Got new tires put on my car and the person who put my tires didn't propler put them back on instead…read moreof tightening them with a torque wrench they tightened them with an impact gun wich caused the lugnuts on all four tires to be to tight and when driving my girlfriend and i home from work we heard a loud pop when i pulled over we noticed my lug nut studs broke on my front passenger side tire so for safety purposes i called my mechanic to come look at it were it sat didnt want to jeprodize my life or anothers driving home with two lug nutstuds on my front passenger side he had brought the proper tools and informed me that the lugnuts were overly tightened so now instead of the company wanting to take responsibility for his employees mistake and fixing the damage done he told my mechanic he would only replace two of the 16 lug nuts that were damaged and would loosen the rest of the lugnuts is if he had someone come out to my mechanics shop because he wasnt going to pay us for the damages caused so now i will probably have to pay for the damages done out of pocket

I elected to purchase the tires from Mr. Tire over other places due to this $100 instant rebate. I dropped my van off one the night before the scheduled. I asked the price to verify the quote. I was told $100 more than my original quote. I had Mr. Tire do the work since the price was comparable to other tire places. During the courtesy inspection, I was told that I needed a new cabin filter, wipers, and alignment. I declined to getting the cabin filter, and wipers but elected to do the alignment. Upon picking up my Honda Odyssey on a Friday evening, I noticed that I was charged $26.99 for a cabin air filter. I figured since they charged me, I won't go back in and complain since its done. However, I decided to check the cabin filter myself and it was not replaced. I went back to Mr. Tire on Saturday for a refund. I took my cabin filter inside to show that it was not replaced. The customer service agent didn't know what to do. He went to another room and talked with someone. He came back and informed me that they could not give me a refund as it was a day after the purchase. I had to call the corporate office to get a refund. I do not understand how you can't give a refund when you offer price protection; if you find a lower price in 30 days on many items, Mr. Tire will refund you the difference. Mr. Tire offered me a free oil change. I accepted the oil change, though I was still paying $26.99 for it since I was not getting refunded. Noted in the picture is the mileage sticker. 101,840 at time of service. Look at my mileage from a day after the tires were completed. 101,182. Off by over 700 miles. I would not recommend Mr. Tire for tires or vehicle maintenance.

Did an oil change 6 months ago at the Brunswick location and the synthetic oil change was 109.99…read more Flash forward and the same oil change was 139.99. It was also 14.99 for each additional quart of oil. I had them close the hood and I went to Valvoline right down the street. The same oil change was 112.99. Additional oil was 12 dollars. I saved money going somewhere else. Must be magic oil at Jiffy Lube in Brunswick. I also will say that the lady that greeted me to take the info was not exactly happy to be there.
