But when she drove the car home, there was outrageous and unsafe steering problems. Yes, it's a very old Camry with a lot of miles, and she had already decided this would be her final big investment prior to buying her next car. She's 25 now, and got it used while in college. When we brought it back up there, they were basically like, Oh, yeah she needs a steering alignment, as well as x, y and z. They never said a word, and she had been so relieved she would have a repaired car for her 40 minute work commute the next day. Nope. Just kept the car there for another couple days, while making arrangements again to get to work. Two days later, we pick up the car along with another bill for 5 or 6 hundred. Prior to this, we had good experiences, but I'm undecided whether I'll go back after they returned the car in that condition, knowing full well it was a big problem, instead of of giving her a call about it. They are fast, and have convenient hours.

Since I was in the area I figured I'd give them a shot having called other stores It turns out the bulb I had was the incorrect part, and Josh had an extra piece necessary which he offered to replace for free. This allowed me to return the original product and also not pay for labor. I offered Josh money in exchange for his kind act but he politely declined.
