Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. I wasn't too irritated because it smelled like hard boiled eggs or broccoli in there. Not to mention, The older woman at the front desk was hella grumpy as well. She let me show her some pics to give her an idea and wow she went above and beyond all expectations! She didn't try to talk me into or out of anything or upsell, and the conversation flowed easily. I think blow drying should always be included for a haircut because every haircut I've had they always make adjustments/final touches after drying my hair - it's really hard to see the final results with wet hair.
