paper plates and paper bag. A cup is provided and a self serve station is centrally located. There is dine in seating There is a drive thru ordering lane Online ordering is available I cannot overemphasize how great the food and experience was If you love Lobster rolls, make a mad dash here and your taste buds will thank you I highly recommend this restaurant Make you visit soon See you there !

Lobster roll and crab roll

Manage expectations. Speaking as a shell fish connoisseur who eats different lobsters around the world. Service - Order at kiosk. Food ready in minutes. Signs everywhere reminding you to spray and clean tables before leaving. I get they're trying to offset costs and pass to consumers but not my fave step. Ambiance - clean and open. Food - Fried cod piece was the best. Flavorful and hot (temperature). Lobster and crab rolls were mediocre at best. Great buttered bun and good portion of meat. One problem - no flavor. Not even worth drowning in butter. Lobster from Maine should be sweet and slightly salty. Not even close. Biz would do better letting the fried cod lead the show.

I love this place! The first time I had Angie's lobster rolls were in Vegas and they definitely were worth the price. Who doesnt love cheap eats?! 10$ lobster rolls? Cant go wrong with that. The service is good and they work as fast as they can. When I went the line was outside the building and the drive thru line was long, but it honestly was expected since they just opened up and it's decently priced food. I have definitely missed these rolls since Vegas so I'm glad the are back and in the DFW. Just realized the lobster and crab rolls were not pictured because I ate them too fast lol

Pretty good overall, at least for the blue cheese rice bowl, The photos online for the lobster didn't look too fantastic so I went with craving a "Steakhouse" style bowl and I actually enjoyed it, rice was flavorful yet reminded me of uncle Ben's style, blue cheese was in a package which I do not personally like but it tasted yummy still. I like the naan it was a flavor bomb that went well with the avocados and blue cheese/ bacon. Minus a star for the price being higher than "expected" from the insta influencers and the lobster looked, and tasted sad with its packaged butter from my friends. The mission also does not resemble the ambiance which was stale and ghost kitchen bare bones like. no love.

Easy ordering at the kiosk. When your name is called, you go pick up the item. Now noted, you do have to clean the table yourself and you throw your trash away yourself. The lobster roll has a lot of lobster in it. Overall, I think it's a good deal for the meal $15, you get a lobster roll, comes with fries and a drink. There was no wait on a Saturday night either.

As a U.S. Navy veteran who recently moved back home, I was excited to try Angie's Lobster after seeing so many great reviews on TikTok. The food was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the overall atmosphere was nice. Unfortunately, the customer service completely changed my experience. As a first-time customer, I asked a simple question about the Peach Refresher because I didn't know it was self-serve. One employee began to politely help me, but another staff member interrupted, essentially shut them down, and told me to "read the sign" in a dismissive and disrespectful tone. I had no problem making the drink myself once I understood how it worked. A simple, courteous explanation would have taken just a few seconds. Customer service matters just as much as the food. No one should be made to feel like they're an inconvenience for asking a genuine question, especially a first-time customer. This interaction occurred around 1:34 PM, and it left such a bad impression that I regret spending my hard-earned money here. While the food was great, the way I was treated ensures I won't be returning.

Service was terrible. I had to make every order separately. I tried to explain it to the worker. She was of no help. The food prep came out & helped me. The restaurant dining area needs to be mopped. You even had to make your own specialty drinks. The salad was good. The price was reasonable.

Mid lobster roll

Lobster roll was mid but for the price, you get what you get. For $15 for a lobster roll, fries and a drink is NOT bad at all. I would come back just bc its cheap not bc its good. I went through the drive thru. There is no straws, they cut a lot to keep cost down.

Every time I'm near Angie's I make it a priority to stop for lunch. Their food is delicious and their prices are extraordinary! Nice staff, a good place to have a quiet lunch.

Warm lobster roll meal with lemon pepper butter... Fries were good. Lobster roll was OK but some pieces were really gross.

I am not a big fish person and hubby loves something fried so a healthy fishy meal isn't our first go to, but we went outside our normal tonight. And we left so satisfied. For apps, the mac and cheese bites with crab. This should feel heavy but it doesn't. Moist and full of flavor. We did the crab fingers (special on the black board... pay attention to the specials they are fire). Tons of crab for the price and the chowder type sauce was so good. I just wish I had more bread to soak it up. Dinner was the tuna with mango sauce. I got mine rare and it was perfectly cooked. The filet was well seasoned and the sauce complimented it well. Large portion of tuna. He got the special (do not sleep on the black board) flounder stuffed with crab and shrimp. Absolutely amazing. I have never ever ordered flounder before but I guarantee ill order it if we return and its a special. Service was fast snd everyone was attentive. Cant wait until we go back.

We all received samples of the soup and the poblano soup was a table favorite! Our food was delicious as well as our waitress. We loved the evening Happy Hour on a Saturday evening. Only complaint was it was entirely too humid in the restaurant, so much so that we were miserable in that sense. Everyone constantly had to wipe the water glasses off before taking a drink. So we ate quickly so we could leave and didn't get to socialize a lot.

She was informative told me the entire history of the restaurant and has a true passion for what she does The food absolutely makes! This is literally transported me back to the oceanfront on the seashore. The best lobster I've had since the area! I spent twice the amount of money, a big name and this almond pot defend and restaurant and teach all of them! Walking out the simple effective decorated restaurant really felt like I was gonna walk back out to the beach and feel spray hitting my face. Well, done! We ordered cioppino & rainbow trout grilled with mashed potatoes & corn as our sides. Trout was finely prepared nicely grilled & seasoned. Loved the corn with chipotle seasoning it went very well with the fish & potatoes were good. But Cioppino was not how it's usually prepared the broth seemed very light , seasoning was not up to the mark & the mussels were ok ... had better mussels in other places... it's a seafood place so we were expecting nice juicy mussels but the meat in clams & mussels were extremely small.... That was a let down... we did take the leftover broth to have it later but it didn't tasted good ( turned very sour) so threw it away... Maybe it was one of the off day but we felt disappointed... will try something else if we visit again.

As I pulled in, the very first thing I spotted was a sign: "Hot Boiled Crawfish Here." Well... ALRIGHT!!! I hadn't had any mudbugs yet this season, so it felt like fate. The service? Fantastic. I was just telling the waitress I was hoping for crawfish when the manager strolled by and said, "We've only got 2 lbs left." Without missing a beat: "Those must be mine." And wow--what a score. Perfectly spiced, nice and firm, served up with a couple of boiled new potatoes. A little bit of everything size-wise--big, small, mostly medium--but every single one was delicious. Washed it all down with a cold draft Shiner... couldn't have been better. Great food, great timing, and a vibe that's upbeat, welcoming, and just plain fun. Definitely a spot worth dropping into!

'Cause it is freaking awesome! The etoufee is made with crawfish then they put some fried on the side for texture. Perfectly cooked rice is in the middle with fresh scallions. I sat there loving the celery. THE CELERY! When was the last time you read a review about how great the celery was? My only "complaint" (if you can call it that) was that you only get one little piece of garlic bread cut in half. So I rarely get dessert but the bread pudding sounded great. It is served hot, but not so hot that all the ice cream melts. This has raisins but I think they may also have se Ocean Spray Craisins. I could be wrong but there were two different colored things in there. So the main point of my review is even bad stuff is WONDERFUL here

There is so much food to share for two, that sometimes we even have some leftover for another small meal. The waiting line to order often winds towards and sometimes out the door and is right next to people dining at the tables and chairs. Additionally, if you place a to-go order there is really nowhere to wait. We took our food home and it's so easy to warm it up in the air fry oven while munching on the salad. I really love the coconut shrimp over the regular fried shrimp, it's worth a small upcharge. The taste of the food outweighs the negatives such as parking and cramped dining areas.
