We love Angie's... It will is always jam packed though. But they handle it very well. We ordered the breakfast served on the trash can lid...19.99...there is not a better value out there. It comes full of pancakes, french toast, eggs, bacon, sausage...it fed 4 of us until we were stuffed and we took a bunch home. Their hashbrowns are fantastic...so was the chicken fried steak and eggs. Excellent scones and croissant sandwiches and fries and tots and burgers. Just great diner food! read more

Best place in town for breakfast. I go there every weekend and order the breakfast sampler. Big grilled sausages, thick crispy bacon, ham, eggs over easy and a pancake too. Alway good and if you're alone, you can sit at the counter if a seat is available without the wait. People on weekends wait 45 min to an hour just to get seated. I go in and find a seat at the counter and I'm done in less than 30 minutes with a happy stomach. You can thank me for the tip of sitting at the counter. Angie's is your classic, local diner that you can find on some corner in any given town. It's not 5 star dining, but the food is still good. The staff is very friendly. I think the best food you can get here is breakfast foods (which they serve all day). I can also vouch for be french fries which are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect with fry sauce and ranch! If you're feeling up to it, clean the sink afterwards! It is a "sink" full of ice cream and toppings of your choice! You may not have room after dinner so make sure to come back another day just for cleaning the sink! It doesn't matter when I go, Angie's is always packed. You never wait more than 15-25 minutes though. Food is always delicious. It's gone up significantly in price since when I was young so we don't go very often, but the price raise was probably to try to calm down their demand. RUDE & TERRIBLE SERVICE BEWARE!! Took my family to Angie's for breakfast this morning. I'm local and we've eaten here multiple times, but haven't been back for a couple years. I knew it would be busy, put our name down host said 20min. 25min later checked back he said another 20min, and that two large groups were ahead of us. I asked why he just didn't tell us 40-60min wait. He was INCREDIBLY RUDE, and told me we're busy if you don't want to wait leave. So we did, I don't tolerate blatant rudeness especially when I'm choosing to eat at your restaurant. Well Angie's you lost our business for good! We will NOT be coming back. Their motto is where the locals eat, well not this one. So RUDE, BAD SERVICE, and a just don't care attitude. Had a fantastic experience on a saturday morning at first glance it appeared this is where the locals go. the service was quick and quite pleasant. The food came out very quickly. I ordered the normal CFS with the fried scone. The steak and scone were pipping hot. It is obvious that Angie's place takes quality, sevice and speed seriously. read more

However there was no way food comes out that QUICK, so what is obvious is the food is pre-cooked and reheated, except for my meal was flat out cold, sent back, this place could be great, spare the microwave, and no big deal about the sunday/sinday customers, you can actually catch them praying over their food in a clandestine fashion, really whats the big deal, one more try in a few weeks. We were visiting in Logan and was taken to this home cooked, fresh food and great family style place. The food was so good. I had a turkey dinner with all the fixings and it was just like like having Thanksgiving dinner at home. Others had Philly cheese steak sandwich which was awesome with a wonderful dipping broth. Food was really yummy and the portions were good for the price. The first time I went there I got breakfast and fell in love with their sausage links, different than other diners and a lot better! The next time I went I got a hamburger and it was good, classic diner hamburger along with a side of tots. My girlfriend got their French toast and she said they were yummy. It serves everything from breakfast items to full blown dinner entrees. Portions are generous and reasonably priced. The quality is excellent. One specialty worth mentioning are the plate sized scones. They are unique to this restaurant and well worth ordering. I know what I'm about to say may strike some people as strange but the bus boys who clear tables are a sight to behold. I have never seen this done as quickly and efficiently anywhere else. This probably one of the more underrated jobs in a restaurant but being able to do this well means those folks waiting in line to be seated don't have to wait as long. Excellent service and great food for a good price. We fell in love with the scones here and I love the blackened chicken salad. The fried chicken is ok, the breakfast dishes are great and the shakes are delicious! A few water spills caused by some of the waters when refilling our water cups but nothing major. My family and I ate at Angie's the other day and I have to say, the food and service was pretty good. However, it was horrible that the waitresses and the cooks inside the kitchen window were kidding around with each other and one of the cooks stuck his hand outside of the window making an obscene gesture to the waitress. I thought it was disgusting to do that in front of the customers. Then one of the cooks was cooking with an ice cream cone stuck in mouth. No hands. Just sticking out of his mouth. Nasty.
