I was very impressed, not a single chip. Her gel removal process was very gentle to my natural nails that none of my nails were ruined. My nails are the longest they have ever been on their own. I desperately needed get a pedicure after months of neglect during the shutdown. However, I was wary of being in a crowded nail salon during this time. The nail places that I knew were doing a good job of staying safe were booked well in advance, not surprisingly. Thank goodness I found out about Ellie! She did my pedicure in my backyard. She seriously brought the spa experience to me - all I had to provide was a chair for me to sit in (and my feet, of course), and Ellie took care of the rest. She had all the supplies that you'd find in a shop. Everything was single-use so it's all sanitary (I even got to keep the foot scrubber). Ellie herself was pleasant, professional and personable. She wore a mask and gloves, and I wore a mask. Because we were in open air and both masked, I feel the risk was quite low. If you are looking for a nail service but aren't comfortable going to an indoor salon, or just don't want to deal with trying not to smidge your fresh nails on the drive home, then I highly recommend her. She was very quick to respond via text when scheduling, and she was super friendly and pleasant to chat with during the pedicure. She sanitizes everything and is very careful. Note that her prices seem high at first glance, BUT she does not charge a travel fee (many similar services I looked at do, so they worked out to be more costly in the end.)
