Easy access with plenty of parking. You enter in to a dark, classy Italian restaurant. A large , open dining room straight ahead, and a small (but really cute) bar to the left. I chose eating at the bar, and I'm happy I did. Raquel, the Bartender took care of me with humor, seriousness, smiles, and incredible recommendations. Ordered a nice Zin and started perusing the menu. The nightly "specials" menu looked great, but the regular menu nailed me. The only thing however is that I would highly recommend double checking your order before you leave. I can say I prefer this location to the one in Lemoore. The one in Lemoore is more convenient because of the drive through but this location seems to be more consistent.

I was given an order number and receipt, which were also correct. Once I received my, I drove home, which was on the other side of town, then changed clothes and prepared the meal for my family. At that time, I realized that the order was missing the 8 biscuits. I opened the boxes of chicken and found several wings, even though I specifically requested and confirmed that the wings could be exchanged for the legs. I called the manager on duty, who bagged my order and handed it to me. Her response was, "Sorry, you can come back, and we will give you the biscuits." Are you kidding me? What kind of response is that? You messed up on my order, and your reply is "You can come back and pick up your biscuits." Is gas free right now?? Furthermore, she also messed up my chicken order. I returned with 1 of the boxes of chicken that included the wings that were supposed to have been exchanged for legs, as well as the missing box of biscuits. The same manager looked at the chicken and then replied that she could tell by looking at the chicken that, actually, all of the pieces of chicken I ordered were classic, and none of the chicken was spicy. In short, the entire order was incorrect, even though it was typed in correctly on the receipt. The manager did not offer to refund my money, give me a coupon, free items like a drink or pies, or even provide a discount for my major inconvenience.
