They solid me on IG with the beverage service with my pedi. I continue to come because of my awesome nail tech, Monica. She hands down gives the best pedicure I have ever had. She listens and knows exactly what I need. I drive 30 mins away for this service. We have the same spa in Baltimore, but Monica is only at this location. This location is beautifully decorated and immediately puts you in a calm place when you walk in. They offer a big basket of snack while you wait or to enjoy during your service. They have cute little drink menu of cocktails and mocktails (I've tried all the cocktails). Im a natural girl so I can't speak on the acrylic and gel, but I can say that my natural last me two weeks. I come here all the time but today was very disappointing. My manicurist was great! Front desk staff was off today. It started off when I first checked in, there was some confusion on what the website said they offered and what thr front desk was saying they offered. She wasn't understanding what I wanted and when she was trying to clear it up, she was coming off as if I didn't know what I was talking about and was not the smartest. I just checked in on the screen with what I wanted and told my manicurist and he understood. I wasn't trying to go back and forth. That whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. As I was waiting to pay at the end, obviously in line, she had someone else cut in front of me who just finished(after I had been waiting and was next to pay) to pay before me. No big deal. I wasn't in a rush. But then I come up to pay, and a big group of girls came in. Instead of helping me, she moved to check them in and I was stuck waiting for another 5ish more minutes. When I finally paid, it was alot more than what I thought it would be and she quickly left to help the group of girls who came in again. She is usually great, but today I just felt like my service wasn't as important as the others as I just got a quick manicure. Did not leave feeling very welcomed. Will of course come back, they are great, but today bothered me to the point I felt like I needed to write a review about my experience. May need more help for front desk staff as she seemed stressed and that may have added to how she made me feel. read more

This is my 3rd visit. I forgot the first person that did my nails, my last 2 visits I've gone to Queenie and both times she did an excellent job on my nails and my pedicure. She's also very gentle with her tools. My cuticles didn't get hurt. The salon is very clean with beautiful decor. read more

Unless you have an appointment, don't bother going to Inspire Nail Bar. I walked in and wasn't greeted at all--just completely ignored. When I finally did speak with someone, I asked about the difference between their pedicure options (some had stars next to them on the menu), and the only explanation I got was "because they're special." Not helpful at all. The person who did my pedicure, Ken, didn't speak to me. He was on the phone initially and literally tapped my leg when he wanted me to move my foot. It felt rude and impersonal. I had to ask for a beverage, and even then, it felt like I was bothering him. At one point during the massage, he wasn't paying attention and hit the steamer with my leg--burning me. I physically jumped from the heat, but he didn't acknowledge it at all. No apology, no check-in, nothing. To top it off, he didn't fully dry my feet or even offer to help me with my shoes. It's not that I needed help--it's the lack of attentiveness and care that's the issue. I booked the Mint Mojito pedicure and didn't smell a trace of mint. Instead, he used lemon slices and an orange scrub... so basically not what was advertised. For the price ($90 + tip), the service should be far better. It's long, but I think it's needed. What's the saying Expectation leads to disappointment. Well, that's exactly what happened when I went to Inspire Nail Bar in White Oak. Had to specify bc they have multiple locations. I've been looking for a salon in my area, and this one appeared in my IG feed, so I figured why not give it a try. I made an appointment for a pina colada pedicure, a quick shoot manicure and paraffin add on. (See Pic below) My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 with Ken, but I was running late due to traffic, so I called to let them know. When I arrived, I explained that I had an appointment with Ken. The young lady at the desk seemed baffled and told me to have a seat. About 10 minutes later Ken appeared with the customer he was doing. He didn't greet me, instead he pointed and nodded his head that he was ready. I wasn't asked if I would like something to drink, he barely acknowledged me and seemed to be looking at the phone instead of at my feet. After he did something to my toes, he asked me if I wanted callus removal. Now, if I took the time to go online, select the service I wanted, the LEAST you could do is be aware of what I came for. If I wanted callus removal, I would have placed that on the list of services. He seemed to be bothered when I asked him if this was part of my package and went to get the young lady at the desk. Apparently, she didn't know what I selected either and proceeded to say that I changed what I ordered. Well, yes, I said a mimosa pedicure because KEN didn't seem to know what my order was. I was already bothered by his lack of interaction, and so I said I'm leaving! I came for a relaxing experience, and this is causing more stress than I care to have. Ken too seemed bothered. As a matter of fact, he seemed irritated from the beginning. I probably should have taken the cue and left before he even got started. Instead of allowing me to leave, the young lady at the front desk told me she would find someone else to do my service. Laila did my pedicure. She was ok, even though she rushed through the service and knicked me a bit and Queenie, who was very rude, did my manicure. I am a firm believer that energy matters and her energy was not pleasant. I wish I could get my money back and give it to my regular manicurist. At least she will give me good service. They were not patient, had a problem communicating, and is not concerned with the needs of their clients. They are selective in how they treat customers. I will continue taking the trek to Laurel, where I know I would at the very least be treated properly. No sense in spending my hard earned money at a place that lacks respect. This location does not compare to the salon in Rockville in terms of service or quality of product. I started coming to this location because it is closer to my house but I will never come again. I received the laziest pedicure of my life here, my cuticles weren't removed and nothing was filed, it took a total of 10 minutes. I'm not one to complain especially when receiving these types of services but it was so egregious I spoke to management and let them know. The manager offered me 10% off of another pedicure which is an insult from a customer service perspective. I will not be returning. read more

On February 22nd, 2025 I got a manicure and pedicure at Inspire Nail Bar for an upcoming vacation. This was my very first time using their service. Since I had an appointment at European Wax I decided to try the services next door at Inspire Nails. Four days into my vacation my toe nails started chipping then on the 5th day my acrylic nails starting falling off one by one. I had to have my toes and nails redone on the 6th day. The nails were also shaped very poorly. I had to redo my manicure and Pedicure while on vacation(picture with the gold nails). Today is 3/14/25 and both my manicure and pedicure that I redid are still looking great and this is after a week. Upon return from my vacation I went back to Inspire to voice my concern but the owner refuse to refund me the $122.00 I paid for my service. I would have given inspire nail bar 0 STARS but you need to include a STAR in order to submit your review. POOR POOR SERVICE, nail techs are still learning and they are obviously using OLD POLISH. read more

I got a gel X mani on Monday and TWO days later multiple nails are lifting off. Seems like quality really depends on the technician. My daughter and I went to this salon, got a manicure and pedicure spending $250 + 30 tip. before leaving we expressed that the gel polish did not go back to the nailbed. The manicure looked bad as if it were done 2 week or more old. Hannan & Tom where are techs. Also after I week the gel is chipping. This is probably the best nail salon in the area! Everything is new, & it's very clean!! The nail techs seem friendly and knowledgeable! I went today (12/28) as a walk in & received wonderful service from start to finish. The vibe and ambiance of the salon is luxurious yet comfortable. My technician was Lily and she was very detailed, informative, and overall great energy! The shop has all of the standard services and colors plus many other unique booklets of Gel/UV colors that are beautiful. I received the Mimosa gel pedicure & loved it. 100% recommend, ask for Lily! I don't usually provide ratings BUT TODAY...Very disappointed! I've been here at least ten times and have left without any issues. I had an appointment with Quinnie (2nd time with her). First time was great hence me requesting her again. Got there sat down and was ready to receive service. Quinnie began speaking to the receptionist and a few colleagues. Downhill from there...The receptionist said she's really tired today and asked if someone else could take me. I asked why and what happened. She said she is really tired. Really!? I was surprised by what I was told but Quunnie was adamant about not providing me service. I was trying to figure out what happened. I asked the receptionist if something happened and if she thinks I'm someone else because our first interaction was fine. Nothing happened. No negative exchanges or anything! She even suggested what she would do next time. I left her a nice tip at the front counter and left. If we had some sort of negative exchange I could understand but NOTHING happened. The receptionist who was very nice just kept sayng how tired she was. I asked again did she get me mixed up with someone else??? She asked if Quunnie provided me with service before and I responded only once and it was a nice experience. Downhill from there.. someone else gave me a pedicure. It was the fastest pedicure I've ever had in my life and it was not good at all! Next one if the guys did my nails which was fine but the color is definitely not the same on my feet! I hate that!!! The numbers don't seem to match sometimes. Lastly someone else waxes my eyebrows and it was a disaster! Two totally different shapes. I should have just left when it all started. I have been a client of Alex at Inspire Nail Bar for a few months. Alex does good work, however, at times she was rude and disrespectful. I made an appointment for 1/17 at 11:00 a.m. When I arrived, I spoke to the person at the desk who asked, "What time is your appointment." I responded "today at 11:00 a.m." I was told that my appointment was on the prior Thursday at 11:30 a.m. I knew someone was lying because I have a business and every other Thursday, I am crazy busy so I would not have made an appointment for last Thursday. I checked in but the confusion about my appointment continued. My issue is, if I didn't show up for my appointment on the date they stated, why didn't they bother to call me. When Alex appeared, she looked directly at me and did not speak. I wasn't offended, but this was the last straw and I will NEVER set foot in that nail salon again. Why would I pay my hard earned money to someone who has been rude and disrespectful to me? In terms of full disclosure, I had a nail stylist in Boston who did my nails for 15 years, never had a problem, his work was on point. I even broke bread with him and his family. This was my first visit; I came in for a pedicure and a full set. I called before to see if there was availability for today. I was told 30 mins and I arrived in 30 minutes. I was greeted warmly. Form start to finish, the atmosphere and hospitality was welcoming, kind and considerate. Jenny communicated with me to ensure I felt carefully pampered. The decor was posh, sophisticated, and very elegant. I checked in at the kiosk on the reception table. We started with the pedicure with bar/cocktail themed packages. I chose the Tequila Sunrise *60 min package and offered a selection of beverages. The pedicure bar is enclosed at rear of the shop, out of view of nail stations. I enjoy the privacy the seclusion provides and the chairs are amazing. Jenny was meticulous, delicate, gentle and I was patient because no likes a rushed job.
