My mom, sister and I have been visiting Anna's Nails for the past 20 years. My mom is in her 70s and rarely gets a manicure or pedicure, but I convinced her to do so last week. Anna actually did my mom's nails and was extremely patient with her, even after I flubbed the appointment date. What I love about Anna's nails, and particularly Anna, is that the technicians are personable, professional and produce beautiful manicures and pedicures. My mom's feet actually looked better than mine after her pedicure and now she wants to get her nails done on a monthly basis. The vibe at Anna's Nails is welcoming and family-like. I desperately needed a pedicure and stopped in on my day off. I didn't have an appointment but thankfully they were able to take me immediately. My technician was efficient and did a great job. She recommended a different color than the one I picked and it looked great. My regular nail technician retired so I decided to try Anna's Nails. I changed from acrylic to dip powder a little over 2 months ago and love it. I made an appointment at Anna's and a young woman performed the service. She kept trying to get me to convert to acrylic, even after I told her three times that I liked the dip powder. A week later, five of my nails were either chipped or broken. I called the salon and asked if I could come in to get the nails fixed and was told to come to the salon. When I arrived, I was told that they could not service me and to come back on Tuesday (they are closed Sunday and Monday). When I arrived on Tuesday, I showed my nails to the woman who originally did them and she said the reason for the chipped/broken nails was that, they "didn't know my nails." I've had acrylic and powder and NEVER had an issue as bad as I had at Anna's. To add insult to injury, I paid $115 for the dip powder manicure and a pedicure, and tipped each woman $30. I was with my prior nail technicians for over 20 years and 2 years, respectively and NEVER had an issue. All I wanted these people to do is to take responsibility for their lack of knowing what they are doing, and they didn't. read more

I loved how close to my house it was but I went there expecting to have to wait for couple minutes because I'm didn't have an appointment but no they say me right up and started on my nails but so have in mind also it was early in the morning. First time here. Got gel manicure and pedicure. Tracey used one of those motorized sanding tools to break the surface of my old gel polish so the remover would soak in better, but in doing so she hit the skin below my nail bed several times. Nothing drastic, but it hurt a little. She did a very nice job on my pedicure, though. Anna did my gel manicure. She is very sweet, but her personality does not make up for fact that I am very unimpressed with my manicure. I can still see some of my old gel polish coming through this new color. She said I was finished, but I had several bails on my left hand that had sharp edges. Had to ask her to sand them down. She got some of the polish on my skin, and as it is separating from it some of the polish is already peeling at the edge. Again, Anna is very sweet, but I expected better care and attention, especially from the owner. read more

Great business! The staff are all friendly as soon as you walk through the door. The salon is beautiful, clean, and very Covid-safe. Everyone is wearing masks, and you get your temperature taken when you walk through the door. There are also separators between you and your nail artists. I had high hopes for this place as my ordinary place was closed for the night. However, the work was cheaply done and the lady who took the payment went psychotic. I got a pedicure and a full set. Within a day or two, the nail polish was coming off on both my feet and hands. I had to go elsewhere to get my polish redone. Then, today I noticed that my nail came off completely and I then had to cut down the rest of my nails. I paid $58 for this and it was all poorly done. To top it off, my mother (who was treating me) was yelled at by the woman who did my feet after my mother tried to get change to tip! The woman started to take money out of my mother's wallet and shove it in her face. She then went on to mimic a mentally challenged person by slapping her forehead and making noises. It was really unprofessional and rude. I've never seen anyone do that. The only reason for two stars was the woman who did my nails was nice. I will not be back and I do not recommend this place. read more

They are so wonderful and are taking all precautions with every client, making sure everyone is safe by taking their temperature, washing their hands upon entering the place, wear masks and everything. In the nicest way possible...my last visit was highly aggravating. The pedicurist did a horrible job shaping my nails (they're completely crooked), and when I asked her to use the pumice stone a little more on the bottoms of my feet, she said they were already smooth. No. No they weren't. A day after my pedicure they were rough again. Her "pedicure" consisted of taking the pumice stone and lightly brushing it along the soles. That's it. I could've done a better job at home with a pedi egg and pumice stone. It goes without saying that when a woman gets a pedicure, she would like her nails to shaped nicely and smooth feet. You don't have to serenade and wrap them in silk, but come on. Take the extra step. It's what we're paying for. It's why we tip generously. All we want after a pedicure is to look smooth and pretty. Especially if the pedicure costs $25. We don't want chipped polish a few days later, rough feet, or to feel like we're an inconvenience for asking the bare minimum. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is because it's the same technician every time I go. It's not fair to the other technicians who work there. read more

After having read such great reviews, I decided to give Anna's nail salon a try. I booked a spa pedicure which was a huge disappointment. As I entered the salon, I expected to be warmly greeted which was not the case. I was stared at which left me feeling extremely uncomfortable..... definitely not a good 1st impression! I was looking forward to a spa pedicure which was mediocre at best.....calluses not removed, lame leg massage, 1 coat of polish?! And it lasted only 35 minutes. I been going here for a long time but recently my fingers started turning yellow and getting thick skin on them. I went to the doctor and he asked me if I been going to a nail salon, I said yes and he told me I got a fungal infection there. The next time I went in I did notice they were using dirty tools on me. If you go here look at tools and make sure you get a fresh sanding band ( electric drill ) because even when I asked for a new one I was told it was fine. read more

BAH!! :( First, it was my wrong for going in on a Friday, but it was early afternoon so I figured the rush wouldn't be bad. But I went in and asked and and they readily accepted me, saying that they had time to do a Pedicure and a Soak Off Gel Manicure, and my eyebrows... PEDICURE: My pedicure with Trin was so relaxing, and calming, Trin was so gentle and my toes look great! She was so nice to help me out in picking the right shade of Blue! ..sadly Trin was pulled to her appointment and couldn't continue with my manicure. MANICURE: Tracy was rushing. RUSHED!!. It wasn't even a full manicure, no cuticle softener!! -- she used the antibacterial blue liquid soap soak with the nail tools soaking inside to wet the cuticle pusher, to push back my cuticles and didn't even clean up the sides of my nails, nor did she give me any lotion or do a hand massage. When doing the Gelish nail polish, she was rushing it on (and just a day later the tips are chipping! ) TERRIBLE! Then, she said can't do my eyebrows, b/c customer was waiting..I felt was rude,after saying she would do it without problem. I do appreciate, their hospitality to there usual/regular customers, but as a new customer I felt I was rushed and pushed aside. I've been coming here to see Anna since I was 16, it's been wonderful being a regular at such an awesome little shop. They will always greet you by name if they know it, and I've never had a bad experience here. Anna does an amazing job on my acrylics, and tracey gives the best foot rub with a pedicure out of anyone. There's always a great selection of polish colors. Anna herself is a pleasant and courteous lady, but my issue is with one of the nail techs. I had been going to this woman for over 15 years even before she started at Anna's. I had surgery and was not ambulatory for 4 months. During that whole time I never received one call to ask me how I was doing. It seems you're only as good as your credit card and they don't care about the customer/client relationship or you as a person! I don't do fake so I won't be returning. Another tech in there never speaks and stands over this non-caring tech and they talk in Vietnamese while I am being serviced. So rude. They might be talking about me. I'm done with this salon!
