His work truly speaks for itself. My nails came out absolutely beautiful! The salon was absolutely spotless, and it smelled so good inside. The entire design and layout of the shop is beautiful, welcoming, and so comfortable. I also loved that they had HGTV and the Cooking Channel playing side by side, so I was able to enjoy both of my favorite TV networks while getting my nails done. Went to go get my nails donde yesterday during lunch and she cut 4 of my nails. I had previous short nails but she over filed and left me with blood all over. Last two times I have been here it has been poor service. They seem angry and bitter that I want the basic mani/pedi and not full spa service. This time they couldn't slap paint on my nails fast enough and then charge me $58 and send me out the door. These pictures are an hour after I left the salon. The second layer of polish didn't go down to the cuticle and there are bubbles in it. My fingers and cuticles look horrible because they didn't even bother to soak them in oil. Brian is the best ever!! I called to make sure they could take me for a fill because it was 40 minutes until closing. He said of course and when I got there he saw what he had to work with. He genuinely cared about the health of my nails and recommended I get a new set due to the lifting. He took such great care of me and made sure my new set was perfect. He is an artist. The shape, the color, everything!! I went in with chunky grown out acrylics and left feeling like a new person. I love my hands now! He took his time and knew exactly what I wanted. Writing this review as I sit here a week later reshaping my nails.. 1st experience was great the man who I think is the owner did an amazing job on dip powder nails. 2nd experience I got a pedi and dip powder from someone else, pedi was good except they offer callus removal and the callus removal consists of a gel and then they scrub it off which doesn't do anything. I got gel X on my big toes. 3rd experience I got dip powder with a nail extension and a Pedi and got acrylic overlay on my big toe nail. 4th experience (which is my last) because I paid $115 for them to argue with me. It seems they only do this when the owner isn't there. As a person who doesn't speak up because I usually trust the nail tech, I let them be and I relax.. but now I speak up because I'm paying for it, and it's not cheap. I asked for dip powder and a pedicure. The dip powder wasn't great, she didn't ask me what shape I wanted and I wanted to keep the length of my natural nails and she filed them how she pleased. I had acrylic on my toe and they wanted to give me a fill, which I said no because I saw that it was lifting and they were going to rip it off and I said no because it messed up the nail. When they took it off I asked for GelX on my toes and the nail tech thought I was crazy and said they don't do that, she raised her voice and it was really embarrassing because everyone was looking. This is interesting because I got GelX on my big toes here before. I said that's fine and asked for an acrylic overlay... which I guess the pedicure didn't know how to do which was fine I said I'll wait for someone else. The nail tech asked me who did GelX on my toes because they don't do that here and I said I don't know the names. She asked some other lady and the lady said they do GelX on toes and she said oh I thought you wanted a GelX tip... I said no. The other lady who was not working on me said it would be $20 to do my two big toes with GelX. I said okay to the lady who wasn't working on my toes. I then changed my mind and asked for an acrylic overlay because I could buy the whole GelX for toes kit on Amazon for $10 and do it myself, so it was not worth it. I ended up telling the person who was doing my pedicure to do an acrylic overlay and she said okay. THEN the lady who was doing my nails switched to my toes and me not paying attention because I was trying to relax, I saw her get the lamp out for gelX and I said no I changed my mind to acrylic overlay I told the other lady who was working on me and this lady makes a scene again and gets loud... again it's so embarrassing. I'm just trying to relax and enjoy a pedicure. A lot of miscommunication and arguing when the owner isn't there. I won't be back. I paid $115 to get yelled at and argued with... made me feel so bad because I wanted to relax and have nice nails. On the semi-bright side the older woman who did my pedicure did a great job, she gave a good massage and cleaned, shaped, and painted my toes very nicely. The owner came in and sensed some tension and asked if everything was okay, I just paid him and got out of there. It would be nice for them to break down and write down the prices on a paper or receipt because they don't. They just communicate with each other and come up with a random number. Again, this is my experience and how they made me feel. Won't be back. Unfortunate because I thought I found a place I liked. read more

Just had a mani/pedi here and was told up front that the cost for my 5 year old daughter would be $30, then they told me I would be getting gel for $10 more on my services. They only did gel on my nails but still charged me for toes with regular polish! The guy who did my nails was on his cell phone the entire time. So unprofessional! I was told my services would be $100 total, but once it was all done they charged me $140 The "$10" extra for gel was per hand and per foot, but they did not mention that at all.
