I self-referred and appreciated the informative website they have. For new patients, they have parents fill out a detailed patient registration form before the first visit. A week before the visit, they open an online patient account to assist with managing appointments/health issues with them. They are following strict COVID-19 safety measures, mandating face masks for individuals above the age of 2, asking patient to stay in vehicle until being called on the cell phone for the appointment. The establishment is bright and clean inside, with a lot of colorful decorations. The patient room has a TV to play songs/videos to distract/calm the kid. The visit with Dr. Decere was great! She was on time, very thorough in answering questions, and very patient in dealing with my kid! My kid got to take home a goodie bag with a new toothbrush, a tube of toothpaste, and a little rubber duckie! The front desk was friendly and effective during the check-out process. If your child never has a problem with their teeth you will likely give this business 5 stars for convenience location, parking, efficiency, a clean office, space for active children to play or read, and an overall nice or positive attitude, other than some complaints by my wife of rudeness from the receptionist. If, on the other hand, your child has issues to be dealt with. Be prepared for them to do a (hmm what's a nicer word) "halfhearted" job on diagnosing and early remedy. The remedy could be, as in my child's case, to grind away a break in the tooth down to the dentin (making it many times more susceptible to decay where brushing won't help). It could also be that they might recommend against and avoid doing the right, precautionary thing early on a looming issue so that as the child grows, the problem grows as well, until the pain and time and expense of recovery is multiples of the initial precautionary procedure. In both these cases the initial visit or one follow up could have taken care of each problem quickly, with lower pain and radically lower expense than the outcome of how they chose to delay and see what happens or do a quick initial fix--multiples of expense being the key words here--makes one wonder about motivation. You can't give zero stars so, starting at one, I add a star for the positive things. I take away three stars for the pain, expense and time casualties of what is possible incompetence or outright intent to create a larger profit down the road. The dentists and hygienists are amazing. However when calling the office the phone staff often makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them. This happens almost every time I call. The front desk staff couldn't be nicer, the hygienist was wonderful and patient and Dr. Decere was great. There were so many kids there, it was such a happy and positive place. This practice is really wonderful for children and everything is focused on making early dentist visits as easy as possible. There are lots of prizes, and custom movies, and playhouses and stickers - all wonderful for encouraging good dental care. But what I appreciated the most was that they really listened to my son. He was fine with people poking around in his mouth, it was just the bright light in his eyes that bothered him, so they accommodated him and there was no need to hold him down or force anything. Okay, so first let me say that I haven't yet seen Dr. Tull, but will next month. The review is on the practice itself and a Dr. that was not listed on Yelp. Practice: I got a very warm feeling when I walked in. Our last dentist was horrible and my kids were scared to go to the dentist. A neighbor referred this practice and I am so glad we tried it out. When you first go in, there is a small fun house for the kids to play with and sticky animals on the ceiling. The staff is wonderfully friendly and courteous. I had 3 kids at this appointment (11, 7, and 2). They all went in together to pick a new toothbrush and their teeth were painted with this pink film to see how well they are brushing and then they brush in front of the hygenist to see if they are doing it correctly and she told them what they could do better and also what they were doing well already. We then went into a private room where they got to pick a movie and took turns in the chair. Now my 2 year old (okay 23 month old) was starting to drive me crazy by now, but the ladies were still focusing on the child in the chair and explaining things as she went along. They went out for xrays and came back with toys and stickers. Now heres comes the Dr. Dr: I didn't see Dr. Tull, I saw Dr. Decere (she is not on Yelp). She was very friendly and examined each child. I only had concerns about the 11 and 2 year old at this point. She first checked the 2 year old because he was already in the seat. He has yellow spots on his 2 front teeth and she explained that the enamel didn't grow in properly. She said it was nothing wrong with his hygiene, his teeth looked fine for his age, but explained that the yellow may flake and we needed to keep an eye on it. For the 11 year old. Her baby teeth were beautiful but didn't come out as they should have so now she has more teeth than she should and lots of crowding. Dr. Decere explained that I would need to do a consult with Dr. Tull because he is the ortho guy. But she explained that one tooth would need to be pulled and braces were necessary (I pretty much already new this), but she also said there was some gum issued that may also need surgery later. All in all, a very great visit. No cavities for any of them (yeah-good job!) and the experience was a great one. THANK YOU TO ALL THE DRs, HYGENISTS, AND STAFF. Oh and by the way, the staff gave me some names of adult dentist that I may like because unfortunately they only see kids :( I would have loved this dentist office myself. We have lived here for 13 years and this is the only place that we have gone to for care of our children's teeth. They are professional, on time, efficient, and friendly. They are very welcoming to children and put them at ease. The technicians couldn't be any nicer, those who clean the teeth. Then the doctor comes in for a review for cavities and to talk with the parents. I have brought my little one to this pediatric office on 3 occasions and each appointment supersedes the last. The most recent appointment was his very first cleaning and the hygienist did a wonderful job showing him the tools she would use to clean his teeth. They provided him a pair of Spider-Man glasses to help keep the light from shining too brightly in his eyes during the cleaning. The dentist did an examination after my son's teeth were cleaned and my son was excited to have a couple little toys in his bag as a "surprise" for doing such a good job. He also loves his Batman toothbrush that was in his goodie bag and still plays with the "squishee" a week later. This is the only pediatric location we have been to in the area so while I do not have one to compare to, I don't feel like I need to because they are meeting our expectations and are happy with their levels of service, cleanliness, and safety. read more

5 Stars is not enough for this practice. My son had an injury at the pool on Sunday which led us to the ER and a visit on Monday with Dr.Weil . I reached out to Dr. Behling on Sunday evening who had just landed from his family vacation to see if he would be able to see us first thing . He informed me that he wouldn't be in that Monday but to call first thing and he would let them know to expect my call. I called at 8 am and they were expecting my call and had an appointment for me for 8:45. We saw Dr. Weil who was fantastic in keeping my son calm while performing the dental work my son needed as a result of his injury. Later that morning Dr.Behling called me to check in to see how my son was doing and to let me know he had spoken with Dr. Weil about our appointment. From the initial contact Sunday evening when I reached out to Dr. Behling (who had me text him pictures so that he could evaluate) and then communicate with me as to what had happened to his teeth and assure me that everything was going to be ok , to the visit with Dr. Weil which was amazing I can't say enough. Dr. Behling has been my son and daughters (my youngest 2 kids) dentist for several years now. I trust and love the practice so much, I decided to make an appointment for my special needs son who at the time was 16. Dr. Decere sees him and she is AMAZING with him. He is going on 19 now. She is patient and kind with him and over the years has built up trust with him, where she can clean his teeth with very little incident, that's amazing for him. She has also taken him to the OR for major dental work (fillings). If you need a practice that makes your kids teeth their priority and not emptying your wallet this is the practice for you! The office staff is so kind and go above and beyond to help your child feel safe and comfortable. Also, each treatment room has a TV with a nice variety of DVDs for your child to choose from. My youngest son (12 yrs old) gets his braces on next month with Dr. Tull! read more

One of the saddest moments of my life as a parent was the day my daughter "graduated" to an adult dentist. Truly. This practice is AMAZING! They saw her teeth through extractions and orthodontia and she has a beautiful, straight smile to show for it. We could not be more pleased. On the not-so-fun side of things, the business office is the best I've ever worked with. However, it is the way all three dentists--and especially Dr. Tull--have worked with my son, who has a variety of special needs, that truly sets this practice apart. They are always careful to book enough time for each procedure--and then each staff member takes his or her time to ensure my son is comfortable and ready. When complications arose, I watched Dr. Tull and Dr. Behling continue unruffled, never rushing, though I knew their schedule was being blown up.
