Angie's is my new favorite! The bakery is so cute. I stop in weekly for a cup of their coffee which I think is the best in Sandwich. Their bakery treats are always fresh and delicious. I grabbed some Paczki's yesterday which were fantastic, especially the Cannoli Paczki. My only regret is that I didn't get more! My family loved them. A friend of mine also ordered their wedding cake from Angie's and I think it was the best wedding cake I have ever had. We made the trip from Sugar Grove and were happy we did. In spite of the fact that we were a bit disappointed they didn't have the chocolate cannoli's that were pictured on their website everything else we tried was delicious!! The owner came out to let us know that cannoli's can be made to order but are not stocked daily. Will definitely be back and next time will order the cannoli's ahead of time. the food they make there is delicious, however... i was infomed by the lady behind the counter that thei doughnuts are not made there only frosted. i went back in to purchase a dozen not only was the staff not wearing masks , the other be patrons (not me) not wearing a mask either. the one was a county deputy( in uniform). we are in the middle of a pandemic and no one beside me masked up. i tried to shop local but wont be going there again. read more

Clean place, nice decor, decent selection left mid-morning. I enjoyed the bread pudding square very much, and others liked the muffins I brought them. I saw no sign of a surcharge for credit card usage, I was not forewarned, I spent over $10, and then the day after my purchase I noticed on the receipt that I was charged $0.50 for a non-cash adjustment. The cider donuts were delicious. The chocolate iced long johns were perfect. The icing was smeared on very thick which is unusual here. It reminded me of cake icing. I can't wait to go back....I am so thankful that I do not live near this location. read more

Attention Sandwich! You have an amazing little Mom-n-Pop bakery in your town! Skip the nasty chain store bakery, so glad I did! I picked up chocolate and vanilla cupcakes for a birthday celebration and they were SUBLIME. I'm not even usually a cake person, but seriously, I was contemplating sneaking the leftover cupcakes out of the party. I also picked up a blueberry & cheese coffee cake. my family orders from this bakery for just about every gathering we have and have had no issues prior. for my boyfriends 21st birthday i decided to throw a small party and wanted a dozen beer mug or 21st birthday themed cookies. the party was scheduled for march 26th but seeing as though this bakery keeps busy i wanted to schedule it ahead. i called mid february regarding the order and i was told they would not be taking new orders till march 2nd due to how busy they were at the time. i said thats fine considering i dont even need them till the 26th of march and was told that they would write everything down for my order and that angie would call me personally regarding the cookie design because i was not sure exactly what i wanted. i had not heard anything for weeks and decided to call back march 3rd to make sure they were still making my cookies. when i called, i was told they could not take my order for march 26th because they had a 200 cookie order for someone else that day. i was then informed that the 200 cookie order was placed the morning of march 3rd, even though i had called mid february my order was being disregarded. angie then personally called me back and apologized because they had misplaced my form. fast forward to the week of the party, i call asking when i should pick the cookies up and they once again seemed confused about the order i had placed. i told them my information and they said "well i have an order here for beer mug cookies" as if my order wasn't labeled with my name or something? anyways, we got the cookies (i honestly was surprised, i wasn't sure at that point) and they looked cute but were super dry and hard. i was kind of hoping for an apology or something for the stress of this order but nope. hope this helps someone. read more

I agree with one of my fellow reviewers--I'm glad I don't live really close to Angie's or I'd be there all the time. I stopped by last week and tried a doughnut, scone and a muffin. All were outstanding especially the lemon poppyseed muffin and blueberry scone. I'll certainly return when I have time to take a short drive to get some yummy baked goods. read more

Disappointing first-time visit to our new in-town bakery on Christmas Eve. Felt unwelcomed from the moment we walked in the door. We were not greeted, smiled at (my daughter with her baby and I even received glares), not spoken to in a friendly manner, or even thanked for our purchase. I hope the pastries are better than the customer service. Also, as a military family, we are sensitive to the way that American Flag is displayed.
