I have literally gone to Angry Chickz Hanford maybe a handful of times and EVERY TIME something is wrong with my order. Mind you I don't live close to where I can just go drive back and fix it while the rest of my family waits. i live 25 mins away! Literally a completely different combo ! Or miss a whole ass combo from my order . I've learned to check how many items are in my bag but never actually checked inside of the boxes. i guess I should start but damn I shouldnt have to do all that! The food is still good but the service is very poor and I believe it is entirely the management's fault. Went in to get dinner today at 5:30 and it looked like there were a total of 2 people working the entire restaurant. This poor employee had to keep running back and forth from the register to the kitchen to take, prepare, and deliver the orders to customers. Long story short: management has understaffed this restaurant and it is impossible for the few staff they do have to adequately serve people. read more

It's sad because the food in my option is good. The owners have no contact information for management to handle customer service related issues. I waited for 1 hour for food and the front line staff were forced to handle something that could and should have been easily rectified by a supervisor. Instead I saw the lead be yelled at for the fryers going out and then disappeared leaving the front of store to handle something that they didn't have keys or passwords to provide refunds for customers that had to wait, in addition they had to turn customers away and close earlier, which if I was in management there or an owner I would be furious. These things happen, but what makes it worse is that the leadership at this location is severely lacking, I reached out on Instagram and Facebook, this store specifically needs better leadership. read more

I've been to both the locations in Visalia and Fresno and this one is a disappointment. The food wasn't terrible but not up to par to what it usually is. Inside is a oddly open space which was littered with trash food and even what looked like some construction dirt in the corners (they've been open a week). First off, when I walked in the floors were super dirty. The trashes were overflowing and no one could even fit their trash in anymore. by the fountain machine there was soda spill all over the floor so it was super sticky. all the tables had left over on it and honestly I didn't want to say any of them so I ended up taking my food to go. By the way the wait for my food was over 20 minutes, The mac & cheese was not good at all it was watery and it didn't even taste like cheese. The chicken was all right just a little bit dry. It's a bigger let down than meeting your heroes. First, let's talk about the meal. In ordering a #1, I was pretty surprised that it came with 2 burgers. Overall it looks appealing. However, biting into it was another story. The breading on the chicken is good in spices, but it was really soggy. Like dampening wet cereal to the outside and just slapping it into some heat to make it stick. The coleslaw lathered on the inside was overbearing, and tasted cheap. Like buying in bulk at Costco without the benefit of adding any flavor to it. The fries had very good flavoring and were crunchy. The prices for any sides are outrageous and the company needs to rethink their strategy and not try to gouge their patrons. Overall, with the amount of hype that was built around this store being the newest addition to a small town, has yet to live up to its expectations. I hope that the store owners can review their practices and improve to make this better than the already saturated fast food market in comparison to Raising Cane's and Chicken Shack. read more

First of all, it's wild that the #4 "combo" is $15, ($16 after taxes) and doesn't come with a drink. Aren't combos supposed to refer to two or more menu items grouped together for a special price? Angry chickz was amazing a year ago. Over time they've made changes such as cheaper fries and new sauce and they've been going downhill ever since. This Hanford location is the worst. So sloppy in how they assemble the sandwiches, the quality of the food is not the same, and workers openly complaining about having to do their job (whoever was working in the back 6:30pm 9/8). I was very surprised with my sandwich. The sliders are very good and will go back and order again. You get a lots of fries, they are big and very crispy exactly the way I like it. The secret sauce is good, and enjoyed dipping my fries in it. The Mac N cheese was okay, nothing really special about it just very plain. I would not order again. The biggest disappointment was how dirty this location was. The floor did not look like it has been swept or mopped. The tables needed to be cleaned, and the widows and especially the entrance/exit door was very dirty. So because of that, I had to give it a low rating. It's to bad because I really want this place to succeed, but they need to step it up. read more
