Loved that they offer you drinks. I went with a cup of their Vietnamese Coffee and some water. I had the pleasure of having Lily as my nail tech. She was very gentle and friendly. She checked in on me, every so often to see how I was doing. She explained to me what she was doing and was very patient. The energy there was Great. Wasn't too loud or crowded. It was peaceful. She takes her time and is incredibly meticulous with her work, and you can really tell she cares about the quality of what she does. Every set is perfectly shaped, smooth, and never bulky. everything looks picture perfect when I leave! And a huge difference is how well my nails last now too. Before, I felt like I had to go back every two weeks, but with Charlene my nails easily last a full month and still look great. If you're picky about your nails like I am, she's absolutely worth it.
