I've been a customer of Annie Nails since I was 17, I am now 47 and still love my Ashley! She is AMAZING!!!! She always makes sure I leave happy and if for some reason I need to come back she or her staff always takes care of me. I do recommend you make an appointment in advance because it does get busy and if you don't make an advance appointment be prepared to have a wait. I mean come on you can't expect to walk in and be ahead of those who make their appointments in far advance? ANNIE NAILS always does their best to accommodate all walk ins. I'm no longer happy with this location. The last time I went I waiting 30 minutes with feet in cold water in the bath. I asked to turn on the hot water and the comment was "your taking all the hot water". That's not my problem and not true. You fill it up and then dump it, maybe they need a new water heater but owner want to spend it on other "things" I guess. So I heard... I thought I would go again one last time. Bad idea. TV was off so we had to stare at the walls and each other, the water was cold again and the rinse was even colder. I'm sorry but I don't want my feet is a COLD bath, I would go to Alaska for that. The lady who did my pedicure used the cream for Calluses and put them in water right after. Never did they do that, it was already wrapped in a plastic if some sort like the person next to me. After leaving and paying I get a charge I paid for was $89 with tip, services and $1 charge to use the credit machine and was charged $106. This is the last draw for me and letting people know to watch the atm charges and if you like cold water, go right ahead. Onward we go. read more

It's memorial weekend and we walked in on a Friday evening. Yes I expect it to be busy. The short mannered unfriendly receptionist said it would be a 15mins wait for a pedicure. Alright let's wait...20 mins goes by that's fine we are willing to wait. 30 mins goes by still nothing. Total wait before we decided to leave was I think 45-60mins( I left my mom there while I went to the bank all the way on Sierra and jurupa) When we let her know it's okay we don't want to wait anymore she barely acknowledged the long wait. Simple solution for the future if the owner is reading. Just acknowledge your customers and communicate with them that the wait will be longer. I'm sure your tech's are great I saw some of the ladies nails. But your receptionist needs to do better. Speaking to the customers she was rude and short. 6.24.10: I have decided that I want to try some girly things like getting my nails done. I get my nails done once in a long while at the Nail Salon. I have never had acrylic before so I told myself "what the heck.." I went to this place because my Aunt works here and its on my way home from Victorville. I went on yelp and they had zero reviews. I have noticed that Yelp is not yet popular in the Inland Empire. No worries I will fix that, (take out 'you have been yelped card'). Anyhow, Ashley is the main person who is able to do all the pretty acrylic designs. She is really good and she's able to finish your acrylics in no time. The place however did remind me of all the other Vietnamese Nail Salons. If you have ever heard of Angela Johnson (Comedian) talking about her nail salon experience well it's exactly like that. All you hear is hunny this and hunny that in English and then everything else is in Vietnamese. It is pretty hilarious. The prices are decent, when I was there looks like everyone gets the pink white acrylic. No designs? They like it simple. I loved how my nail came out. It was weird having acrylics for the first time, but they turned heads like no one business. Everywhere I went I had compliments. I will definitely come back, do not expect Beverly Hills Style Nail Salon although they do have those nice massaging chairs and its really clean. OoooOo. read more

A friend recommended this place and so I went ahead and gave it a try because I wasn't in the mood to drive to Upland. Jenny did my manicure and my gel nails, and she did a half ass job while she was it. She smacked my hand and insulted me. I remained hopeful and gave the pedicure a fair shot. Also horrible! Someone actually asked me if I painted my own nails! (I do a horrible job) Apart from that I ran into someone while I was there who had already had gotten her nails done and she was getting her pedicure.
