She was super empathetic and checked with me after lightening to confirm the right toner shade and cut to be sure I was comfortable. I was there last week and got ANC. My nails started coming off after a week of getting them done…read morebecause they made them to thick up top by my cuticle so it lifted my nails SO I had nicely called and asked them to fix them for me, they told me to come in they "would take care of them." I went in to have them taken off and got gel. As I'm about to leave they tell me I owe them 35$ for gel polish and nail removal. They could've at least done half off or some type of discount but to charge me 10$ for removal and 15$ for gel polish was NOT COOL !!! I was in and out of there 20 minutes . I thought they were gonna FIX my nails for me since it was there fault, the ANC only lasted a week. I will not be recommending this nail salon and I will make sure I let people know about there poor customer service. Don't waste your money !!!
