Only thing I can say about this place is rude and unprofessional. This place is horrible!

I got a pedicure here. The business is very clean, which is a high priority to me. The technician who did my pedicure did not speak much (or any) English, but we were able to communicate using hand gestures. I asked her to focus on a specific harder area of my foot. After she was done, the area was super soft. Oh and the massage with it - AMAZING. The pedicure looked beautiful and only came out to be $25 (not including tip). Good deal! read more

There is only 1 employee and she does every single service which means you have to wait until she is completely done with another customer to be serviced. It is also not guaranteed that your appointment will be honored. read more

Great location and nice facilities but don't go if you don't want your time wasted. Even when you make an appointment you wait. They are very slow and as far as I have seen only one person works there. I will Never come back to this place. read more

Stylist was very nice about making me wait forever but oh my god...she rushed me out of the salon when she was "done" and it took me a bit to figure out exactly how bad she botched my nails. Some nails weren't filled in all the way. Edges weren't completely straight. And my personal biggest rage: the gel topcoat is coming off literally two days after getting them. I paid $60 for these and I regret it deeply. I want a refund badly but I know she's just gonna fight with me over it. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Probably the worst experience I've had at a eyebrow shop in Little Rock. I carefully explained that I just wanted my eyebrows shaped and not thin and she promised that they would be exactly that . As soon as I turned in the mirror my eyebrows were two totally different shapes . They weren't even sisters they were from two totally opposite sides of the world. She tried to explain to me that they were already two different shapes which I knew and that is why I asked for a shape up. I specifically had to ask if she could make me feel better about them and she only filled them in. I kept insisting that I did not like them and all she said was "they will grow back". Of course, they will grow back but there were no further options to satisfy the customer . NEVER COME HERE!!!!!! Seriously !!! read more

This is my eyebrow place no where else but here I go to a specific lady ever time can't remember her name but she does an amazing job

Horrible!!! Had an appointment and she then acts as if I did not schedule the appointment. She says she can get me after she finishes when the current client. So I wait in my car for her to motion for me as I told her I would do as well she has a sign asking clients to wait outside. I see another customer walk to the back so I walk in and she is threading the other customer's eyebrows. After I have waited 30 minutes in the car. She finishes with that customer then calls me back to then argue the fact that she would not have scheduled my appointment at that time and I must have called the other location. I pull up to google to show how I found her number she then yells "DON'T GOOGLE" and she saying I will not be able to do your extensions bc she would not have scheduled an appointment bc she had another appointment at 230. (My appointment was 330) so I then show her my call log to show her the number I dialed and it was the correct number for the University location!!! At this point I do not recommend for ANYTHING services at this location. NO APOLOGY! No NOTHING!!! I walked out bc I refuse to pay someone for a service when they do not appreciate my business or respect my time!! Customer Service does not exist at Anna!!! I tried to give her a chance even after reading the other reviews but trust what you read on this Anna's on University!!! HORRIBLE Customer Service! read more

Staff was friendly at first then begun to speak about crime in the area and blamed it all on one race not realizing I was apart of that stereotype she was placing on everyone. Next she messed up my polish for my pedicure and when I told her she started to roll her eyes at me. She as was upset because after an hour long pedicure I didn't want my nails done anymore. I have come here for all my eyebrow threading needs since they opened. Super nice staff and fantastic job at reasonable prices. I brought my bff and her 10 yr old daughter here for a big girl girls day birthday and they made her feel so special. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for her and really all of us! There are only two workers in this Salon. The manager and another person. The manager is very unprofessional. She talks to her staff crazy. Is always defensive in her response. She is a money chaser, very selective in whom she service. I was seated in her chair the phone rang, she said her appointment is outside. Then she tells me I will have to come back. No service given. Fyi, do not go to this salon. They do not know what they are doing with nails service, no good colors to choose from. Bad attitudes and two wrongs don't make a right. I recently went to this location and was highly unsatisfied. The older technician was extremely rude. She did not act as if she wanted to help me when I asked about the different services. My service was done by a much younger technician who I felt like was doing the service for the first time! I say this because she kept asking the older technician questions related to her technique while she was doing the service. It made me very uncomfortable. If I wanted someone to practice on me I would have went to the beauty school where their prices are much less. I went home and could visibly tell a difference in the work, it did not look the same on both sides. I will not be returning to this facility and Anna's eyebrow threading should not be satisfied with the quality of work or customer satisfaction shown during this visit. read more
