I called the manager on duty, who bagged my order and handed it to me. Her response was, "Sorry, you can come back, and we will give you the biscuits." Are you kidding me? What kind of response is that? You messed up on my order, and your reply is "You can come back and pick up your biscuits." Is gas free right now?? Furthermore, she also messed up my chicken order. I returned with 1 of the boxes of chicken that included the wings that were supposed to have been exchanged for legs, as well as the missing box of biscuits. Tried their food for second time, because the first visit took so long 20 minute to 40 minute wait for food thinking the first time they might've just been having a bad day. The girl running the cashier could not care less about my frustration. She didn't reassure me that my order was next or anything considering how much I paid for my food I expected to taste better and not be so dry, and made sloppy. Not only was a staff unfriendly but today when I went, it was slow the inside was a wreck. Everything was messy. I will never go back up again and I recommend that you don't try here either. I came back to Angrychickz today and the service, like always was on point. My food was fresh and ready in less than 5 minutes. The lady working the counter was VERY POLITE and looked like she actually enjoys her job. I noticed the service has been excellent over the past few weeks and extremely cleaner than it was when I came when the store recently first opened. If you have time I definitely recommend you drop by and try out the food, food is always fresh, portions are huge, customer service is A++, store is clean, great music, and just overall GREAT. Came here earlier when I was in a rush just to check it out since I've never been to an angry chickz . My food came out within 10 min which is better than I expected since the reviews on here had bad experiences. The cashier said her name was Alexandria but the receipt says Alexandra either way she was very helpful since it was my first time she explained the menu in detail and answered every question I had with a great attitude. I hope everyone gives this place a 2nd chance they've only been open a month and I would definitely come back hoping for the same treatment and delicious food I got the this time. read more

Great experience coming here to angry birds , server was friendly and helped with my food ordering they do over portion food here which is great but too much is not for me . So I nicely asked if I can get less food for my kids and I , very nice drawing and restaurant unfortunately drinks don't come inside the combos but they were nice and had water cups . My bestest part of the food here would be the macaroni and cheese very nice tasting and my kids love it will be coming back and thank you to the team read more

Tried for the first time last night and it was 10/10! I was greeted by workers in the back and front. The cashier was very friendly and recommended me the Angry Mac. The service was very quick, did not have to wait long at all! During my short wait, the cashier was attentive to customers and cleaning up tables. I just wanted to say that Leslie L. Was up at the counter busting her butt by herself. She had 50 people in the restaurant with no food and just kept going nonstop to help her customers. With some upset and being short with her. There must of been 10 people in the kitchen but she was alone. Went in yesterday around 6 and it was great. Great service, great food, and not that much of a wait time. Yeah the combos don't include and drink but What's and extra 2.50 haha. The only thing I would say is I used to be excited about the fry portions but now whenever they have the little fry boats I barely get any fries to go with my sliders so please take those away again lol. I only have one thing to say.... THE LOADED MAC BOWL IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I came in one day and asked what is the best thing to get and this was recommended by one of the lovely ladies in front. Now I get this and only this!! Adding pickles and sometimes rice instead of fries is just *chefs kiss* The chicken is always juicy and the Mac n cheese is too good. The service at Angry Chickz was ABSOLUTELY amazing, the workers greeted me and my boyfriend the second we walked in! We were helped by the worker and introduced to the "Angry Mac" which was HANDS DOWN one of the best meals we've had. It was fresh and hot the food was VERY GOOD!! We got it within 2-5 minutes! This is a great place to come to after works or on break I work like 10min away and I come on my breaks to have something to eat. Me personally I recommend the loaded Mac or angry fries. I love love love Angry Chickz, this is my first visit to the Hanford location and compared to the Fresno locations I've been to, Hanford definitely beats them in quality and taste of food. I got the angry fries and it was absolutely delicious. Jose was my cashier and he did his job to make sure we were all taken care of, it's always nice to have great customer service when eating out. So I came in and I couldn't help but be a little disgusted that I can clearly see the workers sweating and I was honestly worried about that getting on my food. When I mentioned this to another worker, they mentioned there was no AC in the back. What kind of place is this? I feel bad for those poor kids. Waited for the grand opening today! I must say the staff did such an amazing job! Staff did great with taking orders, getting the food out on time and keeping the place clean and organized. The music was a little unsettling for some time for the occasion and setting , but then switched to oldies, and that was nice! Haha the service was mediocre (seems like that most places lately) Food, we shared crab legs shrimp mussels sausage, potatoes with the recommended flavor. But the flavor was basic and really nothing special about it. It was definitely missing something. we unfortunately were both sick for the next 2 days (food poisoning **this was the only thing outside the norm that we ate). We enjoyed each others company Wanted to love it, but it's not for us Glad we got to try a new spot though! $$$$ Oh also this is a costly place. But consider its seafood in the valley.

It is not that hard to crane your neck up and look up at the sign that you work at and see what's on the menu for the spicy Italian she was condescending the whole time. And upon leaving she started laughing at us. Would never come again if u don't like working at ur job quit and don't make people feel bad
