The truck is located in the Delta airlines employee parking lot at the far East end of the terminal. The food is ok, but the prices are good. If you work at HNL it's super convenient otherwise would you really drive up to the airport for this ?? Probably not. I wouldn't.

First time coming. Most tourists won't know this place. It is located in an airport employee parking lot, but definitely check it out. Food is HUGE for the price and the shoyu chicken was bomb!!

Not on the menu. Brandon's breakfast special.

If you near the Honolulu International Airport and want a good delicious deal for lunch, this place is for you. 5 spot lunchwagon is hard to find as it is in the Delta employee parking lot. The best directions is when you see Enterprise Rent A Car turn and go toward the airport. Make a right on the lane before the security check and they are in the parking lot on the right side. 5 spot has a wide assortment of food from breakfast to Filipino food. They have super cheap $5 specials from hamburger steak, Korean chicken, and fried chicken. Their specials change daily too. Today I decided to get a special plate made by Brandon. He posted it on IG the other day and it looked good! His special breakfast was, 2 fried eggs, furukaki rice, topped with chopped spam and bacon. With even more yummy protein, his Korean chicken on the side. If you are hungry 5 spot lunchwagon is the spot!

Consistency for a food truck is key! Ann's hits the mark for fast local food on the fly. I like the Steak & eggs with a side of Mac Salad to fill me up just right. The 5-Spot $5.00 menu is great for those in between pay day situations. Garlic Chicken rocks! Nice to have Ann's nearby when the hunger pains hit!

Had to wait a couple hours for my daughter to pick me up. I was thinking of walking up to L&L on Paiea St. checked yelp and found Anne's $5 plate lunches every day that they are open. I had Roast Pork $6 , all reasonable and way better than overpriced Airport food. Imma fan! Walking distance from the main terminal group checkin in the employee parking lot.

Wow another awesome recommendation from a fellow co worker to try their adobo omelet so yummy! Huge portion enough for 2 people for only $5.50. Not to mention the fast friendly service they gave me. I will be going back to try other dishes soon!

They are there every Saturday and are the first vendor on the left as you walk in the main entrance. I had a great experience. Top notch customer service. The owner is very personable and friendly. They have a small menu of only 7 food items compared to their main location in Chinatown with a larger variety menu. This menu seems to be their popular items and according to the owner, the pork belly is their best seller. Even with just these items, I still had a hard time deciding what I wanted because it all looked so good. They not only have the menu posted but a picture of each menu item. I like when businesses do that, you know what you're getting. I opted for the Double Fried Chicken. It comes with 2 pieces of boneless chicken thighs (about 3 oz each), 2 scoops of white rice, cole slaw (about 1/2 cup) & a mild sauce. The chicken was wonderful! It was lightly breaded, not over cooked but fried just right to give the chicken a good crispiness. The thigh meat was still moist and not dry from over frying. Seasoning was just right, not overly seasoned, yet still tasty. Good 'ole fried chicken as fried chicken should be. The only problem I had with the chicken was there wasn't enough. Wish there were 3 pieces. The cole slaw was surprisingly good and I'm not a big fan of cole slaw. This one I liked. It was well seasoned, not tangy, and a lite creaminess with good crunch. The sauce that came with the chicken was also good. It tasted like ketchup with a kick. Keep in mind this is not fast food and usually everything is cooked to order with food trucks. The owner did advise me the wait would be 10 - 15 minutes. I was ok with that because then I knew I was definitely getting it hot and fresh. Overall, the food was great matched with first-rate customer service. It's a place worth a return visit. Support local!

The bread was soft and I think it had a wasabi aioli??? The ahi tho - WOW, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. There is also a chance to see the sunset. , We did secure a table on the covered patio and thoroughly enjoyed the early evening breeze and pre-dinner cocktails. Our dinner was OK. I ordered their catch of the day, and my ono with lobster sauce was a tad overcooked and dry. It was not dry to the point of returning it, but definitely overcooked. Plus 1 ordered the shrimp scampi pasta. The shrimp were sautéed perfectly, however the Parmesan garlic crème sauce was lacking flavor. , Based on all the 4 and 5-star reviews, our experience was probably a one-off, so if you are visiting, you should give Nico's a try. If you are seeking a more upscale dining experience, Nico has another restaurant next door, Nico's Upstars, which has a more French cuisine influence reflecting Nico's French roots.

It was a pretty good first time visit despite the very small seating in the restaurant. And now the food... I had to pick between the BBQ sliders and the Chicken biscuits and gravy. And, for the price, they definitely gave me a good amount of chicken in correlation to the biscuit. The bites I got from the chicken and the southern gravy were really delicious. Eating the chicken with the biscuit and the gravy, a lot more pleasant there. I didn't really need the Louisiana style hot sauce. Chicken, spot on and crispy...the biscuit, light, delicate and soft... There's not really much I can find a complaint on, and the presentation looked so inviting to eat. I can definitely tell they put so much heart and soul into their food, and it comes out presented well. Next time, maybe I can try the BBQ sliders if I ever come across this place again. Thanks, Southern Love, you really made my day.

This is the furthest from fast food, and you cannot come here with the expectation of fast food. I enjoyed the best fried chicken in my life here. Freshly battered and fried. Accompanied by a beautiful potato salad, collard greens, and a tasty piece of cornbread. I would order an entire pan of that cornbread if I could. And you should definitely get a side of that potato salad. My boyfriend enjoyed their mixed plate which had rib ribs and a few other items, but I was too concentrated on my food to care about what he was eating. We came around 6 PM on a Saturday night and were served our food just after 7 PM. We were incredibly lucky because while we were sitting at the counter, we saw numerous parties try to come in to dine in, and there was no space available. Takeout is always an option, but you still need to wait for your takeout so be patient, walk around to the Sake shop down the street and come back in an hour to pick up your piping hot food. Parking is extremely limited so pray to the parking gods that you score a stall in front of the restaurant or try your luck on the street and take a short walk down.
