At 14 years of age, Jenny is an active cat who has a mild heart murmur and asthma. She also is a bit skittish with change. I was so happy to find a place where the host was both CPR and First Aid certified. Jenny settled in quickly when she saw there was a window with BIRDS. Laurie also provided Jenny with her own quiet room ( Jenny appreciated no dogs) and lots of TLC. When Jenny got back home, she informed me that Laurie had left treats in the pickup bag. My stepson took his puppy here for a few days while he was in Florida…read more The owner complained about the puppy "peeing on her couch" at 3 am and had the audacity to tell my stepson while he was on vacation. What is he supposed to do about this while he's in Florida and the owner of this "business" is in NY? Also, why wasn't the puppy crated overnight like she is used to, and her pet dad ASKED the owner to do?? The owner of this "business" said that the puppy was "bad on a leash" even though she was warned of this ahead of time. Then the puppy was returned to her pet parents DIRTY, with FOOD in her fur, SMELLY, and her collar and leash put on way too tight. The owner was TOLD to keep the puppy separated from the big dogs at this establishment or at least to introduce them SLOWLY, yet the puppy was put right in with the big dogs right away. There are too many dogs in one small area and the owner seems to only care about getting her money and cramming as many dogs in there at once as she can. The owner insinuated to my stepson about how little she got for watching the puppy, yet SHE set the price! The puppy also came back without her rabies tag, which was somehow lost during her stay! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
