This store is packed with endless amounts of toys and clothes. I don't even know if the times will sell before Christmas. Time will tell. Service is quick and staff is friendly. Unfortunately, her party was…read morecanceled and I was unable to give her the gifts before she had to leave to go back home, so I went back to Ross in Santee Town Center and tried to return the two items using the Gift Receipts that I had attached to the tags for the two items in case they weren't the right color on the right size or whatever. At that time I was informed that I could NOT get a credit back to my debit card, I could only get a store credit, even though I had the gift receipts right there. I DON'T shop at Ross for this very reason because the customer service is sadly lacking and has always been, but she likes this store and I figured it was safe because if she wanted to return something she could. When I escalated the problem to Ross Management I was told the same thing, I could only have store credit. In my opinion, that is NOT good customer service and I will NOT shop at Ross going forward. I have yet to find a Ross store here in San Diego County that had either good customer service or was maintained regularly. the shelves are frequently empty or have the wrong stock on them people just throw things and don't hang clothes up and they just throw them on the floor and leave them there or hang them over the rack and nobody comes behind them to straighten them up. Now I remember why I would not shop there. I would rather donate the items to the Goodwill than except the store credit at this point! one of my biggest regrets is I can't rate this store any lower than one star because they don't even deserve one star!!!

This is a nice outlet right across the street from the casino…read more Plenty of parking in this plaza. The scenery is very nice and most of it has been kept up over the years. The arcade has changed and been updated I do like the older one better with the ticket system. I'm old school like that lol They still have the bowling alley but sadly a couple staples are gone now. The Toy store which was my favorite is now gone. Also the lingerie store which was across from it is also gone. I think they were both here since the beginning. KFC has been replaced with a burger place but we do like the Wetzlers Pretzels and the coffee/candy store!! We love the weekends with the kettle corn! It smells so good. We always get two bags to go. I do hope they get a new toy store soon. We'll be back for sure.

I came out to the outlets to do some other shopping and noticed the Michael Kors store. It must be new because I hadn't ever seen it before. Well, I stopped in and there were great sales. I was greeted almost instantly and asked if I needed any help and told about all the current promotions from percentages off to their bag and wallet combo deals. While shopping my 6 year old was not the happiest of shoppers. Handbags are not really his thing to shop for. The lovely associates came and asked me if he was allowed to have gummy bears as they had some in the back. I said sure and a few minutes later she came back with Michael Kors branded gummy bears. How nice! I have never been to a handbag store where they treated us so nicely and seemed to care about the happiness of my child too. With a happy child I was able to find a beautiful bag and wallet. I had a great experience shopping here and would not hesitate to come back.

The staff is always super helpful and both the manager and assistant manager recognize my daughters and I when we shop. Everyone insures we receive great service while in the store. The staff is all friendly, attentive and will not hesitate to check on a size for you. As long as we continue to receive great service, we'll keep coming back!
