Zero apex whatsoever, the lengths and size of the acrylic is TERRIFYING. Plus this nail base is not for my skin tone....... Lady who did my nails asked me, "Are you okay? You look very confused like you don't know." No I'm not confused, I just feel very uncomfortable & upset that this was done all in a RUSH! I left so upset that they wasted so much of my time just for me to walk out like this. I did not want to speak up because they don't care about customers satisfaction they care about the MONEY. I found my fave pedi girl, Jocelynn. She's kind and funny! I had my toes done by Jocelynn over two months ago with a gel chrome color. They looked so good up until my next pedicure today. Today I finally filled up my stamp card, it was my 10th visit today with 50% off my services so I got the peppermint pedicure with a 15 min. Hot stone massage but changed out the peppermint for orange. Then after my builder gel fill with Jenny, I had an incredible paraffin treatment for my dry hands. Pure bliss! They have a current special going on if it's your bday you get 20% and if you bring a friend you get 10%! Booked my hubby for a pedi treat next nail appt. Bring AirPods if you don't like noise. The staff do chat in Vietnamese and I could understand how that can be annoying if you're trying to relax. AirPods work like a charm for me!

After my most recent Russian manicure, my nails looked very bad in less than two weeks. I had multiple painful hangnails and the manicure did not hold up the way I had experienced in the past or would expect from this type of service. I initially contacted the salon only to cancel my future appointment and politely let them know what had happened. I was not asking for a refund or demanding a free service. They then asked me to send pictures and offered to have me come in so they could address the issue. Once I agreed and explained that the nails really needed to be redone, I was then told there could be a $100 charge. I completely understand that a salon may need to see the nails in person before determining what happened, but I did not appreciate how the communication changed after I agreed to come in. I was first offered a 10:30 am appointment, then after a long delay in communication, I was told that time was no longer available and that I would need to come at 4:00 instead. The tone of the conversation also became increasingly unpleasant and dismissive. I have always believed that how a business handles a problem says just as much as the original service. I was a returning customer and simply expected my concern to be handled professionally and respectfully. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been looking for a nail salon like this for what feels like forever. The difference here is that they genuinely care. From the second you walk in until you leave, you feel taken care of. The lounge chairs are actually comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, the massages are amazing, and nobody rushes through your appointment or cuts corners. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Autumn completely changed my nails. Every other salon kept pushing dip, even though it would always crack and break on me. She suggested builder gel instead, explained why it would be a better fit, and my nails have never looked or felt better. That alone earned my trust. The quality of their work is incredible, and everyone there is kind, attentive, and truly wants you to leave happy. I'm a pretty high-maintenance woman when it comes to beauty services, so I don't hand out compliments easily. This is hands down the best nail salon I've found in Orange County. If you've been bouncing from salon to salon trying to find "your place," stop looking. This is it.
