A3 Cleaning Service was amazing. They were able to accommodate my last minute deep cleaning request for my kitchen and bathroom and Sonia and Eliza did a wonderful job. I requested the estimate via Yelp and received several estimates very quickly. A3's estimate was fair and I appreciated that they were very communicative and provided detailed information on what services would be provided during the cleaning. The ladies even took off their shoes and left them out on my porch, I wasn't even thinking of asking them to do that, but it was appreciated. BIG NO NO! I won't recommend this cleaners. Literally minting money and did nothing. On asking can you please clean the leftover stain you will get a reply I can't remove. This person will message you that they are using world class cleaning supplies which eventually won't remove any stains. I went to store and bought few multipurpose cleaning supplies and was able to clean myself the stains. Yelp doesn't have an option to rate zero otherwise that would have been my rating. HORRIBLE! I recently had a deep clean for my 3bd, 2.5ba home. Roberta's team (Eli & Patricia) did an absolutely incredible job! I didn't know my home could be this clean! They worked quickly even though it was a large space and were so thorough. No spot or corner was overlooked. My house smelled so clean and fresh afterwards, and as a bonus, they had a special touch for organizing the items I left out (for example, throw blankets and coffee table books). Roberta has been coming to our place for a few months now. Let me just say, if you've been in search of an excellent house cleaning service, look no further, she is your person. We went through a few cleaners before finding her through word of mouth, and the difference is night and day. She remembers every little detail of our preferences and does the same exact amazing job every time. She vacuums the dog bed and our couch (both underneath and the seat cushions!) She is always responsive, sends a reminder a few days before the appointment, punctual (but always lets me know if she is running behind due to traffic or whatever.) If you are still not convinced - I told my close friend about Roberta, knowing that she'd had the same cleaning crew coming to her place for over 5 years. I begged to give her a try (because I knew she'd fall in love) and BAM, just like that, Roberta has been going to her place biweekly now. Roberta comes with another girl and their are both very polite and friendly. (My 3 yo son calls Roberta "the smiley lady") while they spend more time than the other services I have used, I have nothing to complain about because I know the results are worth it.
