I've been coming here for about at least three years. Always had great service. Andrea is wonderful, on time, quick, professional, doesn't try to upsell you. I come in every three to four months for dysport and I'm super happy with the results. I also had a lip filler like two years ago and I still like the results. Beware of this place. RUDE, Unprofessional. A nightmare to try to book an appointment. First of all, LOOK at how Andrea butchered my forehead. I spoke to 2 different injectors who told me she did not do my Botox correctly. I should have gone with my gut feeling when I walked in, and she walked up with wet hair as if she was getting her hair done before getting ready to inject my face. Next was the fact that she had multiple syringes ready next to the chair. NEVER ever have I seen them prefilled like this, every injector in the past has always shown the clean needles come out of the packaging and shown using the product that is being used. Who knows if she is really even using real product. I will be filing a complaint with the health department. SAVE YOUR FACE. I'm still new to the Botox filler world .... So last year, I started adding new self care activities and one of them was signing up for monthly facials at Club skin gym. I noticed they had a PA for Botox and fillers and I started with them but their PA is booked and busy a month out. So I was looking for someone more local with better availability and great reviews. I kept coming back to Andreas page. I got the sense that she knew what she was doing and I was right. I reached out to her via text and she was able to get me in within two days (SCORE!) She has her own suite in the old town Tustin area. She looked at me like what could I possibly need because you know, Black don't crack :P I'm all about preventative health and in my opinion Botox/dysport is my best option to maintain. I've seen her twice and what I love about her, she gives her honest opinion if you're looking to fix a problem area and what works and doesn't work. She's not a yes woman and it's not about how much she can get out of you. That's what I love. If I say I want something in a certain area, she'll let me know it won't look good because it can actually make the area look worse or distorted. I'm not a pro at this but I feel most injectors will do whatever their client wants. I want someone to tell me no LOL. People can't tell I'm in my late 30s . Absolutely unprofessional and rude place/Andrea. Last year, I made an appointment with Andrea for a dysport and her first comment was, "You need more dysport, you have a huge forehead." Ok... um thanks, I guess. I forgot I went to her so this year I tried to book another appointment. The only way you can make an appointment was via text that redirects you to a website. There was no one to speak. So I did that. I also confirmed two times because of the constant emails and texts I was receiving asking me to confirm. Then I got another, odd and rude text from Andrea, stating, "Confirm this appointment because we have a waitlist." Ok, this could have been said without that "waitlist" (learn to be diplomatic and professional, Andrea) and, secondly, no you do not have anything. I booked this appointment two days prior because you had plenty appointments (according to the website) available. The appointment website took me to a Haute and Knotty Salon (see attachment). After I made an appointment (and confirmed 2x!!!), Andrea said that it is not the Salon I am supposed to go. Ok, why, then, your online appointment app took me to that salon? And why does it say "Haute & Knotty Salon Botox/dysport....etc with Andrea Dunkelman? Making an appointment was a nightmare but dealing with rude and confused Andrea was a bigger one. Plenty of places to choose from that are less confused. This time, I will remember NOT to come here. She is a mess! PS: This is an addition to the profound comment Andrea made. I did not purposely not show up. I was instructed (by Andrea's website) to come to a Haute and Knotty Salon for an appointment. Confused Andrea said that is not where they are located and did not respond to my last text so there was no where for me to show up. It is a merchant's responsibility to provide a correct address or update you with one. She did neither. read more

I went to Andrea three times already for dysport . I sincerely recommend her as she is able to make it work perfectly each time . My forehead is not easy to work on bec it was damaged in the past and I have some bumps there not only lines . Not every person who injected dysport for me was able to relax those and it's was very frustrating. I had the day off work and found Andrea on Groupon for Radiesse! She got me in same day and the results are amazing the entire procedure was nearly painless and she did a consultation to see where the filler would benefit the most. I did my own research on Radiesse before coming in and although not everyone is a candidate it's probably the best one for a number of reasons. I thought i needed it in my nasolabial folds but she was able to contour my cheeks, as well. Results are very natural. Definitely coming back for more when this wears off in about a year!
