Our waitress did not inform us she was going on her break, until another waitress introduced herself to us. There were a few of us who needed waters and no waitresses in sight. Finally they can with the food and we were able to ask for water. I did ask if they had fans, but only heaters. They do have water misters but they did not reach the corner where we were seated, the winds were mild so it was completely Heat. We were all troopers, we are not a family that complains but this was our experience. The ambiance was nice just not that comfortable. The food was delicious, our server tried. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about making sure we had a good experience and the environment is so welcoming and everyone seems like family amaong each other and too guest. One person who stood out was the food runner Andy. He was super energetic, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we needed something. He was also not just making it about the food but asking about plans or if we have everbeen before and also mentioning other locations the company has. He also ended up helping when my baby started choking, which was honestly a very scary moment for us. I'm extremely grateful that he was there and very alert to the situation. When things calmed down he then proceeded to give me tips and tricks if the situation were to ever happen again. Who knows what the outcome wouldve been if Andy wasnt present but, my god put him there for a reason Overall everything was amazing and it was such an unforgettable visit, looking forward to going again.

First impression, Not a good impression! This morning, my husband and I went to Annie's in Temecula. Wendy was our waitress. Wendy sat us in the very far, far back corner of the restaurant in a booth. While all the other patrons ( couples) were seated in the front of the restaurant to the left as you enter the restaurant. We saw patrons come and go. Not one other couple or individual was seated in the area where we sat. They were all seated up front. Hmmm! I counted 11 empty table plus the bar area that were empty. We could have sat at any of those table. "Wendy sat us in the back of the bus". When she brought us our coffee. She did not serve it to us. She sat the coffee on the table corner and said she would be back! She put her hands on the mouth of our mugs. (Gross!) Instead of using the mug, handle to serve us. She went and served some other patrons their beverages. I noticed she served them properly. No fingers touching the mouth of the drink-ware. She engaged and smile with the other patrons and coworkers. (at one point telling, coworkers she needed to leave at 2pm for a medical appointment, her statement was challenged by another coworker, saying it was a holiday, wasn't doctor offices closed) She didn't smile and barely made eye contact with us. Her head was down much of the time. 45 minutes later as we were finishing up. A group of 6-8 "senior ladies" were seated near us. Not as far back as we were. All this to say. Seating us in that location of the restaurant was intentional and prejudice by Wendy. She is bias to a certain group of people. We could feel it and saw i! Not a good representation of your establishment. We will not be returning to Annie's any time soon:( This review is looking pretty epic! Nice! read more

This is starting to become a regular thing! My daughter & I are beginning to have a tradition here Saturday mornings. Today, we thought there would be a wait, but Annie herself goes "no wait, common, let's seat you now!" Wow, like family! Did I mention they serve boysenberry syrup in their tri-syrup selection?! Oh & I just discovered that their OJ is fresh squeezed & AMAZING. Our server, "Shi" was super fast to greet us & get our order in. She also made some suggestions to improve our plates nutritional value Emily brought my additional to go order for another family member and she was so sweet and thoughtful asking exactly how & when to prepare the order. Literally everyone who works here... the cooks, the bud boys, the servers/hostesses... & the owner, Annie herself all work together to make sure everyone leaves happy. If you're lucky enough, you may also get the surprise of the servers turning up the music and dancing in the middle of your meal! In those years I have never on any occasion been disappointed with the food I ordered, always served efficiently with a smile. The food is well prepared, with an appetizing appearance, and tastes as great as it looks. On this last trip to Annie's I ordered one of my favorites, fish-n-chips, it's the best this side of the pond (England) it melts in your mouth yummo!!!. If you ever want a great atmosphere, the most delicious food in town, with the really nice staff to serve you, put the pedal to the metal and head to Annie's...You will love it! It's brilliant! Waitress (blonde lady in her 40's) was clearly tweaked out and was all over the place, waited so long to be served, served the people who just got there first than us who was ready to order for 30-40mins. Her mind was going so fast that she even hit my baby in the head with something she was carrying no f*cking consideration on her surroundings because of the meth bowl she smoked before she clocked in. i left. i advise management to do a daily or atleast a weekly drug test on their employees. Such an inconvenience to customers like me who are not used to such indecency Such a nice place to eat but you guys hire people with a substance abuse problem. hopefully u guys fix this problem. read more

This may have been the best restaurant experience I've ever had. The waitress, Natalie, was incredibly sweet and attentive. Despite having many tables to manage, she skillfully attended to all of them with genuine care. The warm and friendly atmosphere made my mom and me feel truly special. We ordered the Hobo Skillet, French Toast, and Coffee, which arrived quickly and tasted AMAZING! While the British decor isn't my favorite, the positive vibes from everyone made it easy to overlook. Additionally, my Pedro Pascal bookmark fell out, and the waitress and I had a delightful conversation about the actor. It was a wonderful moment that added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. I took a seat at the circular bar near the kitchen area today. The quality of the food was commendable, and the coffee was exceptional. However, I observed some concerning practices regarding food handling. One of the servers dropped a sausage on the floor, picked it up, and disposed of it in the trash without washing her hands afterward. She then continued to handle plates from the service window. Additionally, I noticed another server with long nails applying whipped cream to a hot chocolate, with her nails making contact with the cream. While I wish I had not witnessed these issues, the overall food and service experience was quite satisfactory. My server was amazing by the way. read more

Personally, I wouldn't drive out of my way for the food as I can find these same dishes anywhere; however, I would make the drive for the experience, service, and fun for first timers. There is singing and dancing from guests to owners, and on your first visit, they introduce you to the crowd while you wear one of their big silly hats. The food is not bad at all and pretty good portions for the price, but it is not remarkable either. Definitely better than a Denny's or IHOP but there are other diner/breakfast spots that just have that something-more quality. Either way, you can't go wrong with giving this place a try. read more

My experience at Annie's was very disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. After being seated, no one offered water or asked if we wanted drinks, while another table seated after us received immediate attention. It took a long time for our order to be taken, and eventually the supervisor had to step in. The food took quite a while to arrive, and no one checked on us during the meal for refills or even basic needs like napkins. Every guest should feel welcomed and valued, whether they are locals, regulars, or first-time visitors. Sadly, that was not our experience, and I would not return. read more

Will never set foot in this restaurant again. When the owner can be overheard by customers calling Gavin Newsom "Governor Gruesome" and soliciting signatures for her petition for his recall, it tells you Annie only cares about one kind of customer and one kind only. Shame on you Annie! Not all your patrons feel the same way about the protections being provided by state government designed to keep businesses like yours afloat and the rest of us safe. Makes you wonder what other guidelines you oppose? Perhaps the health violations found here on Yelp make perfect sense. read more

I visited Annies on Sunday before being picked up for a wine tour. The restaurant is right opposite my hotel, so I went across the street to grab a bite before the wine tour started. My girlfriend and I decided we should get our wine day started with some Mimosas... OMG these things are huge!!! It's like a bucket of Mimosa Lmao! Let's just say it was the perfect way to start off a wine tour. The servers were also dancing while we ate, it was the most amazing way to start a wine tour. I was in such a great mood when I left. Honest Reviews with an Attitude gave Annie's a 1 star review in Aug 2017 and it's all a lie from a woman who scams local businesses. This woman goes around town and complains AFTER the jobs are completed or the food is served and THEN says she has a disability, or cancer, or is poor, or whatever in the hopes of getting a free ride or compensation for not writing a bad review. She is a scammer. Look at her site - nothing but negative reviews on all local business to either extort them or the ruin their reputation because she didn't get what she wanted. read more

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. We frequent the lake Elsinore location all the time and have never had such terrible service like this. Our wait went from 15-20 to 30 then to 45 min. We were seated at a small table as a party of 7 while parties of 5 were seated at two separate big tables when they could've easily fit in just 1. Will not be coming back ever. Food was horrendous. It was our first visit to this location. I found it to be even better other places. The service was great. Food was tasty! I come here all the time for breakfast. They have the standard usual breakfast options like anywhere else. I only get the winston english breakfast special because i think it is the best one they have. It is decent english breakfast. I would not recommend any omelets here because I tried a couple and i did not think they were delicious at all. Service is quick and food comes out decently fast. The dining experience was fine but once we were finished, we were sitting digesting and socializing and we were asked to leave. That we were taking up the table for too long. I have the french toast special with cream and jellie inside and fresh fruit, it was so good. For our entrée we ordered the Wagyu Steak Frites with chimichurri. The steak was cooked so perfectly it should probably be framed instead of sliced. Every bite was fantastic. We finished with the ube panna cotta, which was elegant, silky, and the kind of dessert that makes you promise you'll "just have one bite" before accidentally eating half of it. Nathan took wonderful care of us all evening. He was warm, friendly, attentive, and struck that perfect balance between making us feel welcome and giving us time to enjoy the gorgeous patio. Watching the sunset with live music in the background and that spectacular view? It was one of those evenings that quietly reminds you why people go out to eat in the first place. Apparently we enjoyed ourselves so much that we came back the very just two days for lunch. (Scientific research requires repeat testing.) We started with the hummus, which arrived looking like it belonged in an art gallery. Fortunately, it tasted every bit as good as it looked. Then came the chile relleno, which was absolutely outstanding. If this dish ever goes missing, I'd recommend checking my refrigerator first. Faith was wonderfully friendly and outgoing, and our food expeditor, David, was so genuinely warm and personable that by the time he left the table, it felt like we'd known him for years. Restaurants can teach hospitality, but that kind of kindness is simply who some people are. My only tiny suggestion: please turn on the patio misters during these triple-digit California afternoons. The food was keeping us warm emotionally; the weather was handling the rest. And on the way out we let Christine know the carpets at the entrances needed a vacuum. Fantastic food, exceptional service, beautiful views, and an atmosphere that keeps drawing us back. Cork Fire Kitchen has once again reminded us why it's one of our favorite places to dine. Bravo to the entire team!

I have eaten here three times total but today was just not good. Our service was subpar. We had to…read moreask and WAIT for refills *multiple* times. We aren't talking like a minute or two but like 5+ mins each time, and that doesn't even cover the time it took to flag anyone down just to ask for the coffee refill and then having to wait 5+ mins thereafter. It was almost an art form on how all servers avoided eye contact with us when we needed a refill. I actually *never* received any refills on my soda even though I asked a server (not ours as he left for his break and no one checked on us) and he said sure, left us and walked farther away from the drink station. He finally went back and made two to-go cups--for two other people! I ordered a bran muffin--do NOT make the same mistake! The top half was incredibly chewy. The bottom half? Rock hard. They probably microwaved it for too long--yuck. The toast was actually tough to chew as well. I took two bites of my husband's and gave up. Crazy for someone who loves carbs. As we left there was a huge wait and lots of open tables because their help just isn't super helpful. We won't be making a 4th trip. This place needs some serious overhauling. Lean Six Sigma strategies are not in place here. Send help.
