It also seemed like the owner (a lady with long light hair) didn't know how to run the business. She was rude, didn't let me tip the nail technician, and then said they wouldn't even finish the job and asked me to leave. Very unprofessional and unfair. Nothing bad but nothing that really stands out as special. The experience was average, nothing better than others that would make this salon the regular go to spot. I see a lot of product on the walls but for regular nail polishes the selection is few. Even a common polish color such as pink, there was not even 5 shades to choose from. And the display was a mess of colors mixed, some looking old. More shades of each color and organize them by colors would be nice. read more

I was glad to secure an appointment with Jenny for both of us, her reputation online as an outstanding nail artist really drew us in, and she exceeded all expectations. I showed her a Kirby inspired design I found online, and she replicated it flawlessly, her version was even more stunning than the original photo! Jenny impressed me with her gentle touch, patience, and fiery attention to detail as she worked on my Gel‑X set. She was both friendly and professional, so much so that I'll absolutely book with her again. The receptionist gentleman was welcoming and attentive, and all the staff we encountered were friendly. The salon itself was spacious, pristine, and beautifully maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and beverages (I brought my own drink, but they had others available). It was nice to relax while enjoying music and watching TV. Overall, a 5 star experience. I told the staff I did not want the burr grinder since my nails have already been trashed from prior acrylic nails, as well as gel nails that her grin off. The lovely Vietnamese woman who helped me was very kind. I forgot her name was something like MIEN. Anyway, she took her time was very gentle using at first taking off the red nail polish, followed by a brief hand filing an individual wrap soak in acetone, followed by scraping off the gel with further filing. I also had a nail trim. Her assistant appeared to be one of the managers and they were all very nice. It took her easily a half hour plus to do all this work and they only charge me $10 so I gave her a $10 tip. There was no wait. read more

When you do book, no one shows up or they take walk ins ahead of you even when you show up as per your appointment time. Good service and I loved my design. The interior is clean and nice. My only complaint was we made an appointment and it took them over an hour to start my friends nails so I had to wait for a while. I came here because some of the regular places I go to don't do designs well, and they sure delivered on the designs given that I had accidentally broken my nails off so they're too short. However, when they did some of the drilling it kept grazing my skin and now am left a little sore. Additionally, there was a lot of residue left on my hands that I had to scrub off. I went with a friend with an appointment at 4. While she was seated right away, it took almost an hour for my manicure to start. They have good service overall and are a clean facility. I would come back again because I'm happy with my manicure but would hope I wouldn't have to wait so long. read more
