The damage was repaired well but he forgot the suspender button for the trousers. I didn't check the trousers when I picked up the suit, which is my fault I suppose. But when I went back to get the button put on the trousers, he wanted to charge me again. He wouldn't come to any compromise which in my book is bad business. He has lost a customer and I won't go back there.

I have trusted evening gowns, Calvin Klein suits etc. with her and she never let me down. She has a three way mirror and a little platform she asks you to stand on so she can measure you. I recommend bringing the shoes that you plan on wearing with the outfit too to get an accurate fitting. Once your item is ready the you can try it on. She does a great job and is always so pleasant! Even though I live in mid-city i still drive over to the Westbank for her to alter my stuff. Her prices are reasonable too. Kenner is pretty far out of my way, but they said they could do the job in the time frame I needed. As I arrived another customer was in the process of having her pants pinned for hemming. The shop was very small and movement was difficult with others in the shop. Once she was done, I climbed on to the pedestal and tried on my pants. The seamstress was very quick with her pinning which reduced my stress level greatly. I did feel slightly ridiculous standing on a raised pedestal with my head only a few inches from the ceiling, but I got over it. In the end, my pants were hemmed properly and the prices were reasonable. There was a slight communication problem when my order was ready, but we worked through it. If you're in Kenner and need something hemmed, give this place a try.
