High rating fooled me. A few new blouses were ruined and buttons were stripped. They have a sign that says we don't replace damaged buttons. That should have been a warning sign, but I thought my clothes are new and higher end so I shouldn't have any issues. Wrong! Also found a few new stains on my blouses that looked like rust. This place is now my go to for cleaners and alterations. The owner is the sweetest and gets everything done in a timely manner. You can even request to have items cleaned or altered sooner. I really enjoy her hard work and the alterations came out perfect on my dress I had it hemmed and it was a 2 layered dress and she charged me a well valued price and had it done within two days! Mary is an extremely talented seamstress and runs a reliable and affordable dry cleaning business. I have been going here for years but since she has taken over she has really made a difference. After reading the reviews, I decided to try Annie's, and I am beyond grateful I did! From the minute I walked in this shop, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I was shown a nice, private area where I could change my clothing, not a tiny closet like previous places I have been to. Annie has a wonderful personality and demeanor and all through the "pinning process" we were laughing and having a good time, yet I could tell she was focused and serious about her work. Knowing that I needed these items for an upcoming trip, she had my clothing altered within the promised week. When I arrived to pick up my clothing she encouraged me to try on these items making sure I was happy with her work. I was beyond ecstatic, as the fit was now perfect and her work is beyond professional. She pretty much restructured my entire linen dress and now it fits perfectly, showing off my "new figure" beautifully! I cannot say enough positive comments about this family owned business. Been going here for a number of years. Can't beat the price and the service has -- up till now -- been very good. Picked up my recent load of laundry 10 days ago. Got to one of the laundered shirts, and while the rest of the shirt was very clean, both cuffs were grayish looking. Stopped into today to show the woman who runs this location. She looked at me like I was a little crazy and said, "that's the best we can do!" Well, I believe they can do better than that! I've had them launder this shirt (and the rest of my suits, ties and shirts) numerous times and have NEVER had a problem. I drop $70 to $80 almost every time I go in there, so I was thinking she might offer to redo the shirt, but she just gave me "that look!" So, I'm disappointed. However, I'll probably continue to go there because the prices are very good and the work usually is too. If the customer service had been what I had expected, I would have rated them a five today. By the way, pricing is between inexpensive and moderate -- it really is a good deal! read more

Do not go here !!!!!!If I can give this place 0 Stars I would. Let's see where to start off I dropped off your shirts a week in advance of when it was supposed to be due. At first everything seemed ok until I went to go pick it up. 3 of my shirts still spelled completely dirty, I have worked at a dry cleaners before and I have had my clothes dry-cleaned before and they did not smell like this. One of them had a brand new fresh food stain on the front of it as well as some oil stains. When I took him to make sure it did not have stained it just needed to be freshened up. When I called the store to talk to someone she keeps sending me in circles claiming we could not discuss this over the phone. So I decided to drive over only to be told it was not our fault and got called a liar. The fact that the worker called me a liar and did not take responsibility what happened disappointed me. I did not mind paying for the service what bothered me was having fingers pointed at me for something I did not do and not having a service I paid for them.
