Got to Angry Chickz a little before 8pm and it was an ABSOLUTE S*IT SHOW the 3 teenage employees could not handle the orders or get them right and I witnessed 5 customers bring their orders back because they were WRONG and were told we are too busy and can't fix your food and refunded them after throwing the food away. I received my to-go order and it was not only WRONG it was WAY too HOT (spicy) to eat,my mouth was BURNING after 1 bite and was un-eatable, I will NEVER eat there again and will go to DAVES HOT CHICKEN at 4201 Oceanside Blvd . We took our 15 month old there on a Thursday night. There was indoor and outdoor seating available. They had a couple high chairs which was nice to have. Our order came out quickly and the food was temperature hot. Since I would be sharing with our little I got the mild chicken thinking that was a safe bet. It was SO spicy! My husband got the medium and didn't seem to have a problem. Before the spicy hit me a couple seconds after my first bite the chicken was very tasty! I couldn't eat it and couldn't give it to our toddler due to the spice level. Lesson learned and I will be getting country next time with no spice. Again the food tasted great with quick and friendly service so 5 stars. My husband was excited to have mine for lunch the next day. Enjoy! Service was okay. Cashier was mumbling and it was hard to understand him. He definitely didn't want to be there. Ordered 2 Crispy Spicy Chicken Sliders, 1 mild and 1 hot. The mild was not hot at all and the hot was way too hot. I love hot and spicy food but it's hard to believe they can't seem to get it right. After reading some other reviews it seems like the spicy levels are inconsistent. The chicken was tender but there was no flavor marinaded into the chicken. This place is off the hook! Tried it for my first time about a week ago and I have been back 4 times since because it's so delicious! If you're into spicy, I recommend the mild or medium. And if you dare to try the hot or angry, make sure you're prepared with a bucket of ice cream because you'll definitely feel like you'll need to call 911! The combo #1 comes with a perfect amount of seasoned French fries and two filling sliders that are super yummy! They also have their own secret sauce which is great with the fries or even putting it on your chicken! The employees here are also super kind and respectful and always compliment me when I come in so far. I'm disappointed in this location../: was just there today about an hour ago since I usually go to hollywood location from OC. But Oceanside staff doesn't seem to have it together just yet. Initially only gave us 1 out of 5 items and when mentioned the order was large they grabbed another bag and handed it to us. We revised near register and noticed an item was missing so mentioned to staff. Told us they would get to us. 45 min later nothing and when we asked for status in order they stated they weren't making anything since we already got our order. Informed them we were just waiting on missing item and they said no item was missing so they didn't want to remake. Let them know we opened order right in front of them and cashier saw us review order. They still didn't want to give us our missing item until someone in kitchen said he made it and to just give to us... Got the combo 1 with mild and medium heat slider, accurate description. We replaced the fries with the Mac and cheese and it's creamy and standard, satisfied the craving. My bf says it's his favorite spicy chicken sandwich and these are one of his favorite meals, the coleslaw was a good change compared to lettuce. Would return again. read more

This place is soooo good! So if you have been thinking about trying it, do it! Employees were so nice and service was on point. Our order came out super fast too. I highly recommend the loaded mac and cheese. It was so delicious and creamy. With fried and chicken pieces in it, just made it even more yummy. I picked the extra hot for my chicken sliders and oh my! It sure had a kick hahah. But the coleslaw and pickles made it tolerable. Been driving over 45 minutes just to eat at this chicken spot, there phone lines don't work which is kind of weird... and I get here spend about 16$ on a plate of food which consist of 2 chicken tenders a bed of rice and some pickles and slaw, They refuse to give me a bun for my sandwhich when there rice was really crusty and crunchy I've never been disappointed until this last time, they refuse to give me a bun to eat with my sandwhich and they wouldn't let me pay for it... it's either pay 14$ for a couple sandwhichs, the menu needs help if you can buy a side of rice you should be able to pay for a side bun.... that is just plain ridiculous I hope they improve cause I drove just 45 minutes next time I'll just go closer to my house to be told by some random employee that the higher up manager said I couldn't get a side bun. read more

Been here twice now. The first time I was unimpressed. The portions are too much. Way too much fries with the order. The second time I ordered individual food items. The fries and a slider. The fries once again were too much for one person. The seasoning on the fries taste ok. The slider I had was a medium spicy flavor which was alright. Nothing special. They give you way too much packaging and a to go bag when I was dinning in. To top it off their garbage mumble rap music is annoying as hell. Its on blast! You can't really have a conversation with anyone inside or outside cuz of their loud hip hop mumble rap music. Can't stand that crap.
