I went in to get a manicure as my hands really needed a touch up. My nails had grown out the gel extension I previously had. I was seated at a desk and had to wait at least 25 minutes for someone to attend to me. There was only one other girl getting her nails done and the 2 workers that were free were not helping me out. Finally one decided to come and do my nails. It was rushed. She grinded down my nails so much that it hurt. She went too close to my cuticles that it burned and when she added the clear nail polish it was just everywhere on my hand. I asked her to remove it and clean up my hand but she simply didn't. Today marks 1 week of getting my nails done & I've never been so disappointed. They look horrible already. The next day I could already feel 1 nail lifting in the corner. My pedi is fine , my daughter didn't have the same luck. Hers is already chipping. Clearly old nail polish. I used to love coming here & I can say this is my last time. Complete waste of money. Please do better ! Also, I went in with a photo inspo: I was told they could do it. A cute pink heart. In the end they weren't able to. So I was forced to keep the rhinestones & get this glitter line instead. I still paid & tipped. But now this on top of already being disappointed? This is just not right . read more

First time getting a set and love them! I went back a week later because I wasn't use to the length and Michelle squeeze me in to take off some length for no charge. Update 2 weeks later: Went back to have them removed because one had popped off. The way she removed them wasn't gentle. She wedged something under the popped the Acrylic off. IT HURT! I came in as a walk-in Friday night, and they said to pick color and took me in immediately. Cathy was so nice and I got a deluxe pedicure with her for $37. What a steal! Such a nice scrub, massage, etc. Perfect to get nails done before my Hawaii vacation! I'd definitely come back :) It's honestly rare to find a nail place with good service and does a great job with pedicures. The salon is cute and pedicure chairs are comfortable with massage options. I took my two daughters (8/10 yrs old) to get a mani/ pedi. I also got a manicure for myself. Service was great. However, I was extremely upset when I received the bill of $107 dollars. I clearly thought this is a mistake. The cashier lady came and showed me a paper that said kids mani / pedi $25 and I said yup that's fine. Then she went on to say oh yes and gel is $10 for hands and $10 for feet. So for each kid it was $50 she was generous to take off $5 per kid so that I would only be charged $45 each kid. As my gel mani was only $17. I was so upset on the fact they were charging me $20 each kid for just gel polish alone. Such a rip off. I would have been fine paying $30/$35 for each of my kids but $50. No thanks. Definitely left very upset and sweating I would NEVER EVER come back. read more
