We were greeted when we walked in and were given the run-down of the dress selection (reorderables, off the rack, etc.). There were plenty of dresses to try on and I found my dress within the first three! SL Bridal even made it so that even though the appointment slot was only an hour, I didn't need to feel rushed. She was there to assist me with clips and zips. My dress was half the price of the ones I had tried on previously and thought I had liked, but ended up went with something entirely different! They were knowledgeable and friendly. We even happened to find my MOH's dress there (only party member on my side) and they were able to give it to us for a discount since she fit in the dress as soon as she put it on and wore it beautifully, even down to the color to match! However, I have no experience buying suits I have absolutely no idea how to measure one for a suit. Fortunately, Woodland tailoring was recommended to me. We went on a Saturday in April. The place was packed with prom and wedding parties. I was a little dismayed initially, because there were only two gentlemen working and about 30 people in the store. I prepared myself for a wait. Much to my surprise and amazement, the gentleman worked through the line almost magically. After about 10 minutes, it was our turn and it only took a look for him to pull a suit off the rack for my son to try on. No measuring needed he just knew exactly what he needed with a look. That's how you know you are with people who know their stuff! It needed some minor alterations which they do in-house same day!. 30 minutes later, our suit was ready. He threw in a vest and we got a shirt and we were out the door for $210, honestly, that was one of the easiest things we did that day.
