She did a great job cleaning and inspecting my teeth. She also gave me feedback on my dental health without a lecture or making me feel like a scum bag. Dr Chan examined my xrays and my teeth. Pay attention to the customer calling on the phone and put your work to the side for a second. This happened every time I called, so then they gave the option of texting the office. Great! But they don't answer the text for days. You have to send multiple texts. Their ortho work is good but that front office staff needs customer service training. It's really bad.

I asked them that, why did no one call nor text me to let me know that my treatment was about to expire? They said it was not their responsibility. They were rude, nonchalant, no empathy and didn't care because they had already been paid. I was so upset and disappointed. They think this is over, but I am willing to take this as far as I can. They are scammers as far as I am concerned and I would advise anyone to save their money and look for another practice. They basically told me that if I wanted to continue, I would have to extend time and pay more. Someone is going to pay quite alright, but it won't be me.
