My new favorite spot for ANC. I have been two times and will continue to come back. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable even on your first stop in. They don't do the ANC very thick / piled on, instead they do a thinner job so it doesn't crack and stays as long as you would desire it to. They even did a design with the ANC which was super cute. read more

The incredibly rude woman who answered the phone told me "I'm very busy, call back in two hours" and hung up on me. This is how you treat someone who is trying to book their first appointment at your business? I will be looking to go somewhere else. It was my first time here and I LOVED IT. My Nail Artist made me laugh and feel so comfortable like I knew her forever. My nails look amazing and their color choices are endless . Definitely going back to her from now on. And In contrary to their past reviews My ANC was done in a very timely manner But I felt I was being prioritized, not rushed. read more

I went here again ... first came years ago when they first opened up years ago.. now after many years if not getting my nails done and recently my nails have become frail from many illnesses that i have had over the past three years, i decided to go there. I had Gels done and was told to come back in two weeks. I showed people my nails that I was happy about and they questioned me on the price and told me that it was too high. I didn't know the going rate because I had not had my nails done in years. So i questioned the owners and there was nobody there the night I asked the man that was there and they said that is what they charge... ok whats done is done...... now move forward two weeks when I needed a fill.... I wound up in the hospital again and never had a chance to call to make appt. NOW this is why no one should go to this establishment I called four days after getting out of the hospital.... mind you I am not in any shape to drive myself like before... so I rely on Uber... they take walk ins but I called for appt....so i go Friday around 3 and that was the time they told me...and they can't do my nails... ok hmmm must be busy..... so I have to call an Uber to take me home... total cost $25 plus tip to go literally around the corner...less than a mile. I get home and call around 6 for Sat... they tell me 10:00 appt. showed up at 9:49.... woman come out of store and tells me to come back later ... she was the only one.....I said I have appt at 10..., she says no you call back later... and I said no I have appt and my Driver is getting impatient as he had another pick up. So I said ok I will do a walk in and wait... She told me she didn't know when the other person was coming in and I said you have no idea ??...and she said afternoon... call uber to go home again. So I show up a few minutes before noon and I walk in and a third person comes up to me and tells me that they're not excepting any more people today and I said well I had an appointment yesterday and you guys cancelled it and I had an appointment today at 10 and you guys cancel that and he said I'm sorry we have no more. Then continued to tell me that I should not have come into their establishment after getting my nails done and telling them what they should have charged me. That was not the case I just questioned the price because somebody else had already had it done. They said we don't need no trouble and I said I'm not causing any trouble I just wanna get my nails done and they told me to go down the road to some other place that I'm sure that they're empty and that they would be able to take care of me.The guy I spoke to saw me standing with my cane struggling to stand and watched my ride leave again. I then asked ok why do you keep giving me appts and when I show ....you send me away. He said I asked why i was charged so much in front of customers and that I didn't come back in Two weeks. I said I was in the Hospital for the two weeks....and no one was in here when i asked... when i was at the studio next door, one guy came over and even said there wasn't enough gel on two of them...he said No, no available time. Again, I had to call an Uber to take me home another $25 round-trip. Please do not patronize this establishment. Causing me to spend $ I do not have on rides and dic*jng me around. And the first time i went ... my nails were stubbs and slicing into my nailbed and I gave a good tip knowing Covid put a toll on the industry.... so much for being nice..., and now you know why the world is the way that it is read more

I've gotten pedicures almost month for years, the normal place I got to was swamped so against my better judgement I tried this place. I walked in and they said 20 min, 45 min later I was in the chair. The pedicure was supposed to take 30 min, it took 15 exactly. The massage was non-existent, her power Dremel tore up my toe, her file scraped up my leg and I have a cut on the top of my foot from he cheese grater type file. read more

I ve been going to Annie's Nail Salon for years, because they are the best in the area. THEY NEVER RUSH, they spend quality time doing your nails and I ve gone to them twice a month for years! They are very professional acting , friendly and caring. They offer all kinds of styles and designs without outrageous prices. They take great care of the entire nail for good health and cleaning... unlike some people on Queensbury who dont... Annie's prices are reasonable, the place and bathroom is very clean, and they offer a relaxing atmosphere with popular music videos on the large screen TV. Annie's is a family run business, so they take great pride to give customers the best service. Pedicures are fantastic too. Owners Kim, Lee and their son Kevin run a great, welcoming, hometown feel establishment that you ll need to try if you're not a customer already. You wont have to worry ,their products are the safest & the best ; they Never use the cheap cancer causing products that ruin your nails...unlike many nail salons in the area.It is hard to find great nail salons like Annies! The only person who takes their time here is Jimmy. The owner and her husband are loud, obnoxious and vulgar. They rush through the job and do not take any pride in their work. It's all about getting people in and out as fast as possible to make more money. Some people want a nice relaxing atmosphere when they get their nails done, that is not the case at Annie Nails. They blare music on the TVs and talk about sex and 69 and laugh as if it's hilarious. It's getting old. Update your skills and stop charging people ridiculous prices for horrible work. read more

Well Lee is amazing. They have a new nail spa in the Mt Royal plaza in Queensbury. I showed up thinking it was the old nail spa I went to but then realized new owners. I was worried but My nails look great. The pedicure was awesome and he took his time!! I will continue coming here!! read more

Very disappointed after having heard good things about Annie's. I went in on the first day of my vacation looking for a relaxing pedicure. I was handed the remote and told I was in charge of the tv that was off while I did my foot soak. I expressed I prefered it off to the employee doing my pedicure and placed the remote on the empty chair next to me. Less than two minutes later, one of the other employees came over. sat in the empty chair, took the remote and turned on the news. I had no desire to watch anything, least of all the news when I was trying to relax. Sadly, the TV is very large and very close, there was no option to not view. It is a very small salon, when I finally got away from the TV there was a very loud young lady in for a manicure that was actually asked by employees to tone it down because she was being so disruptive. The young lady responded to this by getting louder, and vulgar, nothing more was said by the staff. My pedicure not only chipped in less than five days, the color actually wore off from the top! I have NEVER had this experience before, and I will never be having it again from Annies. read more

Going to have to agree with the other reviewers - I gave this place 2 chances and I have never been so disappointed with a shellac manicure, or any manicure for that matter. I could have done a better job myself, in the dark. On top of that, it lasted only about 4 days, which was fine because I couldn't stand how it looked anyway. I've been getting my nails done here for a couple of years now and any complaints I've had have been addressed up until recently. My most recent experience is the last straw for me. I went in for an ANC set and as usual was put to soak in acetone, then I was promptly ignored. When I finally got attention, it was a rush job and I was left with polish on my fingers, I can do that myself! I was told my fingers would get cleaned but I had to wait. I'd already been there over an hour and I was done. The time before this, I was there for over two hours. They seem very concerned with trying to get as many people in as possible even if it means jumping around and rushing through the job. The person who did my nails was on his phone the entire time and actually hushed me when I asked a question. I'm done. read more

Not even one star service. There is an worker there who was 14 years old this place needs to be reported. Horrible service, they treat people terrible, cut my cuticles several times. Everything looks dirty you might catch an infection or two there. I went this place twice since I moved to South glen falls. The second visit I made to them they started by cutting my nails way to short. They then hit my cuticles repeatedly with their drill. They said there was no problem because I didn't bleed... I couldn't believe they said that. The owner then told me I had to pay full price after the horrible service. When I questioned it, he began yelling at me.
