We came at a very busy time of day, a Sunday, which may have affected the quality of the service and food. We had been looking forward to eating here forever because we love British food. Heard great things about the experience. Long story short - Monte Cristo sandwich was a huge disappointment. Way over- fried, greasy on the outside, very dry inside with very minimal filling ingredients. Fish and chips the same, over-cooked. The full English breakfast plate, I think they call it a Winston Churchill, was poorly plated and not generous. We make a nicer authentic full English breakfast at home that actually looks appetizing on the plate. We must have been just unlucky that day because they obviously have a popular restaurant. Tried this place a few years ago when I moved here (dads from England so we took him when he visited) and it was OK. Nothing memorable to have us rush back and so we didn't. Hubby and I decided to try it again and wish we ate elsewhere. I have never had a steak so overcooked and tasteless. Won't be back. read more

Started off with the Bloody Mary, this drink is well balanced and the bacon is very crunchy. None of the ingredients overpower each other. The bacon again is crunchy. My lady had the mango Mimosa, the glass is bigger than we thought and it is also very good. 5-stars for the drinks. Ordered me their pork chops, well done crispy hash, 2 over easy eggs and French toast. Everything was done right other than the pork chops were not seasoned and no flavor. Had to use the steak sauce to give it a taste. Please Annie, have your cooks season it for that perfect breakfast that I expect. Everything else is perfect, except for the pork chops For now, it's 4 starts My lady ordered her waffles, over-hard eggs, and bacon strips. All came out to how she wants it done. The green Tabasco pairs well with the eggs. Service is good despite being crowded. The place is packed and everyone enjoys their goofy milkshake and birthday dances. If anything go here for the English decor, it will make you feel like you are in Europe. Beautiful decorations & fine furniture that is aesthetically pleasing on the eyes. I NEVER leave reviews, that's how awful this place was. Food was absolutely terrible, all the food came out cold. I ordered biscuits and gravy and they were completely cold and hard. My boyfriend ordered steak medium rare and it came out like a hockey puck. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone. First time here so here are my first impressions! This looks like a diner that attracts all the locals so that's a good sign. I came in on a Sunday morning and the wait time was about 40min. The restaurant inside isn't very big but they do offer outdoor dining. They have tents set up behind the restaurant for those interested in dining outdoors. Food is really good. My favorite was their Deep Fried Monte Cristo. Very unique and absolutely delicious! Servers here all all very friendly. The restaurant has a very upbeat and fun environment. During my 45min meal here, I sat through 4 songs where the servers stand in the aisles and start dancing to a song. It was almost too much. Keep in mind that this dining environment may not be for everyone. If you're looking to have a peaceful and undisturbed brunch, this isn't your place. The wait to be seated and for your food is long here but if you're willing to wait, this is a really upbeat diner with yummy breakfast/lunch foods! read more

Came here for a quick bite to eat in the morning and came out very full! On this trip, I got the eggstravaganza omelet, which had pretty much every ingredient they had to offer! This came with hashbrowns and toast, so it was a pretty big meal! The omelet was fluffy and filled with ingredients. The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside while being soft in the middle. The toast could be toastier (it was lightly toasted), but they had a bunch of different jellys to eat with! Overall, it was a very good diner experience. I would have disputed this at the restaurant but my husband grabbed the check and paid upfront while the kids and I were still finishing up at the table.
