Outstanding! From the food to the customer service, everything was absolutely excellent. I got "The Winston Churchill" breakfast and it was massive! So much food and absolutely delicious! Everything is priced extremely well considering the large portions. The servers were also really nice and attentive. They kept our drinks refilled and were consistently checking in on our throughout our meal to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely return to Annie's cafe. read more

Just ate here for the first time last weekend. The service was great! Very friendly waitresses and they dance! How fun! I ordered the large mimosa.. which was very yummy and worth the price. I also ordered the loaded breakfast potatoes. I thought this would be more of a skillet meal with the potatoes and the eggs on top.. instead it was on a plate.. all the menu items looked great so I think I just ordered poorly.. but the coffee cake was amazing. It is smothered in butter.. I would def go back, but will order something i normally go for like an omelet or pancakes! Def give it a go! read more

I love that you can join a waitlist before heading over the restaurant. Joining the waitlist is definitely recommended and it'll greatly reduce your time waiting for a table. I have never been in this restaurant when it wasn't packed and bustling with energy. This place definitely has an old school diner vibe. The counter space is so retro. All of the servers are efficient working well together and moving swiftly throughout the floor. Food is always delicious and on point. Especially at a time where there were constant surcharges for ordering eggs, I didn't notice any increase in the price for any of their egg dishes. I definitely recommend trying any French toast variety on the menu, they're all amazing. read more

This is one of my favorite places for breakfast/brunch. Annie's is a quaint neighborhood diner with a British vibe. Annie, the owner is British. Annie checked on our table to see how we were enjoying our breakfast, she's lovely. When it is a customers birthday, the staff does a cute birthday/celebratory dance in honor of the birthday boy/girl. My daughter loved her strawberry and Nutella crepe. My breakfast platter was delicious and they made my hash browns extra crispy, just how I like and requested. We will be back! read more

Second time coming here. Atmosphere is very family friendly but a bit distracting. I don't understand the theme of the place based on the decor, but the distracting part was all the music and dancing. Cute, but sometimes the music is so loud that it totally cuts off your conversations. The food is good- typical diner food. I had to send back my waffle today because it was cold. Cold enough o wear the butter on top would not melt. Lastly, I think the coffee is too expensive. read more

Horrible!!! Food was absolutely terrible! Poached eggs were broken and served in a small bowl drowning in water basically soup. Food on the floor dead bugs in the window! Men's bathroom was the absolute dirtiest bath I've ever seen! Smell was atrocious. Yelp lies don't believe what you read I have been burned the last time with there 4-5 stars. The health department should close this place until they deep clean it. read more

We came at a very busy time of day, a Sunday, which may have affected the quality of the service and food. We had been looking forward to eating here forever because we love British food. Heard great things about the experience. Long story short - Monte Cristo sandwich was a huge disappointment. Way over- fried, greasy on the outside, very dry inside with very minimal filling ingredients. Fish and chips the same, over-cooked. The full English breakfast plate, I think they call it a Winston Churchill, was poorly plated and not generous. We make a nicer authentic full English breakfast at home that actually looks appetizing on the plate. We must have been just unlucky that day because they obviously have a popular restaurant. Oh well. Can't win them all. read more

Tried this place a few years ago when I moved here (dads from England so we took him when he visited) and it was OK. Nothing memorable to have us rush back and so we didn't. Shoutout to Emily our server for our party of twelve, she handled our order with ease and had our food out in no time. I NEVER leave reviews, that's how awful this place was. Food was absolutely terrible, all the food came out cold. I ordered biscuits and gravy and they were completely cold and hard. My boyfriend ordered steak medium rare and it came out like a hockey puck. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone. Established in 2014.

Annie's Cafe was first opened back in 1989 in Lake Elsinore. For years the people of Temecula had been asking the British owners Kevin & Jan (aka Annie) to open a new Annie's Cafe in Temecula and in 2014 we opened our doors. If you come to visit us now you'll see a great team, trained the Annie's way and understanding the need to make every customer happy and content!

Meet the Business Owner: Brock D.

Hi everyone, my name is Brock Dowis. My wife Amanda and I have had the amazing opportunity to take over the Annie’s brand since Jan 2024. This happened with Annie’s blessing, and she has been amazing and supportive of us in this endeavor. She’s even been known to pop in from time to time. Amanda and I have been in restaurants for a combined 35 years. We came up at In N Out Burger. Where we started cleaning the floors, and ended up running some of the busiest locations in the company and learned a lot along the way. You can expect the same amazing Annie’s experience you are used to, dancing and all! Our only goals are to protect and grow the brand, take care of our amazing customers and staff, and make everything as clean and fresh as possible.

He said since they're busy cause of cinco de mayo they can't do it which tells me they can't handle a large amount of customers and there food they make in the back there cooks are auto pilot and get devate from the normal operation. We have been here before and "NEVER" had a problem with the way we ordered but today was an issue which tells me things are difficult especially if busy. We will not be back cause it was just a simple request and they couldn't fulfill that. We went over to Rosa's and tortilla factory which is down the street and it was good and "much cheaper ". I will never recommend Guadalajara to anyone anymore cause they couldn't handle a simple request.

Our group was left navigating who ordered what and determine what beer was what and finding the correct owner. Dinner plates delivered no place settings at the table, no condiments (ketchup) and no drinks for more than half of the table. That lefts us going to the bar to retrieve our own cutlery.... Going to the bar to request our waters and our sodas... even after three attempts to ask for our drinks (water, lemonade, soda) the drinks weren't brought out. Many members of our party had their dinner with NO refreshments. We actually ended up serving ourselves our drinks from a dispenser located outside... we also ended up refilling our own drinks Our water was finally brought out at the end of dinner.. It was the worst service I have EVER had. What a shame.

We ordered steak, potatoes, shrimp/chorizo, burger, and Cuban sandwich along with drinks. All were really good. Bloody Mary came with friend chicken wing and bacon along with olives, tasted good. Burger was really good as it reminded us of another place. The shrimp and chorizo was very good. The steak was juicy and the sauce really good. The cubano sandwich was just ok. Lemonade was good but not spectacular. We will definitely come back, but try a few things different and a couple of the items we had today.

When our food finally came out (we ordered the bulgogi nachos and the sweet and spicy wings) she slammed the metal trays down at our table, not once, not twice, but THREE times because they got our order wrong and my husband had to go return a tray. We also waited about 30 minutes for our food. We were shocked and the family next to us was also startled with the rude treatment we received. The food was not good, it had no semblance to Korean anything for us, the sauces were odd tasting and I had an upset stomach immediately after. The family next to us we overheard them saying they enjoyed their corn dogs, but would not be back. We did not enjoy our food, nor the service and we wouldn't be back as well. I wanted to give the owner a heads up on our way out that I would be leaving this review, but he was busy back in the kitchen. I guess it's a moot point since we aren't returning anyway, the service alone was a total turn off, we paid $70 for two dishes and two drinks to be treated so poorly, disappointed in every aspect of this one and done visit.

As soon as I walked inside, the host Dakota was super cordial and got me seated at their outdoor patio beneath sun shades, next to the vineyard and I had a perfect unobstructed view of the jazz performer on stage. After seating, I ordered a glass of their signature Cabernet Sauvignon and the Fromagé plate, which was presented shortly afterwards. The fromagé plate had a variety of cheeses, seedless red grapes, dried apricots, fig preserve spread and additionally a plate of bread... perfect for sharing or not. The saxophone player played contemporary music which was all entertaining as I noshed and sipped vino. Their signature Cabernet Sauvignon was quiet lovely; aroma and depth of flavors was perfect with the fromagé ...love!! After the lunch, a stroll around the grounds to see more vineyards, felt the breeze on a hot day was nice. Inside the gift shop there was so much to peruse through, but some of the stuff will definitely get a giggle out of you. There's an art gallery connected to the main building. I wouldn't call it an art gallery but many walls were dedicated to showcasing local artists work depicting the Temecula Valley lifestyle. In the same room is the wine tasting bar and most of the people inside the art gallery seemed to be more interested in wine tasting than the art lol This was my second time visiting, both times, I had a great first impression and last impression from the ambiance, food and service.
