She did a great job and it was painless, which I appreciated. Their prices are reasonable. They have several different price levels you can select from. My feet and the polish look wonderful! Then last 6/5/26, I asked for the same $5 add on for the polish to stay longer but all the ladies working there including the lady owner and the guy owner looked clueless as to what I was talking about and didnt reply. The lady owner even looked like she doesnt speak English and were talking amongst each other in Vietnamese or Thai or whatever dialect. Anyway it was so annoying and now after only 2 weeks (without that $5 add on they apply to make polish last longer), the nail polish on my 2 fingers are already chipped off. Hope management is more consistent w the services they offer and be more courteous and professional to their clients. You never know if they are talking abt you. It is very rude to speak in a different language while they are doing a service for you.

I normally come every two weeks for a basic Gel-X fill, usually just one solid color, so I'd consider myself a regular. One thing that has always annoyed me is the opening time. The hours posted online and on the windows aren't always consistent with when they actually open. Every time I've come right at opening, it's already pretty busy, so it would be nice if the hours were more accurate so customers know what to expect. This last visit was especially frustrating. I was told the wait would be around 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting closer to 45 minutes. There was one customer ahead of me who was already being pretty rude and difficult, and once it was finally my turn, the nail tech told me to take a seat. Literally seconds later, another customer's family walked in. They didn't have an appointment--they were apparently just coming in after breakfast--and they wanted to get their nails done too. Instead of letting me go since I had already been waiting and was clearly next, the nail tech allowed them to go ahead of me. The customer even said, "No, she's not next. My family wants to get their nails done too," and the staff basically went along with it. I was then told I would have to wait again, even though I had already been there for almost 45 minutes. At that point, I was so frustrated that I just left. I understand that walk-ins happen and that things can get busy, but I don't think it's fair for someone who has already been waiting to suddenly get pushed back because a group of people walked in without an appointment. It's disappointing because I genuinely liked coming here and had never had an issue before. Unfortunately, this experience really changed my opinion, and I probably won't be coming back. I just wish the staff had handled the situation differently and been fair about who was next.

I paid for the royal pedicure but the technician, didnt catch her nail because she said not one word to me (older lady) was more interested in everything being done around my pedicure than my pedicure itself; she wiped the lotion and oil on, no massage. She watched as others did pedicure and nails, moved my legs around. This pedicure didnt even meet my top 20. My mom was in the next chair getting a pedicure and boy, hers was worse than mine. Lasted np more than 10 minutes. She asked them not to cut her nails just file as the lady proceeded to cut.

The salon itself seems to need a little help in terms of cleanliness and design. It was July and they still had Christmas decorations up. It also looked like the air conditioning was connected to the door with cardboard. I got a gel manicure ($29) with cat eye polish (additional $15) and an eyebrow wax ($8). All in all, it's a great value. They only accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, or cashapp. And tips are cash only! They don't seem to have OPI gel colors which I find to be the best that last. So, we'll see how long this manicure lasts. But for the price, I'm okay with it.

I was seated at a desk and had to wait at least 25 minutes for someone to attend to me. There was only one other girl getting her nails done and the 2 workers that were free were not helping me out. Finally one decided to come and do my nails. It was rushed. She grinded down my nails so much that it hurt. She went too close to my cuticles that it burned and when she added the clear nail polish it was just everywhere on my hand. I asked her to remove it and clean up my hand but she simply didn't. Awful experience and I will definitely not return. Spent $26.
