I love the setup of their basic exams - a large viewing window so caregivers can observe, and in-ceiling screens for the kiddos to watch kid-friendly video fare. They get headphones and can really distract themselves from the proceedings, making it pretty much stress-free. Dr. David always personally speaks with me and tells me what's going on with the kids' mouths. He is clear and detailed with information, while also being professionally friendly. However, I was told that this was not possible and that if I did not agree to the six extractions, my appointment would be canceled. This approach felt unreasonable and dismissive of my concerns as a patient. As a result, my appointment was canceled, and I now have to wait another two months to find care elsewhere. This situation has been a significant inconvenience, and I have filed a formal complaint regarding the clinic's handling of my case.
