Amazing fooooooooood!! the service was so good and it came out relatively fast! I highly recommend trying it!

I want to begin by saying we frequent Anna's at least once a month. Usually great service and food. Tonight was the poorest service, and some of the worst food I've experienced at Anna's. Steak Burritos were super salty. It took over 15 minutes to get 6 tacos, 2 burritos, and a bowl. Tacos were dry and tasteless. Very disappointing! Seemed as if the gentleman preparing our food wasn't sure what to do. Looks as if there was a manager on duty (Grey shirt I think) but he wasn't providing any guidance. They were busy cleaning and prepping, yet all the outside tables were disgusting. For the amount of money we paid, absolutely NOT worth it. I would have rather gone to Mexico Linda in Melrose for a real meal. Honestly Taco Bell would have been a slight improvement. Truly disappointing. Do better Anna's read more

We eat here all the time (always online take out order) but getting FED up lately because they don't know how to label anything. For example a family of 4 orders 4 burritos, some with cheese some plain, or some extra spicy. Get home open bag no labels on any of them. All look exactly identical. I don't get it. Maybe next time we have to do all separate orders. They need to come up with a better labeling system. It's very simple. read more

I ordered a steak burrito w a side of pico and queso. Love that they steam the burrito shell. I would say that the food based on what I ordered is mediocre but flavorful. I would like to see a few more raw veggie options to add to the burrito or the bowls. Functionally the space for seating is really big and honestly when I got to the counter it felt tight. I think some of that space could better be utilized by expanding the serving area (and adding more ingredients). I'll give it another go and probably try the tacos but I would consider it a quick option if I forgot my lunch (which was the case today). read more

Came for lunch takeout. I got the basic Mexican bowl with no additional add on. It comes with 4 ingredients at base price. I got steak with red sauce, black beans, rice, and corn tortilla. It does the job. It tastes just as you would expect the ingredients to taste. Nothing mind-blowing. Gets the job done for a fast food spot. Imo, ingredients taste better here than Qdoba. I'd come back if I wanted a quick meal. read more

Ordered 2 chicken tacos and 1 steak Chimichurri taco but received 3 chicken tacos not as ordered with chimichurri sauce over all 3. Very disappointed as I was unable to go back to get the correct order. Spoke to the manager and he was very unhelpful. He said that he would get back to me after checking with the person who prepared the order. 1 day later and no call. Very unprofessional and very disappointed with the service and food quality. This is not a way to run a business. Customer satisfaction should be of importance. This was not the first time my order was incorrect. Chipotle like model but in my opinion much better tasting. Food is bland which I prefer and you can add pico and jalapeños if you want spicy. Enjoyed quesadillas and burritos and will definitely come back again soon. Guacamole was good and mild too. Lots of off street parking in the lot and the staff took orders and prepared food quickly. read more

One of the best tacos I've ever had! The birria is just indescribable and their spicy is legitimately spicy

Since Anna's came to Woburn, I've visited approximately 184 times. In all seriousness, I come here for lunch at least twice a week. I'm completely hooked on their food and will keep coming back. The food is always excellent and they've done a better job having all their toppings in stock. The variable is who is making your order. Sometimes you get a packed burrito overflowing with toppings, other times you get a skinny one that they have no trouble folding. They don't use a lot of cheese with their standard orders so be prepared to order extra. Add-ons can be a little pricey. Sour cream and guacamole are extra charges as well. Expect to pay an additional ~$4 on any order including these. I hope they can figure out their portion control because what I receive varies despite ordering the same thing every time. read more

The food is decent, but not quite the quality you'd expect from a taqueria. The chicken thighs are flavorful, though cut too large for tacos, and the beef is consistently on the tough side. The atmosphere, however, is great -- multiple levels with plenty of seating and a fun vibe. They also offer a nice variety of fresh juices, which were enjoyable. I tried to contact the Woburn location over the phone as there were missing my Al Pastor taco from the order. The person who picked up the phone (a guy) and later the girl, hung up on me three times after I stated my concern. I am not certain what they were planning to achieve on their end, but it seems they just didn't care. This is unacceptable customer service from an establishment. Absolutely abysmal experience top to bottom it basically tastes like gas station Mexican food. Small cardboard bowls that were barely even half full and everything was salty. The chips tasted like they've been mass produced. Guacamole was bland and unseasoned other than heavy salt. The Al Pastor was more fat than pork. I've been a huge fan of Anna's other locations in Porter square and Davis square for about 15 years. This location needs new management immediately. The guy making my burrito had an iPad and dirty napkins in one hand as he starts making my burrito. He then puts the iPad and dirty napkins down but does not change his gloves. Disgusting. I then was served guacamole that was brown and stringy (Anna's usually has delicious guacamole, and I have never had a bad one from them) until this location. There is a reason this location has significantly lower ratings than others. They need new staff as soon as possible. Definitely skip this location and go to one of their others. Thrilled that Anna's is now in Woburn ! Have liked their food for years but had to go to Porter Square.

I went to the one in Boston by Fenway and lived but I've been to this one and have been incredibly disappointed. The first time I got the birra tacos and the consume was sitting so long it separated and tasted like pure oil. I couldn't even dip my tacos in them. I went back today and got a rice bowl and it was the most bland burrito bowl I have had from a restaurant by far. The birra meat was bland everything was old and not fresh and just flavorless. My mom and sister got cheese quesadillas and they were tiny and bland. My sister also got the watermelon drink and all three of us thought it was disgusting. I also found the menu hard to read cuz of its small font but also beacuse of the layout and it's really weird the only paper menus they have are for catering. The only plus I can give it is the inside is very very cute and the outside seating is very nice. Overall I went back hoping they would have improved but I'm just incredibly disappointed and would suggest going to a different location. read more

Not sure why they send out surveys after you order because they don't seem to do anything. This place is hit and miss. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's just okay. I keep going because it's convenient and sometimes the food is good. Tonight I went in and I wasn't acknowledged or greeted for almost 10 min. I ordered online for a pick up delivery. The staff seemed chaotic and not friendly at all. When I got home the foil the burritos were wrapped in were literally covered in grease. There were so many people working too and it wasn't busy so I was confused. Also, the kid (a young man) who was at the resister wasn't friendly at all. Maybe just a bad day? read more

Went in there a couple days ago, I was optimistic despite the reviews. It was my first and last time there. The man behind the counter was rude and arrogant. Absolutely distasteful to speak to customers the way he was. My burrito was bland, soggy and gross. Definitely do not recommend. Save your money and take your business elsewhere!! read more

I just got the chicken burrito and it was the best burrito I ever had. This was also the first time I tried Anna's Taqueria and I will definitely be going back. I could not believe the size of my burrito. I couldn't even finish it. So I had the other half the next day. I can't wait to go again,!!! read more

The tacos were cold and falling apart. They forgot the chips and salsa and the taco were wet and soggy. Never again. Wouldn't recommend either. read more
