Finally made it in to this restaurant, we've been seeing it from the road and hadn't been able to dine in. I saw that this restaurant is on OpenTable which was great because I could finally make a reservation since this place is always so busy. It was smooth and easy to make our reservations. We arrived and were seated quickly, great customer service from all of the employees here which was nice of course. We ordered and got our drinks pretty quickly, but our food did take awhile to come out to us. I really enjoyed that the hot dog was 100% beef since I do not eat pork. The tortillas were okay they didn't taste like anything and had a chewy texture to them, but they were fresh and hot and made in house. I also really liked the three house made salsas, great flavor on all of them. The steak and eggs were delicious! Tender delicious steak with great flavor. Overall I can't wait to eat here again, I really enjoyed it and the outdoor seating was really great, the wooden shades were a great touch. The bathroom was very colorful and well decorated, I loved the pink sinks! Very clean as well. In addition, they do military discount here, but they only give it to the person who shows the ID, it doesn't get taken off the whole bill. This place is literally a "hidden" gem. Placed right next to the Starbucks with a unique ramp for the entrance, once you see it, you're in! The vibe is super unique with a lot of bright pink shades and girly touches, it instantly makes you feel happy. I love that there are plenty of booths and they're so cozy! Visited on a Saturday afternoon and ended up waiting about an hour, but it was worth it. There was plenty of free parking since they are located in a shopping plaza. For drinks - I had one Agua de Jamaica and one Cafe de Olla. They were both tasty and made well. Not too sweet. For the appetizers - The chips, salsa, and guacamole were bomb! The chips were crispy and well seasoned. The guacamole was creamy and had acidity. The salsa had a nice char flavor that I enjoyed. We sat in the patio because we didn't want to wait, it was very packed. I'd avoid eating outside if it's cold, there isn't much covering the wind and cold. Our waiter was super nice and attentive. My Bookish Babes book club went to Temecula to celebrate Galentine's and we were able to get a reservation at Quiero Brunch. I was stalking their menu online so I was really excited to check them out, after our adventure checking out downtown Temecula we were a little early with our reservations so I checked in to see if we can be sat earlier. The hostess mentioned that they would try but there were a lot of people waiting to be sat still. After 10 minutes I got a text saying that our table was ready so we were pretty stoked that was the case, some people without reservations were told that there was an hour wait. Please make reservations it helps the restaurant and helps you from being disheartened. Our server was Kayla, she was really sweet and personable. There were five of us, for the table we ordered chicharrones and guac and then for myself, I ordered the mole-quiles with birria over medium eggs. Our food came out with good timing, the chicarrones was perfectly crispy, but still had a good ratio between fats and meat. The quac was good too, could use a little salt but with the chiccarones it was perfectly matched. The Chilaquiles are $19 but you can pay a little more to add protein, for the cost you are getting so much food. The mole sauce paired really well with the birria, the birria was tender and so flavorful. My friend order the Habanero-quiles and Kayla had warned her it was 10/10 spicy, she ended up getting half mole-quiles. I tried a bite and my ears where ringing it was that spicy and I think I have a pretty good tolerance on the spice. We were a party of 5 and we all thought that the food was delicious, the restaurant itself is really welcoming and the decorations really matched valentine's vibes. I am so sad that we live all the way in San Diego, I really wish we lived closer because the mole-quiles were so delicious and Kayla said that you can add chicharrones as a protein option. My boyfriend and I heard about Quiero Brunch from my son so we decided to try it for breakfast today. The restaurant is tucked away in the Tower Plaza in Temecula. I've driven past it many times and never knew it was there. It's very cute from the outside and has a quaint little side porch which resembles a house in a beach town. Once inside, the decor is pink and green and has black and white accent chairs. We sat in the back where the full bar is located and close to the outside patio. I guess if you want to sit towards the front of the restaurant, you need a reservation but we loved where we sat. I ordered the Verde Quiles and he had the huevos rancheros. We loved our meals. He also ordered a side of potatoes and sausage and he had refried beans with his meal. The only negative I have was the potatoes were really salty. Hopefully the chef fixes this. The piped in latin music was fun, and the decor was creative. We had a great server, Alexis who made our visit enjoyable. Some of the other meals that went past us also looked delicious. It has such a charming interior and it was decorated festively for Christmas. My friend and I had such a great time here and we enjoyed the food so much. Their chocolate latte was yummy. What an adorable restaurant! The color, the pink, design, and life in this cozy cute place is one that will have you coming back! My mom and I both enjoyed our meals - the food was delicious and beautiful. The only small note is her hot chocolate was lukewarm. I always hesitate to eat Mexican food in Temecula due ti it's lack of authenticity and NO..I WILL NIT GO TO GUACALA-JARAS! We had three plates... A chorizo, eggs and papa's burrito with beans.... (good) A red menudo (meh) or caldo de maiz with some menudo, oh and the calories seems like they put Maza in it to thicken the soup. I had a cafe de diabetes (olla) too much piloncillo.... should of been called agua de piloncillo. I recently found this place when trying to figure out where to eat for brunch in Temecula. This place was just opened in 2025. I made a reservation for 3 and although it was packed when we arrived, we were seated right away. We were walked to the outside patio which normally I don't like bc it's not as aesthetic and I feel forgotten but honestly it was the cutest spot and we were right in front of the bar. They definitely make you feel at home no matter where you sit. The place itself is super cute and everyone is so nice! OK now for food, their menu is very extensive. I ordered the café de olla latte (delicious) and chilaquiles de rajas. We also shared some pancakes. Apparently the chilaquiles are the most popular dish (according to our server) and they have different types with different spice levels. The dish I ordered said it was 2/4 spicy but honestly it wasn't at all. My friends also said the same thing for the ones they ordered. We asked for spicy salsa on the side, but also not spicy. That was my only issue but regardless the food was great! They also offer sweet items on the menu, other really good looking entrees and matcha which isn't very common at a restaurant so that I liked. They also have non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks which all sounded so good! Our server was amazing (I wish I could remember her name). We ordered the TAMAL PLATE and the VERDE-QUILES. Both were good potions. Full disclosure: this review is coming off the back of a redo as our previous experience was sub par. Sat down on a Monday morning off of a 9am reservation. (Quiero Brunch only does next day reservations.) We were quickly greeted and offered coffee and other beverages. Our server was Abby and she was full of energy and able to explain and make recommendations off of the menu. Ordered Cafe de Olla, rojo-quiles, the mini machaca burritos and we were given a sample of the French toast as 'dessert'. The cafe de Olla was amazing and I'm not really a fan of hot coffee. The rojo-quiles are their version of a traditional red sauce chilaquiles. It's made with guajillo chili which makes it a bit thicker and smokier than normal. With all of the fixins, it's a damn good plate of chilaquiles. My recommendation would be if you like hot food, ask for the chilaquiles extra hot, as both times I've had them they were lukewarm. The machaca burritos on the other hand came out piping hot and full of flavor. The chorizo beans were amazing too. Ask for a side of their habanero salsa, it's packed full of flavor and has plenty of heat. I wish they bottled it. Last thing we had was the French toast served with fresh cream, maple syrup, a tres leches dip and a seasonal pumpkin cream dip. The fresh toast was amazing, it can be eaten on its own without any add ons. The cream and all of the dips just added to the experience. Overall this place feels modern and lively. This was my first and my last time coming here. TL;DR food was good, service was abysmal. The food was great. My friend ordered the mole chilequiles and she enjoyed them but she said they were of the sweet variety which she was like meh. Everyone in our party really enjoyed their food and kept raving how delicious everything was, the patio where we were sitting was nice and not too loud, the inside almost looked like a 50's diner with how the booths looked but i woukd recommend ouside since it is a bit quiter. The service however, left A LOT to be desired. Our reservation for party of 6 was at 1030, we were around the corner when they called us at 10:28am checking if we were going to make it and we confirmed we were almost there and had confirmed via their texting confirmation system like 15 mins earlier so we were confused why they were calling us. Anyways, we checked in at 10:30am and they said it would be a few moments as they are getting the table ready so we stepped outside. We were probably waiting out there for 5 mins and we got a text saying our table was ready but when we went in the hostess said it was still getting ready so we waited an additional 5-10in the lobby. Once seated, we put in our orders for both drinks and water. We were hungry and parched. It literally took 30 mins to get glasses of water out to us. I asked once it had been 15mins since we still hadnt gotten them and they said they needed to get clean glasses but at that point just give us waters in your to-go cups. 30 mins is ridiculous. By this point it's already 11:30am (we made note as another friend had texted the group when we put in our orders) and we had not seen our server. One of the girls who ordered a cafe de olla had gotten it but we were still waiting on 2 Micheladas and 2 more coffees. He had said their system went down and it had to all be put in manually. We get it, we are understanding but convey that message to us so we aren't sitting there wondering why it is taking so long and why the baby shower behind us is getting their drinks and we aren't. By 11:45-ish everyone got their drinks and 5 mins later one of the girls got her plate. Another 15 mins go by and one other girl gets her plate. We have to ask how much longer until we all get our plates and it comes out 15 mins later now that the first girls food is cold. In a span 2 hrs we only saw our server 4 times. I can't even remember his name because we hardly saw the guy and I didn't see a name tag. I have worked in table service and I know to at least check in ebery so often and explain the situation. The whole experience was just awful, we were hungry and thirsty yet it took a solid 30 mins to get water, WATER! Nothing was done to rectify the situation, gratuity was auto because we were a party of 6 so there's that, but like should have at least comped the drinks we had to wait over an hour for. And I swear if they come on here and try to comp something and ask for a receipt I can't because their systems were down so I could even get one. We were wrapping up a girls weekend from a Bachelorette party so if we are ever back in town I won't be coming back. The food was delicious though, so maybe if they do to-go orders I might consider them. read more

It didn't seem like a very big portion at first, but it was so filling, with lots of pork meat, plenty of toppings, and 2 tostadas. My husband had a Cafe Americano, and the habanero chilaquiles. He loved them! The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because my pozole was served warm instead of hot.
