We love Big J's! Lots of variety on the menu: tacos, burgers, chicken, pizza, ice cream, cookies, and so much more! I love the shakes and burgers. The breadsticks are really popular in our family too! The employees were nice and helpful, brought out our food and picked up our trays. Sauces and food were really yummy. read more

We had lunch there today and everything was amazing. All of the young workers were very attentive and worked for perfection. The Big J burger was tasty and the ham and cheese sandwich was better than expected. The restaurant was very clean and I will definitely stop there every time I'm back in the area. read more

Juy 2023, I ordered 3 tacos. The tacos had a "tiny" bit of meat. It looked like they took a teaspoon (a level teaspoon, not a heaping teaspoon) of ground hamburger, topped with a small pinch (no kidding, less than 10 tiny shreds) of cheese, a big handful of lettuce, and a few tiny pieces of chopped tomatoes. It was seriously very sparse on the meat, cheese, and tomato. I wish I would have taken a picture, but didn't think of it at the time. My buddy saw the poor excuse for tacos and laughed at their feeble attempt. I wish I would have tried something else, because their attempt at tacos was very disappointing. The people were nice, and the service was quick. That kept them from getting zero stars. DON'T ORDER THE TACOS, unless you are vegan.... then you'll be ok. get read more

Loved Big J Burgers! We came from Hawaii and we don't have places like Big J's that sells a lot from bigots, tacos, salads, shakes all in one place. And the price and food is awesome! All the employees were great, respectful and very nice. I definitely plan to go back there in the near future! I rate them a 10 out of 10! read more

There's o love you one fast food restaurant where I live and it's big j's! Normally I'd be sad about not having other options, but the menu here is ENDLESS! Everyone who works here is so kind and patient. The only down side is the tricky driveway that's nearly impossible to get out of, but that's not their fault either. Always know what to expect. Food is hot and quick. Love their pizza, crispy tacos and burritos. Can always count on getting good food.

Their Pizza is incredible. I can't describe it... but it is very unique for an average peperroni pizza. The cheese is just great. Burgers are a generous serving size, and their shakes and food are good too. Their french-fries are incredible. Always crisp, very very hot, and never overcooked, burned, or dried out. You really have to try them. Service is good. The place is fast-food, but they actually bring the food to you, ask if they can get you any condiments, refils, etc, and even clear your trays for you while you're still there, all for free. The food is pretty good, not wonderful, but consistent so you always know what you getting. I love Big J's. A little pricey for fast food, but they have a huge variety, the staff is wonderful, and the food is very good. It is well worth the visit. We went there last night and got a big pizza for our group, which was delicious. The breadsticks are also very good. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff will come by to and remove trays, plates, and extras from your table as well as bring you things if you need. Great place! read more

Overall this is a pretty decent fast food place. The food is similar to an A&W quality. The desert is the best offering. The chocolate shakes are the closest you would get to a Dairy Queen. Seems to be real chocolate rather than chocolate syrup add in. They keep the place pretty clean and use some informal dining attendants to clean up. read more

I always love coming to Big Js with my friends. There is a nice family atmosphere. The Falatas are great and I love the variety. The staff are almost always friendly. They greet you with a smile and are happy to help. If you ever have a bad experience it is easy to get it resolved. This Place is great!! read more

Came with great expectation based on the ratings, but was very disappointed. Hamburger was mediocre at best. My patty was wafer thin and lukewarm. I should have known when I saw the menu had pizza and sandwiches also. Tale tell sign a restaurant does too much, and nothing very good. Will not visit again. Would give no stars if i could. Terrible place. Clearly a nostalgia place for folks around here who grew up with crappy choices for fast food. We got 3 meals. One double cheeseburger meal, one single hamburger meal, and a grilled cheese kids meal. $26 later and what a regret. There aren't really words to describe so just check out the pictures. We got drive thru but parked in THEIR parking lot to eat and it was already cold. Good thing we ate in the parking lot though because as usual they forgot something.. not just one thing but my husbands hamburger was not a double but a single with no bacon like he had asked for and was charged for. And to top it off they forgot the kids meal completely. I've never seen an adult there older than 16-17. Obviously the high schoolers could care less about your food and more about socializing with their friends. And the owners clearly don't care to hire capable employees. I'm posting this review after the 6-7th time of going here over the year in both the Preston and Richmond locations. Both are the same story every time. (I know you think we'd stop going but with literally no real choices unless you go to Logan sometimes it's what's for dinner) They always forget something that they charge you extra for and then give pathetic "so sorry" with a coupon for a TINY drink- but watch out because when you use the coupon for the drink they'll forget it again. I would say beware but as people in small towns know, this sometimes IS the best it gets. Notice I've mentioned nothing about the taste.. that's because it's mediocre at best. I feel like a native Ethiopian whose never heard of a hamburger could make a better burger!!- I wish I were kidding. read more
