The service was extremely good as I knew the sous-chef from a place where i work. The only thing that is minor in terms of feedback is when you seat a customer please let them have a minute before asking for things do you want oysters or shrimp cocktail. I really enjoyed dining there a week ago as the decor was beautiful but the noise level in the beginning was a little much but it quieted down after a few. The dishes i got were the clam chowder which i thought was one of the best chowders i have ever had! Then, my main came out which was the duck pasta which was delicious and everything was perfectly cooked! The good - great atmosphere, attentive service, great cocktails, awesome truffle fries. The bad - $50 for a NY strip that was served luke warm to me (clearly it sat too long). Way over priced for Leominster (I should have asked what "market price" was ). The cut was not a $50 cut, even if it was served hot. - my son's burger that he ordered medium rare was served well done and "dry as a bone" as he put it. - is this place short on ketchup? They don't serve fries with ketchup. Instead you get mayonnaise. Who puts mayonnaise on fries?! Serve ketchup with your fries. read more

Friday night dinner reservations for 4 at Anna's Table. Nice inside, service was good. Strange location nestled into an apartment complex (no vibe, feels like you are going into a parking garage). I ordered the Farrow Salmon. Arrived with a tiny piece of way over cooked salmon on an oily bed of Farrow. There was a thick layer of gray fat (and for some reason it was presented with fat on top). Salmon was $30 (keep in mind farrow is just a grain) and 2 glasses of "house" Chardonnay were $15 each. Not impressed. Probably won't return. read more

Overall food was good but very overpriced for the gourmet portions sizes. To sum it up they are Boston prices in the central Massachusetts area. Service was pleasant but our server had far too many tables to manage to be attentive, making it a long dinner service. Friend's brought us to Anna's Table 2 nights ago and it was one of the best restaurant experiences in a long time. I believe they opened only very recently. They were still training people and doing a great job. We had 4 people. We started with the smoked wings and spinach and artichoke dip for apps. We ordered some cocktails from their specialty cocktail menu (a spicy mezcal riff on a margarita and whiskey sour type drink with amaro). The wings were great, with great flavor and good crispiness to the skin. The dip was also great and came with perfectly toasted sliced baguette. Oh and they brought a great focaccia bread for the table and offered more when we finished it. The focaccia was nice, soft and moist. I loved that the bartender was training others and showing them how to properly shake and separate Boston shakers. It seems making cocktails is a lost art in most places, but it was clear that Anna's Table intends to make quality cocktails with skilled bartenders. They used fresh juice and thank god didn't use sour mix or Rose's sweetened lime (that stuff should be outlawed). My wife requested a favorite drink of hers called the Southside and explained to our awesome waitress (Karen) what was in it. The bartender made it perfectly. It's basically a gimlet with mint but using lemon instead of lime. For dinner at our table I had the burger which was perfectly cooked, very juicy and tasty. A bit pricey at $21 but one of the few times I felt the price was warranted for a burger. The fries were handcut and very good. My wife had the shrimp risotto and loved it. Our friend had the strip steak. I was impressed that the strip steak had a nice crust. I was a bit envious as I usually skip steak at restaurants because I make them better. This steak looked awesome with a great sear. The chef knows what he/she is doing. The last item on our table was the brick chicken and that looked great also. We had no room for dessert but they looked great also. On our way out we took a look at the tavern side of the place (not open yet) and it was very cool. An employee came in and talked to us about it and we will be excited to sit at the bar back there. The website pictures of the place don't do it justice. Went with our family on a Wednesday at 6:15 for our 31st wedding anniversary, we've been there several times and have loved it each time. Nice chill vibe resulting in a wonderful atmosphere, with well-paced, attentive but not pushy service, - we started with the oysters, moved to calamari, and then our meals - the short rib was phenomenal, the steak was cooked as requested and the a la carte sides were on point. The cocktail list is better than the wine list (a sommelier would be a plus) and the drinks are well-made. We ended with the pumpkin creme brulee - we will be back again. read more

Our party of 7 dined at Anna's Table this evening. Some of us had been here previously. Our meals were outstanding ! Short ribs, filet, bbq shrimp and polenta, cod and risotto as well as a custom dish of cod broiled in butter. This restaurant goes above and beyond in food quality, service and value for your dollar. Wait staff was amazing ( Thanks X man!!) and the entire 3 hour experience was relaxing and well paced based on our needs, not the restaurant's. This restaurant is a new addition to an increasing number of restaurants in the Leominster area that are keeping restauranteurs on their toes with selection and service. This restaurant is tucked away into an unusual location near some apartments and condominiums off Rte 12. It's enormous inside and you'd swear you were in a NYC restaurant halfway through the meal. Cannot say enough how wonderful our night was at Anna's for our special occasion. Karen took care of our party of 15 without a hitch! The timing of her service and her smile were perfect. Everyone loved their drinks, apps, dinners, and desserts. The calamari is the best around. There were many steaks ordered and all were cooked to perfection.
