I have been coming here for my pedicures recently and just wanted to submit some feedback…read more I have had a lot of pedicures done and the pedicure chair is comfortable, however where you rest your feet for the pedicure is not... its plastic and there is no cushion. After getting my pedicure done my foot was hurting from having to be rested on that area for over an hour at an angle. I am contemplating coming here again just due to that, most chairs have a cushion where you lay your feet and although it a small detail it is uncomfortable for the client. Other than that everything else was great and the techs are very nice just wanted to give some feedback. Ty!

I chose the GG Luxury pedicure ($60). They had me choose between lavender or eucalyptus for my treatment - i think it was the bath salts and the lotion for the massage. They used the entire packet. The pedicure was mid. I should've just gone with the regular pedicure. I had a male nail tech that didn't even bother filing down the sides of my nails after he cut it. Did not even clean the dry skin or clean under the nails. He did give a great massage (5 stars). I had to file the edges of nails when I got home because it felt sharp and was not comfortable. The nail polish was also done very thick. The pedi felt rushed but spent a lot of time with the massage. Overall, I think this would be a great place if you do gels/dips with the fancy nail designs. Just not for pedicures. Staff was really nice, just not the service I was looking for.

My nails were mostly long but my two index fingers were shortened because I broke them. It was suggested that if I wanted to maintain length that I "patch" my broken nails with gel-x extension which was what I was hoping for. What I also appreciated was that they had someone else who was more familiar with gel-x come over and put on the two for me versus my person just doing it herself. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and decided to try something unique, specifically the cat eye nail effect. Abby assured me she could do it, so I trusted her. What followed was nearly three hours of work that resulted in something completely different from what I had asked for. The extensions were poorly applied, with noticeable bumps where they were glued on. Abby seemed to sense my disappointment and offered to redo them, but with my limited availability, spending even more time to fix something that should have been done right the first time just wasn't feasible. She charged me $57 for both services, and I assumed she had given me a discount considering the poor outcome. I still tipped her well, acknowledging the time she spent. However, less than a day later, one of my nails broke. In all my years of getting my nails done, that has never happened so quickly or without reason. I had no choice but to return just to fix the broken nail. As someone else was repairing it, quickly and with noticeably better quality, Abby informed me she had forgotten to charge me the full amount and asked me to pay the difference. I found that extremely unprofessional. And to make matters worse, another nail broke the very next day. I will not be returning. It is clear she took on a service she was not qualified to perform just to make a sale. Completely unacceptable.

Today I finally filled up my stamp card, it was my 10th visit today with 50% off my services so I got the peppermint pedicure with a 15 min. Hot stone massage but changed out the peppermint for orange. Then after my builder gel fill with Jenny, I had an incredible paraffin treatment for my dry hands. Pure bliss! They have a current special going on if it's your bday you get 20% and if you bring a friend you get 10%! Booked my hubby for a pedi treat next nail appt. Bring AirPods if you don't like noise. The staff do chat in Vietnamese and I could understand how that can be annoying if you're trying to relax. AirPods work like a charm for me!
