I have worked with Anita three times now. Years ago, she did some head shots for me as well as some photos to promote an album I was releasing. One of her photos became my album cover! She also did some amazing outdoor family portraits for me a few years ago. This time, I needed updated business head shots for a new endeavor, so I called her again. I am so happy with the whole experience!! She answered her phone when I called so there was no waiting for a reply and we booked a consultation for just a few days later. We used Anita for my son's first birthday party at the space needle and Anita was beyond amazing!!! I had to reserve her at short notice since my original photographer canceled on me. Anita was quick on responding to my query, and then setting up confirmations and details. On the day of the party, she landed up on time, got her setup going and got clicking. She's super social, super interactive, mixes in when needed and does candid shots/photojournalism where needed. It was great having her at our party, and some of the initial photo samples I've seen were pretty amazing. I hired Anita to take new professional headshots for my business and healing practice. It's a shame that Yelp doesn't allow for the occasional 6-star review, because Anita surely deserves it. I've never seen someone work as hard as she did during our wedding. My immediate side of the family now includes 17 people with spouses and nieces, plus around 80 guests during the reception. Every time I turned around, Anita was running around corralling some group of people for pictures to make sure nothing was missed. Her equipment is some of the best I've ever seen, as is her skill at her craft. My wife and I agree, neither of us will ever hire another photographer if we need formal pictures, Anita is worth every penny. We had Anita photograph our 25th wedding vow renewals. My wife hired her to photograph the event and my expectation was that we'd get a lot of nice photos and have them on my computer and review them every now and then. But that's not what happened. She took many truly remarkable pictures that not only captured the energy of the event (it was one of the most amazing celebrations ever) but captured the particular charm of every person there. The smiles, winks, looks, gestures, were exactly what make our friends and families so lovable - and these were captured perfectly. I've never seen this done so consistently. These weren't just "oh, what a good photo of Mike...", rather the photos captured their true personalities, what it is that makes Mike Mike. Just amazing, and totally unexpected. However, having seen how this charming person works, taking charge, but not being in the way, you should expect this.
