A week before the visit, they open an online patient account to assist with managing appointments/health issues with them. They are following strict COVID-19 safety measures, mandating face masks for individuals above the age of 2, asking patient to stay in vehicle until being called on the cell phone for the appointment. The establishment is bright and clean inside, with a lot of colorful decorations. The patient room has a TV to play songs/videos to distract/calm the kid. The visit with Dr. Decere was great! She was on time, very thorough in answering questions, and very patient in dealing with my kid! My kid got to take home a goodie bag with a new toothbrush, a tube of toothpaste, and a little rubber duckie! The front desk was friendly and effective during the check-out process. All-in-all, I highly recommend this pediatric dental establishment!

If, on the other hand, your child has issues to be dealt with. Be prepared for them to do a (hmm what's a nicer word) "halfhearted" job on diagnosing and early remedy. The remedy could be, as in my child's case, to grind away a break in the tooth down to the dentin (making it many times more susceptible to decay where brushing won't help). It could also be that they might recommend against and avoid doing the right, precautionary thing early on a looming issue so that as the child grows, the problem grows as well, until the pain and time and expense of recovery is multiples of the initial precautionary procedure. In both these cases the initial visit or one follow up could have taken care of each problem quickly, with lower pain and radically lower expense than the outcome of how they chose to delay and see what happens or do a quick initial fix--multiples of expense being the key words here--makes one wonder about motivation. You can't give zero stars so, starting at one, I add a star for the positive things. I take away three stars for the pain, expense and time casualties of what is possible incompetence or outright intent to create a larger profit down the road. Look for other pediatric dentists (ignore the high stars and read the reviews before choosing. In our case it would have made us well willing to drive farther away for appointments...

Cross posting my google review: Update 22Oct2025 after…read morebusiness response: Your response is exactly what I expected from whoever is managing your businesses page. Nothing in this response that you plastered on multiple negative reviews deals with the concern I brought up and you wave us off with excuses. It is not a slanderous review and merely stated facts. If your business practice is to alienate, disparage, and disregard a 10 year customer's concern who on average has paid your business $1,300 a year for 2 kids appts 2 times a year (just for the cleanings and xrays, not counting additional costs for fillings, etc) over trying to get $75 for rescheduling an appointment more than 24 hours out from their appointment then you need to seriously reconsider your business ethos or expect to continue to receive negative reviews and lose even more business. You had plenty of availability to reschedule and you would have still made your money off of our kids continued care, but you decided that $75 was more important than keeping long-term customers. I never disparaged the care given by the Dentist or cleaning staff, I feel sorry that Dr Bross's business is hurting from your policy and treatment of customers. I'm angry that you (office manager or whoever handles appointments/billing) could give a care less about working with loyal customers or for that matter build relationships with any customers. Any business should care as much about customer service as the product they are providing. If needed I pulled up all of our insurance receipts back to Oct 6, 2015 if you were thinking of questioning how long we've been with this practice. Good day and for anyone that read this long, take heed on where you take your business. Original post: We've been loyal customers of this dental office for over 10+ years, minus three years we were stationed elsewhere for the military. Upon our return in 2022, we noticed that the ownership/makeup of the team had changed, but stayed with them as the dental care was always good and it was familiar. We've never missed an appointment and have always been on time/early. We were never concerned about delays and being seen on-time, but there have been times as others have stated where we waited longer than usual, but that's the way of things and you deal with it. I could easily add to the long list of complaints in the reviews regarding the staff and insurance issues, everything people have said on here is true and the billed dental costs are higher than other options. All that to say that after ten years we needed to reschedule an appointment for one of our two kids, and called at around 10am in the morning for an appointment the following day at 2:30pm. Was informed that they would impose a $75 dollar fee for that, we asked about waiving that since we've been there forever and it was still more than a days notice and we just needed a different time while keeping our other kid's appointment, and they wouldn't budge. So I said ok, cancel both appointments we are taking our business elsewhere. Now they have the audacity to send me a bill for $150 for no services after me stating we are no longer your customer? I'm not your customer and have no further business with you once we cancelled, I'll be calling about this in the morning. For anyone out there thinking of going here, take heed of the plummeting reviews of this place over the last few years and find a different dental office to go to. They do not care for you one bit, if they treat loyal customers of 10+ years like this, they really do not care one bit about you and only want your money.

They require upfront payment in full for all services and then you have to wait for reimbursement from your insurance company. Their cancellation policy is horrible. I called on a Friday afternoon to cancel a an appointment for the following Tuesday and will still have to pay a cancellation fee. It looks like lots of other customers are unhappy with the service lately based on the reviews but they don't care.

Luckily, no damage was done and my daughters have been patients ever since. They are always kind, professional, and keep a tight knit shift. The rule of thumb at the first visit is to never restraint the child. It would traumatize them and instill fear of the dentist for a very long time. Read this: https://children1stdental.com/what-is-papoosing/ I had first taken my child to my dentist but they were not pediatric dentists and I was advised to take the kid to a pediatric dentist because they would know best how to provide care for the child, especially a 4 year old. Why wait this long to start dental service? Covid. I first took him to dentist when he was 2. It was actually not bad, but then COVID hit and no dental appointment was to be made until the offices opened up. So that doesn't help. So I seek for a pediatric dentist and came across to this. On my child's first visit, he was restrained. There wasn't a relationship established first to build trust. Who will have to take care of the kid's fear of dentist? Us, the parents. Not this dentist. I was a little disappointed after reading about restraints should never happen on the first visit. I got an email from Dr. Weng explaining that she wanted to have 30-minute chat with the kid to establish a relationship. So I made an appointment with explaining to my kid the dentist just wanted to chat with him, there wouldn't be procedures done on his mouth. But apparently I was either miscommunicated or misunderstood so he was traumatized twice. After 2 visits, this dentist office recommended that we find someone else. In full disclosure, my kid does have some work needed done on his teeth so he's not exactly an easy patient, but I really think the restraints hurt him the most. Because with my dentist, he was pretty good. I'm not sure if it's the age, at 2 and at 4 or if the restraint made him to blacklist all dentists. 2 stars because they're easy to schedule an appointment and the staff there are friendly. They made us to feel welcomed. The minus of 3 stars because of restraints and referring us to find someone else (when they're pediatric specialists). Off to look for a new pediatric dentist.

Very professional and polite. My daughter's (9YO) hygienist was great! Cleaned her teeth. Talked to her about proper brushing and flossing (as well as gum health). Dr. Baker was kind and helpful. The office area was neat and clean. I liked that they had seating immediately where your child is being cleaned. I watched the staff thoroughly clean each chair (the entire chair - head to toe) and associated station after each patient. Loved seeing that! Out of all the medical appointments I've been to (and on behalf of my child), never - not once - has the office EVER had printed school calendars (for multiple Counties) available at the checkout station, where you make the appointment or next time. It's small things like that (and the immediate chair/station cleaning) that demonstrate great customer service. I would definitely recommend them, based on my first experience.

The area of improvement lies with the billing department. There were occasions where I called, left messages without my call being returned. Popped in and asked why my call/concern went unanswered but the office manager was always sure to make sure that I got resolution and left confident that they'd take of care of things. What I really like is how they explain what procedures are necessary and those that are optional. A solid outline of what payment is due prior to service and payment options are available to minimize financial impact. When a recommendation was needed for my son's wisdom teeth removal, a clear explanation of who we were being referred to was done and they even assured me that the surgeon accepts my insurances. Gold star to all the hygienists here who conduct themselves in a professional, approachable manner and are excellent dental hygiene coaches for young adults who need pointers. Gentle in the line of duty, whenever my son had discomfort they listened to him and described what they were doing and didn't promote anxiety about coming to the dentist. Plenty of parking, play area inside for children and they have overhead monitors that play movies as patients are receiving care. Nice decor, all areas are clean and each visit has a dental swag bag.
