RIP Sir Oliver lost at the hands of Veterinary Mal- Practice!!!
    Georgett G.

BELOW ZERO I will not stop until I see this monster behind bars!!! This is not a vet she is a wicked witch looking to make money. I was referred to this so called cold hearted vet by my vet Lidia Baguet of Lidia Pet Grooming on SW 8th Street and 72nd Avenue. My 3 year old french bulldog had thrown up bloody vile and I rushed him to his vet Lidia. I was unaware that she did not have the xray equipment just and I was unaware that her license is expired!!! Since she was our vet for the past 3 years we trusted her when she sent us to get him x-rayed by this Olga lady. When we arrived I was horrified by the little shack she calls an office. After waiting for about 20 minutes, out came this lady with all the patience in the world with a tablet in hand. Did not even look at my dog or acknowledged us, she just started punching away on her tablet and then looks at me and says it's going to be $1,949.00 are you in agreement with this? I looked and said all this is for what an xray? Oh, no we have to hospitalize your dog and I need to treat him and on and on she went of all she had to do even before she had an xray to see what my dog had. I stepped outside called me vet Lidia and told her you sent me here for an xray and this is turning out to be a 2k bill without her even looking at Oliver. She was shocked said oh no wait I will call you right back. I have yet to hear from her. So I go back inside and in tears told this Olga lady I did not want to leave my dog to please give me the medication and I would give to him at home. She took advantage of the situation and responded by instilling fear in us, oh no he is throwing up you can not give it to him orally. (And like the saying goes trust your gut feeling which I didn't) she convinced us to leave him. I did not want to leave my dog there however, under the circumstances I was afraid to take him and at least here he was being treated. His xray showed nothing other than gastritist. He was a healthy strong 3 year old boy who would not live to see the next morning. Don't ask me what happened I am still in shock and it's been almost a month, I am emotionally destroyed. This lady never explained what happened not did she ever look at my face once, while I cried over my baby's body. She was as cold as ice as was her staff. Not once did she ever even say I am sorry, she just wanted to make sure I understood I had a 1400+ bill. When I called my vet to tell her my dog had passed away she pretended like she didn't know and said she would call me back and never did. However, I knew she was aware as I overheard Olga's conversation telling her the dog had died. I will not stop until these to get shut down no matter what it takes. Please help me if you have experienced similar situations, I see several people here have the same complaint about this lady who says she's a vet and seems to roam around opening up these little shacks like in Doral and now NW 7th Street. Join this fight and lets unmask her and put this lady where she belongs. Email me @ Lolio101@aol.com if you want to join my effort in the name of my baby Oliver and God knows how many other victims. I will not stop until I know I have put a stop to her. Take a look at all the clinics and business so you are aware where not to take you pet. About 4 weeks ago, we noticed our 14 year old Maltese, Gypsy, was bruising throughout her body for no reason. We took her in to see her vet, Dr Olga Aballi. As soon as she examined her, she said it was very likely our baby had thrombocypenia or ITP; however she would have to rule out other conditions such as viral infection or Hep C... Her labs indicated that her platelet count was dangerously low. Although we had to hospitalize her due to the possibility of her hemorraging to death and to have extensive tests run, Gypsy was diagnosed w/chronic Thrombocypenia. Dr. Aballi has been treating her with prednisone and vincristine and her platelets have almost returned to normal. Thank you Dr. Aballi and to all her staff for your patience, support and advice throughout this journey. Our little girl means the world to us and we don't whT we would have done had we lost her. Dr. Aballi saved her life and has been available throughout this traumatic journey for Gypsy and for us every step of the way. They are the sweetest and most caring professionals we've met. May Hod bless her and her staff. So if you need a good vet for your four legged children, we highly recommend Dr. Aballi. Here are pictures of our little girl Gypsy.

Sunset Animal Clinic - The vet could care less, and it was earth-moving in disgust and heartbreak.

I adopted Xavier from there and used to take Oliver as well they were kittens. When I started going there and kept going was because Dr Khuly was awesome plus there were other older vets that were great as well plus Connie was bookkeeping (I think) at the time. Everything changes and I continued to go there for nail trims and any emergency that may pop up if it happened on a day the office was open. I called yesterday on July 21 to make an appointment for nail trims and was informed that since the boys hadn't had a full physical exam in years that the next time I would schedule an appointment for nail trimming that I would have to give them each a physical. Now mind you I expressed to the young lady on the phone which btw it's not her fault at all and I understand this, but I was very upset at feeling forced to have to give my days physicals. I explained to her that about couple of months ago I happened to have sprints about 1,500 at town and country hospital due to emergency with both Oliver needed teeth cleaning cause he had stopped eating and then a week Xavier had been throwing up along with diarrhea and was sick for over a week. This happened over the weekend when your office was not open. These are indoor cats always have been.. I am 61 years old currently unemployed and having financial difficulties I try to give my cats the best care they I can. I really liked the way your vet techs clipped their nails it's a shame that everything changes.

I have a miniature zoo of animals and my regular vet is not conveniently located so I thought I'd try them since they have such positive reviews. I was even thinking maybe I can switch vets if I like them but the immediate dismissal without even asking how serious the cat's injuries are was highly disappointing. Even if they did not have a vet available to see my cat, the least they could do was act like they care. I did not get the sense that animal well-being is on the top of their priority list so I will stick with my regular vet for regular care and Knowles for true emergencies since both of those have staff that actually seem to care about the animals. If you are thinking about making your pet a new patient at Sunset Animal Clinic, make sure you have an appointment because otherwise they could not care less.

Nobody ever wants to think about losing a pet, but last month my family and I said goodbye to our 16-year-old cuddle queen, and Silver Bluff Animal Clinic was with us every step of the way. You think that you are empowered by writing this in a public forum, but it is not going to get you anywhere. We are a reputable clinic with a reputable staff which care about animals and we care about our work we take a lot of pride in it But things go wrong and it's not always our fault you admitted that the other dog was playing and sutures break they're not indestructible. We had this discussion you left Happy. The wound was sutured closed in an appropriate manner that you feel that you were mistreated. We would've been happy to help if you would've come in with a nice attitude and we would've done our best to make sure the situation was dealt with. Instead, you and your mother felt That you should scream and you feel that if you scream the loudest it will get heard. Unfortunately, you ended up spending more money at another place which did nothing more than what we did initially. I wish you could see life a little bit with a happier lens instead of a bitter lens, thinking everyone is out to get you. Buddha is a very nice dog and I wish him the best. This is my response....the wound was never closed and i have the pictures to prove it. you sent the animal home with a gaping open wound, no collar and no antibiotics. lets just wait for the lawsuit to settle and see what objective observers think. it is you who needs to be ashamed...you are butchers not vets! Defensive denial is their go to!

I was running about 20 minutes late due to heavy Brickell traffic, so I called ahead to let them know in case they needed to reschedule me. The front desk told me to still come in and assured me they would be able to see us. When I arrived, I specifically asked about the wait time because I knew I was late, and I was told it should not be long since the doctor only had one appointment ahead of us. While waiting, I was informed that my cat's CareClub plan had been canceled and I needed to pay $110 to reactivate it, which I did immediately. Shortly after, a technician brought us into a treatment room and asked about the reason for the visit. He was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, after that we were left waiting in the treatment room for nearly 2 hours with absolutely no communication or updates from anyone. Nobody checked in on us or explained the delay. At that point, I decided to leave. I walked right past the front desk where four employees were standing, and nobody stopped me, asked if everything was okay, or even acknowledged that I was leaving after waiting that long. It honestly felt like nobody even noticed. I completely understand that emergencies and delays happen at veterinary clinics, but the lack of communication, organization, and consideration during this visit was extremely frustrating.
