I feel that the quality could have been so much better. She only gave me one coat of paint and it didn't even cover the entire nail in some areas. The cuticle cutting was done poorly. That was such a bummer but pedicure was perfect. She up-charged me without notifying before (which is a personal pet peeve for me). She had used some "mixed" gel or powder color and never said anything despite me asking what color or how to ask for it when I came back for a fill. She said "it was special but the salon will know" Fast forward after the ice snow storm, I went in for a full set again and 3 people were trying to ask or figure out what it was- and were loudly speaking in Vietnamese and laughing, clearly speaking about me. It was embarrassing and totally unprofessional. And then the male tech states my nails, added the tops without cutting cuticles or filing the tips before putting them on. All my nails were wide and not shaped correctly. As he finished, he just said "she will do your nails. I don't know how to do acrylics" this was so off putting because I then had to wait another 15 mins or so until Angie could do my nails. She was already booked and used some mix that we made together using powder. Which I understand she spent time doing however within 24 hrs my nails have turned yellow. The powder or something must've been old, because it has this ugly old tint. I'm so disappointed because I really wanted this to be my new "nail spot" and have a nail tech I love, but this salon isn't really the place if you want professional, friendly staff who treat customers with respect and use clean and fresh products.

We chose this salon because it was In the area we were currently in and upon arrival we noticed that the door said "walk-ins welcome". Again, it was only 12:50pm on a Saturday. We entered the salon and told the person sitting in the front that we needed a fill-in, pedicure and full set. We were immediately turned away...."we have nothing available"...at 12:50pm on a Saturday at an establishment that accepts walk-ins. I looked around at the aesthetic of customers and quickly realized why my daughter and I were turned away. We did not meet the Caucasian aesthetic they wanted for their customer clientele.
