I ordered a turkey melt with onion rings, and my friend had a burger with fried which she claimed was one of the best she had eaten in a long time. Accompanied by "sassy sauce" our fries and onion rings were dipped in this delightful yet spicy accoutrement! My turkey melt was delicious- carved turkey- not slimy cold cuts, cheese and banana peppers were a perfect and delectable combination on lightly toasted bread- simply marvelous! For desert- and they are all lovingly homemade, I had a mixed berry pie with ice cream and my friend had a slice of Dutch apple pie! Both equally and fabulously delicious! We left stuffed to the gills and so glad that we turned the truck around to try this hidden gem! Don't pass it up- stop by- it's worth it!

My father politely explained that we were ordering sandwiches and that his daughter had just flown in. The owner said it didn't matter--if we weren't ordering off the dinner menu, we had to leave. As a result, we were forced to eat in our car in the middle of winter. Great food does not excuse disrespectful, unkind treatment--especially toward elderly customers.
