AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! I don't know what happened to this business but I had an awful experience with them. They went to the WRONG ADDRESS first of all, DID NOT CLEAN the bathroom or kitchen- This was a move-out cleaning! That's the ONLY places that needed cleaning besides the floors. When I contacted the owner she took ZERO responsibility and hung up on me instead of making it right. I have TONS of photos to show the lack of effort that was put into this cleaning. I even left a Shark Vacuum and Bona mop for them to use and KEEP. Zero apology and zero refund or opportunity to fix it. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. Never again. read more

Cons: 1. Extremely slow and inefficient. Three people including Annie herself worked on the 1460 sqft house for 4.5 hours. Annie complained about my floors, because they mopped the floors once, but after they got dry, the water stain all showed up, so they had to do it again. If they could have picked the right way to clean the floors at the first place, they could not have to do it twice. 2. Did not clean the house in the right order. Someone took all the food out of the fridge and put on the counter to clean the fridge while the other person was dusting the ceiling. All the dust dropped on the food. The utensils that were on the drying rack were still there while they were cleaning the counter and sink with bleach. Not sure how much bleach and spray got onto my utensils. The same thing with the towels in the bathrooms. Highly suggested that you watch them at least once, so you know how they clean your house. 3. After three people spent 4.5 hours, the house was still not clean. The thermostats was dirty. The floor under the bed was dusty. One window sill was dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor. Some lamps were dusty. 4. They broke some floors and did not even tell me. After I asked, Annie told me that the floor was broken before. Regardless of whether the floors were broken or not, she should have told me honestly before I pointed it out. Pros: 1. Easy to book. Called on Sunday and got the appointment on Monday morning. 2. Seems to be on time. Was only 10 mins late for the 9am appointment. 3. Did not steal anything from the house, as far as i can see now. read more

I heard about Annie's Cleaning Service through a Russian friend of mine who met Anna a few years ago. The service itself wasn't bad but I did not appreciate the fact that Anna was on the phone all the time trying to set up other appointments. I understand after all she wants to work and make money but she should not be doing that while she is on he clock. And by the way, the review posted by Julia in 2014 reflects my own experience. Anna is very unprofessional, she spends too much time on the phone making appointments with other clients. And I can't figure out why she gave different quotes to pretty much anyone. I mean, I understand that prices won't always be the same but It was hilarious to see how she quoted her clients anywhere from $200 to $2000 -- her cleaning services must be very special to charge that much. I paid Anna way less and I still felt ripped off. read more

Anna is totally unprofessional. Since I was paying her by the hour I expected her to try to be as efficient as possible. Anna charges $40 per hour and works 50% of the time she gets paid for because she spends the other 50% on the phone making appointments with other clients. To make things worse I could hear when she was making appointments on the phone and I noticed that she gave different prices to each client who called her. She even quote someone $200 for an hour of work! Anna's business practices are totally shady and inefficient. She works only half of the time she gets paid for and she does not even seem to care about her business. Unless she changes the way she runs her business I can predict her closing her cleaning company within six months. read more

I was moving from a rental place to my new house and needed to clean both places in one day - just has finished renovation at the new place a day before moving in. Both places were a huge mess and I hired Annie's Cleaning to clean them both. Anna and her employees did a great job - I couldn't be happier with my choice of the service. I was a little behind the schedule with moving out, so the cleaning overlapped with the movers at the old place, but they were very flexible and even helped a bit with packing. They made both places very clean, making the new one very livable and saving my deposit at the old one. Excellent service, very professional, polite and flexible approach to client's needs. Anna is wonderful! We have her coming to clean every 2 weeks. It is so nice to come home to a clean apartment. We have a young baby so our time is limited, and it's so nice to get everything cleaned while we are at work. She does a very thorough job - even taking time to scrub the muck off of our ottoman which our son likes to eat on, spit up on, and wipe drooly crumbs on. She is also very trustworthy - we have her arrive and leave while we are at work. Her prices are very reasonable as well. We are pleased with her cleaning service so far. To sum it up - if you are looking for someone trustworthy to come in and clean your home thoroughly, I highly recommend Anna. We had tried another guy we found on yelp first and he charged an exorbitant amount and was nowhere near as thorough as Anna's team. A higher price does not mean a better cleaning! read more

Had a great initial interaction--phone answered, and upon request, I texted my address and appointment date, which was also confirmed via text. Fast forward to my appointment day....They were supposed to be here at 1:30pm. Between then and 3pm I called, texted, and left a message. No one showed, no one contacted me to tell me what the hell was up. Actually, they still have not. I've had cleaners show up late before, but never without calling and giving me a heads up. I'm so disappointed, and with all the positive reviews, I have no idea what happened. Regardless, from where I'm sitting, this business is disorganized and unprofessional. Luckily, I was able to find another service that could come the next day. Thank god for professionals coming through when the rookies drop the ball! Annie=Two thumbs way down. read more

I've been using Annie for a little over year. They've done a great job, and were always willing to work around my availability. I have two dogs, and in the summer months, the shedding can get a little rough. They've been a lifesaver. read more

Anna's maids are very professional. I've been using her service for over a year and they are doing a very nice job for a great price. Last time I used her service when we moved out from our apartment and even they were super busy they came to my place and made it perfectly clean. Not professional; Set up my first cleaning time for arrival at 12 pm; at 12:40 pm, no one had arrived. In calling to inquire about their delayed arrival, the person said the arrival time would be between 12 - 1 pm and that they had informed me when the appt. was set up. Not! Anyhow, I reluctantly, said "OK!" Five min. later, I receive a call and they mentioned after looking at my location, the earliest someone would arrive would be 1:30 pm...so I canceled as the clean is a 3 hr. clean, and I had other obligations at 4 pm....definitely not a good first impression. read more
